Great cushioning for forefoot/midfoot strikers (also the low heel to toe gradient helps). The shoe is lightweight and gives me some extra room in the toe box for my slightly wider forefoot. I ordered the same size as my other runners (one size up from my street shoes). If you like the Saucony Kinvara's, you would probably like these too.

As soon as I tried these shoes on, I was in heaven. They are very supportive and should counteract my tendency to supinate my feet while running. I am very happy with them! One note, I did order a half-size larger which is a perfect fit.

These shoes are the bomb! So comfy and much cushion throughout the entire shoe. The toe box is wide so I have plenty of room and don't feel the top of the shoe at all. Love them!

These are the most amazing Brooks shoes I've owned. I used to be a Cascadia wearer, but these will be shoes I will buy again. Hopefully they keep the model the same. They are so light and comfortable almost feels like you're not wearing shoes.

Let me begin by saying I never ever write reviews. I ordered these sneakers based on others reviews. I run about 25-30 miles a week and am training for a half marathon. I have gone through tons of sneakers trying to find the perfect one. When I took these out of the box I loved how light they were. I despise clunky running shoes. So I was super happy about that but assumed they would feel like all the other lightweight running shoes I owned. Well, I couldn't have been more wrong. They felt like I was running on a cloud. The cushioning was out of this world. I felt at first, like other reviewers had mentioned, that the heel drop was low but taking them for a test run and it was no issue at all. I couldn't be any happier and by far the best running shoe I have ever purchased! Thank you Brooks for understanding a runner!

I love these shoes! I wore the Pure Connect before and I loved them, but I thought they just looked a little funny. But these look great and feel great. They are less minimalist than the Pure Connect because there is more cushioning between your foot and the ground.

Smart redesign of this shoe! I had been wearing the original "Brooks PureFlow 1" model for the past six months. Since it was my first minimalist shoe. I was happy with it however the tongue always slid to the outside when I'd run. Brooks must have gotten that feedback and this new version has the tongue incorporated into the wrap of the shoe and the problem is solved.

This will be my third pair of PureFlow running shoe. I currently run 10 to 15 miles a week but have trained in PureFlow for multiple half marathons in the past. I would advise getting a size larger than you normally wear in a dress shoe, because they do feel snug widthwise. Even a 1/2 size bigger than my regular shoe size was tighter than I prefer in a running shoe. I like this shoe because it's light-weight and gives you a very stable step. I like the way the shoe hugs your foot on the inside.

I love these shoes. I started with their PF1 when I changed from a heel striker to a mid-foot runner, which changed my whole running experience. I am able to go for a run in these shoes right out of the box. They are so comfortable and appropriately snug with plenty of room in the toe box. I have wide feet. I love these shoes!

I wear a size 11 and always order a full size up when ordering a running shoe. Several reviews said this shoe runs true to size so I ordered a size 11.5 for a little extra room just in case. My big toe hit the top of the shoe. Returned the size 11.5 and ordereded a 12 instead. Much better fit with a little extra room. These shoes are fantastic. Light weight, comfortable, encourages running from toe to heel. So much better than the heavy Frankenstein-ish shoes I'm been using. Love these shoes. Happy running!

Brooks has finally got my vote! I had some Brooks Ravenna a few years ago and they were way too hard and over corrected my foot. I have high arches, plantar fasciitis and sensitive on the narrow side feet. I wear a 7 in regular shoes and their 7 fit just fine. If I were designing it, I would bring in the mesh area on the inside of the foot a bit. However, overall the shoe makes sense. It's got enough cushion to keep your feet safe, and the heel isn't too low, like many of the shoes on the market today. What I really appreciate is the "split toe" design. It gives me more balance and makes the shoe with the lower heel easier to navigate in. It is a great design! Plus once you lace them up, the tongue doesn't flop all around like Nikes do. Highly recommended.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn! I have back problems and the way my foot is positioned in these shoes helps to alleviate the discomfort.

I love these shoes! My first order was the black and yellow pair. At first I thought they were going to be too small. After walking and walking around the house with them, I realized it was just the curvature of the toe. I decided to keep them, and ran in a race two days later. My toes were never cramped. I love this brand/style so much, I just ordered the pink pair as well. I am hooked!

