I used my new white Freezer Zero arm sleeves for a kayak trip a couple of days ago. I also used my new Freezer Zero T-shirt. No sun tan lotion was needed, the sleeves and T-shirt kept me cool and protected. It's a good investment for outdoor activities. I also use sleeves for indoors such as restaurants and home when temperature feels a little low. It's much smaller than a sweater and very easy to carry in a purse. Highly recommend it.

I was skeptical of the cooling element to the sleeves and purchased them mainly for the sun blocking function. The sunblock function worked extremely well over two days of outdoor volleyball in the sun... and impressively the temperature difference is noticeable. Don't expect it to be ice packs, but it was a refreshing difference from even my other colored articles of clothing.

I used these last week on the lake; fishing in the bond seemed to help keep my at for several hrs and they prevented sun burned arms. they were more comfortable than I expected arms cooler.

This were a great addition to my recent fishing trip to Canada. The were helpful in adding warmth to my arms in the cool mornings and extremely helpful as an added barrier for mosquitoes in the evening.

As an avid road and adventure bike rider, this product is the ultimate in sun, wind and layering protection! Easy on and off! Highly recommend and now have riding partners using them as well.

These are great! Sure beat sunblock if you work in the sun all day. They do stretch over time so may try a medium next time.

I bought this for hanging my arm out the window and for golf. Wicks sweat and does have a cooling effect. Like that you can also wet them for more cooling. I have a 14.5" bicep relaxed and the l/xl fits well.

Purchased 3 of the sleeves and 5 spf long sleeves ts upon Doctor recommendation. Just had 2 skin cancer removed and the Columbia sleeves and shirts offer me the Protection from the sun. Fit is True to size and do a Great job on keeping Cool. I would Throughly recommend Columbia Sun Proction Shirts. Thanks Columbia

Works as advertised! As you sweat and a light breeze hits, a cool sensation is activated. Very comfortable.

Working in the summer sun in Florida these Sleeves will keep you from getting sunburned and they're great for Wicking away sweat & keep your arm's cool all day with even the smallest of breezes. Great product and you will hardly even notice you have them on.

This is a great product, the sun doesn't feel like is burning the skin. Over the time it gets a little loose and slides down the hen arm. Very useful for outdoor activities, I also use them for driving. I recommend this product

Beats wearing sunscreen on the arms. In terms of fit, the L/XL fits about right around the arms, and loose around the wrists, which I don't mind, since I can easily pull back the fabric to read my watch (vs. taking off the watch, and re-wrapping it around the sleeve). The loose wrists will also smooth out the tan line around the wrists. For reference, I'm 6'1", 150#

My husband spends s lot of time on a mower. He already used the White Columbia PFG shirts and the fingerless gloves. Because he rolls his sleeves up some, his forearms were exposed and he was experiencing sun damage. These sleeves were the perfect answer. He wears them all day under his shirt. He says they are cool, not too tight and stay up. I tried to save money by buying a cheap pair, but is was a waste of money. The cheap ones were hot and too tight. My husband is 5'10", 180 lbs and I bought a L/XL. I wash them inside a lingerie bag and then air dry and they have held up perfect for 3 months. I am back on the website to buy another pair ( but they appear sold out of white!).

I've had a chance to you both products and they performed well. The neck protector and arm protector helped to reduce the effect of the Florida sun. Great products and I will order again.

They are wonderful as described! They are light, cool, and stay in place. I am a delivery driver and use them everyday for work no sunscreen applying for me!

Love these arm sleeves. I cycle a lot and these are great sun protection and cooling at the same time. You really do feel the cooling when the wind hits your arms. Have other brands and don't use them any more since I found these.

Sleeves are excellent. Fit is perfect. I use for sun protection when running and cycling.

For those like me that don't like greasy sun screen these sleeves are a must whether it be fishing or golfing. Great product, Great value.

I am outside quite a bit for work in Arizona and train in the heat as well(110+ degrees). These are a game changer, not only do they keep the sun off your arms, but they can also help keep your core temp down if you wet them. This of course works best in a low humidity environment like AZ. I bought these for my coworkers as well, because I think they work so well. I would recommend the L/XL for all but the slimmest Males, because they run a bit small.
