I purchased the Women's 7/8 they are a little wider than the insoles I removed from my Asics, but they still fit without cutting. I was having knee pain, and pain in the arch of my feet which has (mostly) gone away since wearing these for a week. They don't have quite as much arch support as I'd like, but they are comfortable and my arches no longer hurt! They appear like they have durable construction and will probably out last my shoes. Not sure I'll buy these again, because I'd like a little more arch support but I'll likely stick with this brand.

I have placed these in three athletic shoes for gym and outdoor sports and they never disappointed me. Plantar fasciitis has never returned since I installed them.

I has plantar fasciitis a number of years ago and bought these for additional support in my sneakers. Take out the flimsy insoles that come with your athletic shoes and put these insoles in these to give your feet the structure and support they need.

I have been wearing arch supports for over 35 years. This is the best support I have ever worn. Good support for my arches. My ankles and heel feel stabilized. My feet feel wonderful after walking, usually in the 2-to-4 mile range.

Best OTC orthotics I have found. Over the years, I have gone through many brands in search of an insole that would both support my arch and keep my plantar fasciitis pain to a minimum. I came upon Spenco's Total Support Max insoles online several years ago and they have been a life saver. Any and every new sneaker I wear, I make sure has enough room to comfortably fit these insoles. In my everyday sneakers, these insoles last about 1 year which is great being that I weigh 250 and constantly on my feet. Definitely worth the money and my feet are very grateful!

Best arch support for exercising with recurring plantar fasciitis. I've tried a lot of insoles, and the Total Support Max has been the best one for me.

I have to cut them down to precisely fit my shoes, but it is easy to do. I use these instead of the factory insole in my training shoes because I do high impact aerobics and need the support. I have been using these for years and they make my shoes last for a long time. Because usually my shoes become shot after 6 months and I can extend them for years.

I have flat feet and developed plantar fasciitis from running. These insoles are great for supporting my feet during long runs and i have noticed a huge improvement in how my feet feel. These insoles are great for athletes but i would not recommend them for regular everyday wear because they are very stiff. Great product

Arch supports are quite stiff so it keeps my arches arched. MET pad wider than most. These appears to be their highest arch option, but I think I'd like them to be a little higher. My previous insoles were Powerstep (recommended by doctor), but they don't offer a high arch option with met pad. I had to branch out when replacing them.

I use these insoles in all my shoes. They provide great foot support when I play tennis. My feet feel fine, despite having surgery on both feet about a year ago, and these insoles ensure that I will continue to be active.