I absolutely love the PureFlow2! I bought the earlier version and, while I loved it, the 2s are my very favorite running shoe. They fit perfectly and I ran 3 miles right out of the box. The toe box is nice and spacious, and the tongue stays in place perfectly. Since getting the 2s, I've been able to increase both my distance and my stamina. I've been wearing these every run for over a month, and I couldn't be happier. I'll be ordering a second pair very soon.

Once I reordered one half size up, I was very happy with this purchase. I put my own orthotics in them and use them mostly to walk and do high intensity elliptical workouts. I had a hip replacement and running did aggravate my hip even with these shoes. Very comfortable and light weight gives better workouts!

I do love these running shoes. They are very light. They have less height than traditional shoes so at first your calves really feel the difference. They are a good step between a traditional shoe and a true minimalist shoe.I have a narrow heel but need a wider toe box and these really fit the bill.I would purchase these shoes again.

I love these shoes. I have been looking for comfortable shoes to wear at work. I am a nurse and am on my feet for 12 hour shifts, these shoes made it the whole day with no pain, the only shoes that have! I have wide feet and heel spurs, these shoes were wide enough and had plenty of room though the toes! I am a 37 year old mother of a teenage daughter. I rarely get her approval on style but when I got these in the mail she was mad! She said these are the shoes that she wanted for cross country and her dad wouldn't get them for her! So I give them 5 stars on comfort and 5 stars on style!

I have the original PureFlows and love them. Although they are not durable for high endurance sports in the toe area such as (Tough Mudder, Goruck, etc.). My originals are so torn up. Anyways, my socks slip down every single time I wear them around the house with the 2s. I never had that problem with the originals. I do not want to send them back, but I think that I am going to have to.

I love Brooks athletic shoes. They have a wide toe box while not feeling big in the heel. These are a very pretty pink. Very lightweight. Extremely comfortable right out of the box. No wearing adjustment necessary.

I was looking for a lightweight shoe I could wear for Crossfit that I could still count for short runs. I wanted a shoe with a low heel to toe ratio - this is 4 mm - that would also give me a bit of cushion for box jumps. This shoe is perfect! So comfortable - and it looks good too!. I highly recommend this shoe for Crossfitters as well as runners. I plan on trying the Saucony Kinvara as well so I can alternate between the two.

These are the most comfortable shoe I have ever had! I tried Pure Cadence and those had the cushion but the design gave me a blister on top of my big toe. I remembered how fantastic the cushioning was so that's the only reason I tried these. I had low expectations but they are fantastic! I wore them on my trip to Italy and I walked my butt off but had happy feet. I wear a 7 in regular shoes but purchased these in 7-1/2 I am thinking about getting another pair!

This shoe is comfortable right out of the box. Incredibly lightweight and you can feel the air circulating through them. If you are transitioning from regular running shoes to 0mm drop shoes/minimalist shoes, this would be a good pick. Offers more structure/support than a minimalist shoe but is a definite step away from a traditional shoe.

So glad Brooks fixed the lolling tongue problem that the original version had. The new generation of this model is more stylish and form fitting. Like most shoes from this line, the Flows felt comfortable straight out of the box... and had virtually no break in period. Great for my narrow heeled foot, but still roomy in the toe box for those of us who like to spread out! I also have a pair of PureConnect 1's, which I love (wish they were still making the smokey purple with orange soles).

I am a Brooks addict. I purchased my PureCadence first edition that year when they were quite new and fell in love with the brand. This time around I did my own research and went with both the Pure Flow and PureConnect. I can safely say that I love these shoes. I have plantars badly and have been quite happy with these so far. I love the color and look of the shoes, too. This generation is much better looking than the last.

I love this shoe! I had two pairs for the Brooks Pure Flow 1. The main problem with the first gen of this shoe is the tongue slippage. The tongue of the shoe would constantly slide to the side during runs. They have corrected that with this version of the shoe by using the burrito style tongue. I love that this shoe has only a 4mm drop from heal to toe, and has a decent amount of cushion but I can still feel the road, just not as much as the really minimal shoes. I'm training for half-marathon, but run about 20 miles per week. I love the design of these shoes. The color is great. Extremely happy with my purchase. I'd highly recommend this shoe for someone looking to step down to a more minimal shoe, but one that still has some cushion. Having less heal to toe drop has helped with the constant blisters I get on my toes. Zappos, as always, great fast and free shipping!
