I have a long -- size 11.5 -- and somewhat narrow foot. These felt great right out of the box. More inside support than the Asics Gel Solution Slam in the same size. Can't wait to try them on the court!

I've always worn Asics Running shoes, so I was thrilled to see a great looking pair of tennis shoes. The first pair I ordered, was a little too small. I returned the first pair and ordered a half size larger and they fit great! Would definitely recommend these tennis shoes.

I like these shoes quite a bit for tennis. For some reason they make my feet look bigger though. They are very stiff and I was worried they'd not allow my foot to flex enough on the court, but it was fine. I wear them with gel heel inserts.

I had great hopes for these shoes based on the reviews. I am an avid tennis player and mostly wear prince. Unfortunately, they discontinued my favorite shoe. So I have been on a quest to find something similar. These tennis shoes look really sharp. Fit your foot tight (just right tight) so not to slip on a quick turn or change of direction. Really nice toe drag, the reason I couldn't give them more stars is they are hard. I do not feel any cushion. There isn't any give, my feet ached after a tourney. That hasn't happened in years. If you are looking for a stylish shoe that cushion is not required. It would be a great shoe. I am going to keep them for just general wear, but tennis...next.

Very comfortable, less clunky than some other tennis shoes. They feel true to size. There is one issue for me though...they hit my ankle bone in the wrong place cutting into and breaking the skin. After they have healed, I'm hoping with higher socks they will be okay. Four stars for this reason. It may just be my feet as I have had this problem before.

Still trying to break in after two weeks of daily limited wear. Probably not the best choice if you have high arches. Tight. Great support, cushioning.

I was looking for a replacement for the Barricade 2. With a wider foot I was having trouble finding one that worked. A friend recommended Asics. I ended up getting the Gel Resolution 5. I took them out of the box and wore them for a match last night. The ankle area was a bit loose on me. But I ran the string through the second hole down on the top and that allowed a tighter fit around the ankle. The width was great. No problems.

Love these shoes. The color is pretty bright, but not obnoxiously so. They fit really well. I usually wear an 8.5 or a 9 and had to go with the 8.5 since the 9 was too large. I think they're pretty lightweight and make it easy to move around the court. Will definitely buy another pair when these wear out.

I like the shoes they are a bit stiff and certainly need to be broken in. Also a tad bigger than other Asics I have bought so you might wish to get a half size smaller.

I have the last year version of these and LOVE them! They are so light and comfortable. I play tennis about 4 days a week, double and singles, and can really move in these shoes! I am ordering my second pair, this time plain white... since my orange ones don't match everything. :) (But I loved them so much I started buying orange tennis clothes to match!) I have tried K-Swiss, Adidas, etc. but prefer these! FYI, I have sort of flat arches and these have great support too.

These shoes are more exciting than traditional white tennis shoes. I really like the style and color. I have mostly worn Nike tennis shoes in the past. These inially felt snug when I first put them on but after a few uses, they loosened up. I think the ankle support could be a little better, but overall I like them. I play 2-3 times a week and have had time for a couple months and they are holding up well.

Lots of compliments on the way these shoes look and like the stability. They are, however, a bit narrow and uncomfortable in the toebox.

These shoes were to small. I am 99 times out of 100 a size 7, and would have needed a 7 1/2 or even and 8. My problem with the shoes is they had no cushion. I am a waitress, I run, well walk very fast, all day. These were not the shoes for me. Really cute though. ;)

While the reviews of this shoe looked great, I was disappointed more in the look, than in the feel. They made my feet look big. I had to tighten the laces quite a bit to make the shoe fit snugly so perhaps I should have gone done a half size. Not sure. It might have been the purple color that detracted from the look. The arch support was excellent and overall, the quality seems fine.

I ordered a 9 1/2 and these shoes seem to run a little small as the toe box is narrow, and I need to have more arch support so no room to insert one either.
