Arch supports are quite stiff so it keeps my arches arched. MET pad wider than most. These appears to be their highest arch option, but I think I'd like them to be a little higher. My previous insoles were Powerstep (recommended by doctor), but they don't offer a high arch option with met pad. I had to branch out when replacing them.

I use these insoles in all my shoes. They provide great foot support when I play tennis. My feet feel fine, despite having surgery on both feet about a year ago, and these insoles ensure that I will continue to be active.

Someone else actually found them for me. I lost contact with them by the tune the writing on the inside was gone. THANK GOODNESS it's on the bottom as well. Ordering two pair this time

Have tried many different arch supports, but finally, Spenco Total Support Max works!

I have worn Spenco for several years and have always found it supportive of my arches. The old ones used to have a rippled toe pad. The new ones have a softer, more comfortable toe pad!

Feel good. Just needed to trim the toe side 1/4" to fit my shoes. I will purchase again.

I have high arches and have constant foot pain from walking/running. I immediately felt comfort from these and has helped tremendously with my day to day pain.

I needed something to attempt to even out my feet after having a custom orthotic for my left foot after being diagnosed with an impending metatarsal stress fracture by an orthopedist. I am able to use both of the Spenco inserts in the shoes that I walk in, and now just have to move the custom orthotic to my left running shoe when running (along with the Spenco on the right). The Spenco insert allows me to feel as if I'm more balanced and provides me with comfort and stability.

Sprained my rt. foot from a barefoot, overpronation incident...these insoles have helped stabilize my feet while walking, allowing healing to take place.

Love the Spenco Max Support insoles. I have them in every pair of shoes I have.

I have been wearing Spenco total max orthotics for years. My physical therapist told me about them. Now my husband and adult children all wear them in their athletic shoes. We no longer have arch and foot pain because of Spenco orthotic's.

These insoles are so great for support of my overpronation. For several years now when I get a new pair of running shoes, I buy these at the same time and immediately replace the stock insoles. These are super well made and durable. A little pricey but certainly a quality product. Happy customer!

Great for getting rid of, and preventing, plantar fasciitis. I have them in my Doc Maarten work shoes, Ariat work boots and Asolo hiking boots.
