I just got these shoes in black and I'm so stoked! They are extremely cute and I defiantly recommend them. Normally I am an 8.5 in shoes but I went down in these to an 8. At first they felt a tad bit narrow/small but after wearing them around for about a day they broke in really well.( If you're in between sizes defiantly go down) They are very comfortable and extremely lightweight. I have had more comfortable shoes before, but these are at the top for sure. They look even better in real life than the picture and are totally worth the price.

Absolutely amazing shoes! As in past encounters with hemp material, I was expecting a slightly stiffer, scratchier feeling, however the Donna Hemp material felt like BUTTER! I have honestly, never felt this material feel so soft! The shoe itself is very lightweight, soft and hugs your foot as soon as you slide them on. Soft, cushioned footbed with nice support allows you to walk for miles and miles. They are as lightweight as sandals, but provide more stabilazation. They are super stylish and versatile! I can't say enough wonderful things about the product, however I can about the company. I ordered the black and I wear an 8.5 and had sized up to a 9 just to be safe. While the 9 did fit, they felt just a smidge roomy. I called Sanuk and they told me about the 30 day policy they have that if any pair of shoe you order may need a size change, they will send you the size you want to try OVERNIGHT WITHOUT CHARGING YOUR CARD AGAIN then as long as you send back the pair that didn't fit as good within 30 days, there is no charge! I took them up on that and had them send out a size 8 and they fit even better. You want them a bit snug at first because they will stretch to form your foot for the best comfort and wear. So I sent back the size 9 and am SO HAPPY with the shoes and for the AMAZING policy that Sanuk offers. The customer service reps are helpful and will help you find your personal style through their knowledge of the product. Since buying my first pair just two weeks ago, I have bought 3 sandals and the Laurel style shoe for me and two pair of sandals for my daughter. Please try these if you're on the fence because I can promise you that they will be the most comfortable shoe you have ever owned!

I wear mine everywhere so comfortable I forget I have shoes on

I am usually a Toms girl, I have always found their shoes to be comfortable and durable. After my last pair was worn out (to the point where the soles were peeling off) I decided to try something new and buy a pair of Sanuks. I am from California but go to school in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, so I am constantly exposed to extremely different types of weather. These hemp Sanuks are not only good for the beach, but I wear them in cold weather as well. To be honest, my Sanuks have better traction on ice than any of my snow boots. They are comfortable and light-weight. I am eager to buy my next pair, I would definitely reccommend these to anyone considering buying them.

I have 8 pairs of Sidewalk Surfers and these are my favorites. They go with everything. I am a size 6 1/2 and ordered a size 7. They fit perfectly. I just love them. So comfy.

The second I put these on I was sold!!! I bought a half size smaller than I usually buy, and they are perfect. They were everything I was looking for in a casual shoe. I forget that I have them on, they are so comfy!! I wear them everywhere =)

Love them, just too small. Couldn't return for side because over 30 days.

We did not use the shoes they did not fit. We returned thrn with a request for them to send the next size..We have not received them as of yet.

Nice and comfy

This is my third pair and every style has been different. The right shoe slips off my ankle when I walk, even with socks, and both do without socks. I love the look and they are comfortable. I walk quite a bit in these and they've been fine on my feet. I probably wouldn't purchase these again but I would recommend. Maybe someone else would have a better experience with fit
