I love this shoe for cross training workouts. It is a minimalist shoe, so don't expect it to be super cushy but it is pretty comfortable.

I bought these actually to be urban walking shoes when I went on vacation. I also made sure to take out Nike's inserts and put in some more dedicated gel inserts (luckily, the Nike ones pull out easily and are not glued in.) They served me very well! They are light enough and stylish enough to use for daily wear, but they let me stay on my feet all day.

I am a Nike fan overall and these shoes are no different. They are light and stylish. I have never owned a pair of "light" shoes like these so the soles feel a bit strange compared to my heavier running shoes, but they are just what I expected.

Love these trainers! they are amazing! they are so lightweight. I love how stylish they make all of my workout outfits look. You cant go wrong with these. I dance Kazaxe for an hour straight in these, and unlike other trainers they do not hurt my feet. Best shoes ever.

Nike free is the best brand by nike that I have ever tried. I use them mainly for walking around on my college campus. They are super comfortable, they never pinch your toes, no blisters on the heel, and you dont have to break them in like with some other athletic shoes. They are very lightweight for whether you walk or run but they are the perfect shoe for walking all around campus or the city. If you want them mainly for running then I'd go to some athletic store to try them on first because it might not be enough support for some people, but for walking they are perfect! This black show is also really nice for a casual shoe since it is dark and slender and not bulky looking. These brand shoes are worth every penny trust me! I have 2 pairs, one in black and the other in white and they are perfect for casual and athletic wear! Also they are good for any age, my mom has a pair too and she is 59 years young with RA and she loves wearing them because they are super comfortable for her too.

I bought these shoes for my wife. She does a lot of walking in her job. She said they fit perfect, durable and comfortable. Thanks Zappos for super fast shipping (I got them next day).

These shoes are very comfy and so soft. They are flexible and do not make my feet hurt at all. I haven't stopped wearing them since I got them and I usually don't wear these type of shoes unless I'm going to the gym. I'm usually between 8.5-9. I tried on a 8.5 in a store but they were tight so I ordered the 9s online since they were out. They were perfect. My feet are wide but they were fine which I love. I definitely recommend them!

After looking around at Tina of reviews in search for the right shoe for my Turbo Fire workouts, I am super happy with these! I started BeachBody, and used a couple different of my Nike running shoes I've had, but started having horrible lower back problems once I started my Turbo workouts. I figured it might be the shoes after getting some feedback from other BB coaches, they said I needed cross trainers since the work outs are high intensity, lots of kick boxing type moves, jumping, moving lateral more than forward. My back is better and these shoes are perfect for my work outs! The next best thing to bare feet! I wear a 10 everyday and ordered these in a 10...there's a little more room in the toe, so I might order 9.5 since I don't want my foot to slide too much.

I bought these for a cross training class and they are super light and very comfortable. They make me move faster, jump higher and run faster. It sounds like I made this up but it's true, I feel like I have improved my workouts because of the lightness of the shoes. The only thing is that the gray color is a little lighter than it appears on my screen but it's okay, I can live with that. I will probably buy a second pair in a different color.

Very comfortable and flexible shoes. I was looking for a sneakers to wear at work (I'm on my feet for 13 hours) and this shoes are perfect. They let my feet to breath which is what I wanted!

I've been trying to get these for my girlfriend since Christmas but she wasn't crazy about the look and we couldn't find a color scheme she liked. I just decided to pull the trigger and get these for her birthday. Haven't seen this particular color scheme anywhere other than Zappos. She works out 5 days a week and just needed a good pair of cross trainers instead of her old running shoes that don't provide the lateral support that she needs. Long story short, SHE LOVES THEM! Her feet don't hurt anymore and she doesn't roll her ankles anymore either. Great shoe and super light. I highly recommend them.

Super comfortable shoe with a trendy design. Took me though seven days of walking seven or eight hours a day in 90 degree weather with high humidity at Disney World. I'd highly recommend these as a fashionable and easy "out and about" walking shoe.

Love these Nikes! I already have them in a different color for running but had to get all white shoes for nursing school so decided to get these. They were on sales at Zappos and I got free overnight shipping! The crisp white looks great, they are comfy, and awesome service from Zappos. :)

I bought these shoes solely for the gym, and I love them. They are very functional, almost a barefoot feel. I don't run, and I wouldn't want to run in these due to minimal cushioning. Generally I lift weights/machines and these are perfect, and true to size!

Purchased these sneakers for daily activities not working out. However, from the first wear I found them to be the perfect sneaker. My workouts involve intense cross training and I find that this sneaker has great arch and ankle support necessary while maintaining the light weight for running. Just ordered another pair!

Excellent service. Shoes arrived as planned just in time for me to leave for vacation. Wore the Shoes walking 10 to12 hours per day for two weeks and were very comfortable and no blisters with new does and that many miles. I bought black so they would appear more like a shoe than a gym shoe so I could wear them anywhere and look and feel great. Buy these - they will become your favorite pair! Also these were sent UPS so I could see by UPS My Choice emails exactly when they would arrive.

These are really the best training shoes. Beware that they are not for long distance running. They lack the adequate cushioning for running. But for the gym: treadmill (short runs), stairmaster, and classes, they are absolutely perfect!

Absolutely loved these shoes! I get cramps in the arch of my foot very often, but with these shoes I have had no problems whatsoever. I was nervous that they would be tight on me, seeing as I have wide feet. I ordered a size 11 (which is my size in every shoe I wear) and the shoes fit perfectly. The best part was how fast the shoes made it to my house, and the fact that if I would have bought them at the store they would have been $30 more. VERY satisfied with this purchase!

I got these shoes for Insanity for the side support. I was using Nike free runs but due to the lack of support when doing quick movements it was putting a lot if pressure on my ankles. So far these trainers work great! They are still comfortable for the cardio circuits, but have a little extra support when jumping all over the place! And as always Zappos is amazing and had them the next day I ordered. :)

I both them for training but they look so elegant and beautiful that I use them for my daily activities. Don't have arch support but I remove the original templates to place my own templates orthopedics.

These shoes are so comfortable right from the get-go. I have another pair in light blue, orange and navy, and just had to get another pair. They are very flexible and easy for walking and exercising. Love them, and highly recommend them.

I absolutely LOVE these shoes! I used them as my "indoor" fitness shoes. I'm a Beachbody Coach and I also attend my friend's Zumba classes. These Nike Free TR Fit are the most comfortable shoes I've ever purchased. Your feet don't get hot and the sole is really flexible so there's no stiffness. The best shoes I've ever purchased!

I got these shoes a few months ago, from the first day they felt great! Very comfortable, perfect for my needs. I do crossfit three times a week and have not had a problem yet. Would definitely recommend them.
