Overall these are the most comfortable insoles I have worn if you put them in shoes that are wide enough and roomy enough. There is a difference between "arch support" and something that gives you a high, artificial arch. These are "arch support". Just enough that they don't hurt if you have a normal arch height like I do. The big downside to these is the heel is lifted and will add considerably to the heel-to-toe drop ratio in your shoe. I am searching for a comfortable insole that gives me just enough "support" in the arch area without putting all the pressure on the balls of my feet. This insole does stabilize the heel nicely. The search continues, but until then I can wear these in wide, roomy walking shoes, but have to be careful that the shoe doesn't already have a substantial heel-to-toe differential.

Because I couldn't find running shoes this year that really fit my wide feet, accommodated my bunions, and helped with my overpronation, I gave these insoles a try. I was apprehensive because they are more rigid than the other Spenco inserts I have worn in the past. But these seem to be working well in correcting the overpronation, are thin so they don't take up unnecessary space in the shoe, and are comfortable enough to wear all day.
I'd also recommend:
Spenco inserts have always worked better for me than other brands.

I have plantar fasciitis, metatarsalalgia tendinitis, and flat feet with fallen arches. These insoles paired with Hoka one one or brooks tennis shoes are the perfect match for any person with feet problems.

Spenco has always made well wearing insoles. In fact a Podiatrist, is who first mentioned to me that the materials that Spenco uses won't MAT down like other insoles. He has been correct & while I try other brands of insoles, it seems Spenco products are great and esp. their THIN insoles.
I'd also recommend:

I have to wear an insole with my AFO braces. Most of them will make some type of squeaking noise. When this happens, I just spray a little WD40 on the bottom of my insoles where it meets the brace & shoe. The squeaking stops immediately. Works like a charm.

Good insoles for very thin applications. I purchased these insoles to go into both my indoor and outdoor soccer shoes. Obviously, a very low volume application. I removed the glued in insoles out of both shoes and these replacements fit like a charm. I personally have a narrow heel and high arches. Only one problem with this "thin" version, there is very little forefoot padding. Everything else fit great! The heel and arch were perfect just not enough under the ball of my foot for my application. I wore them around the house for a bit and decided to exchange to the regular total support insole. Just got those today and are perfect! As far as the thin version, great insole with good fit just too thin up front for me.

This product is amazing for my flat feet which have endured four surgery/recovery events. I put them into a popular brand of athletic wear and can now wear the shoes all day. Could not have done this before.

I bought these for my husband who works on his feet all day in retail. He hasn’t complained about foot pain since he started wearing them, so I think they are pretty good!

My narrow feet have suffered over the years with shoe manufacturers' preference for standard widths. When my ankle started aching after walking in ill fitting shoes, I decided to look into orthotics.Recently, I purchased a pair of boots recommended by a friend with narrow feet but medium width and I purchased the Spenco Total Support Thin Insole to put inside the boots. I've worn them exclusively for a week now and have no ankle pain. I feel sure on my feet with the extra support.

Excellent support and they fit all of my dress shoes with no crowding. Only issue is they will cause leather shoes to squeak, but a bit of foot powder under the insoles stops that.

Fabulous for running or even to make dressy, flat shoes have more support. I am a runner and now wouldn't consider running without these inserts. Take the inserts out of your sneakers and put these in. What a difference!

I’m torn because they have the best art support and are the most lightweight ones I can find however they are squeaky because of the attached plastic piece, and the plastic piece is prone to just falling off

These are insanely comfortable. So why'd I give them a 2 star review? Because everywhere you walk, these insoles make an INSANE amount of noise in your shoes. Everywhere you go, you're "that guy" with the squeaky shoes and for me, it's distracting and annoying. Super comfortable, but not worth squeaking with every step I take.

It probably would have been a great insole support if Zappos had sent the correct size. Instead I got what had obviously been a pre-returned item, not in original packaging, with no indicator of the size and it was way too small and obviously not the size I ordered when I tried them. A huge disappointment to Zappos' quality control. They immediately were returned.

I was disappointed with this insole as I was hoping they would have as much support as the slipper and slip on shoe. They don't and my foot still hurt so they are being returned.

On the first day, these insoles were great but less than a month later they were completely worn out. I walk less than 2 miles everyday. I do not believe they are worth the price and would not buy again.
