Sporty support! Good in sporty sneakers! Sporting support.

After reading the reviews of the Spenco Total Support Max Insole for plantar faciitis I decided to give them a try. They fit my running shoes perfectly. I use these insoles in all my sports shoes for different types of activity including walking, hiking and running. My heel and high arches are well supported and cushioned. I had been using Spenco Heavy Duty insoles for about 23 years and had been very satisfied with the quality and life of the insoles. I find this particular insole to be perfect for my feet at this time in my life and activity level and highly recommend them.

I have been wearing these insoles for years. The rigid sole, arch support and heel cushioning are just what I need.

My doctor told me to use these ... and they have worked wonders on my plantar fasciitis ! Going to buy another pair for my other sneakers... makes working out at the gym a dream no more heal or shin pain !

Great Insoles. May be the best I've ever used. I will absolutely but again in the future.

Fit perfectly, and feel great. I've used spenco 3/4 arch supports for years and really looked them, there's are even better. We'll see if they hold up as well.

Good support. I was able to run again and not have mid-foot pain during the run. My heel pain after the run wasn't as bad either. It is not too bulky or hard. I even have one in my every day shoes since I spend a lot of time on my feet even not running. My feet are healing thanks to Spence total max support.

After purchasing many so many inserts, after several 2 -3 mile walks I think I found the insert for me.

Used him for five years replace them every six months love them for my work boots and running shoes.

Recently I bought a pair of Mizuno Prophecy 7 that was too narrow for my feet that cause pain and I was struggling on long range running. This pair of shoes was well engineered and made of premium materials but it just wasn't for my foot design and type of running needs. Instead of putting the Prophecy aside, I went for searching for solutions to eliminate the pain and I found Spenco Insole. Of course the insole didn't change the structure of the shoes but I could feel immediate relief on the run.

These insole I have used before and work very well.
