Absolutely love these! I wear them exclusively to Zumba and I can push myself further because I don't have to worry about my feet aching or sticking to the floor. There's enough cushion for aerobics but I can still get a good bend in the shoe. They're flexible, comfortable and love the colors and style. I bought a half size up because I always do for workout foot gear. They fit perfect with a little extra room.

Super cute shoes, however, my knees kill after wearing them at Zumba. Wore them to Zumba twice now, once without inserts and it hurt my knees. Then I tried them again putting in some inserts to see if that would cushion with all the jumping - still hurt. I have also worn them with inserts while lifting weights and doing a total conditioning class (which includes some jumping/cardio, but mostly toning) and they worked well. So my suggestion would be, do not use these for anything high impact or dance related. They move on the floor well enough for turns, but provide little cushion. I will continue to use my Nike shoes for Zumba and these for other activities.

Fits my narrow heel, which is terrific, but this brand runs small. Buy at least 1/2 size bigger than you usually wear.

Super comfortable! I use them for CrossFit and love the support they give without being bulky!

I am obsessed with these shoes. I have had issues with my right foot for the past few years and finally decided that it was time to ditch my cute but unsupported shoes for a more supportive pair. I searched high and low, and, after hearing nothing but good things about Asics, decided on this pair. Not only are unbelievably comfortable, but they are so adorable. I get compliments daily. My job requires me to be standing/walking for the majority of my day, and these shoes make that bearable, even with my foot issues.

Super cute and seem like they would be comfortable if I had ordered the right size. I usually wear a size 8, but my toes touch the top of these shoes and they seem just a tad narrow. I will try an 8.5.

I was very disappointed in this shoe. Looked so comfy but has no cushion under the ball of my feet. I bought them for Insanity workouts and my feet were burning during plyo jumps. I would not recommend them. The color is gorgeous though. I ordered 4 other pairs to find the perfect cross-trainers yet...

I purchased these shoes for tennis, based on previous reviews and because of the white soles. They are very light-weight and comfortable. I am happy with my purchase.

I love this shoe! I was looking for a durable work out shoe, after running through too many Nikes way too fast. This shoe is comfortable, breathes great, looks adorable and it has great stability. Perfect for running or working out in the gym. I'll buy two or three more of this brand. They're perfect.

Love these! I use these as my everyday running around shoes. These were purchased because my usual Nike Frees were out of stock. Great substitute. Very lightweight and super cute. Size wise - same as Nike, Size 8 fits my normal (width, arch) size 8 foot.

Like walking on a cloud. I spend long days on my feet and lately, my feet have not been happy. I am a photographer and the week following this shoe purchase, I spent 4-12 hour days standing and walking around on concrete floors in a factory that was 90?+. My feet felt amazing the whole time. FYI- Asics run 1/2 size smaller than most shoes.

These are good cross training shoes. Great for group aerobic and HIIT workouts. They have adequate arch support and are super light. As stated in earlier reviews, they do not have very much padding in the footbed. This is not a problem for me as I strictly wear them at the gym. If you are looking for a shoes to wear all day, you might want to consider another shoe. As suggested by other reviewers, I ordered a half a size bigger than I normally wear and they fit great!

I've tried countless Nikes and the barefoot New Balances and these are by far the most comfortable training shoes I have had in a long time. I work out a lot and have a lot of issues with my feet (wide, bunions) and when I put these on my feet become a non-issue during my work outs. They are cushioned and supportive but in a minimal way unlike some of the clunkier trainers.

I bought these shoes specifically for TRX training classes. I needed a lower profile shoe with lateral stability, that was still cushioned a bit. (I had been using running shoes which were too cushy and not enough lateral stability.) These are great. Though I need to put in a more supportive arch support.

Shoes are very light and comfortable. They "breathe" well so feet don't feel hot when working out. Can't comment as to how this holds up for a runner as I am not, but for gym and cross-training use, I love them.

I love the look of the shoes. They're great for cross training, but not for running. I should've known this when I bought them but couldn't resist! I use them on the Stairmaster and elliptical and they have so much space in the toes that they never feel cramped. When I try to run in them, though, there is not enough support for my ankles. I have an older pair of Asics running shoes though so I use those the days I run! Overall, a great CROSS TRAINING shoe and they are SO cute! I don't wear tennis shoes unless I'm working out but I would so consider wearing these at other times as well. So fashionable!

Got a ton of compliments when wearing these! I love the color and they are comfortable as the next pair of trainers. The insoles you can take out too. They don't provide you with a lot of structure around your feet, so if you want something that gives you more foot support when running, these probably won't be the best. Still really cute though.

Great shoe for low-impact activities. I tried them out during my Jillian Michael's workouts (30DS, ripped in 30) and found they didn't have enough cushioning for the jumps/high impact portions of the workout. Then I wore them to my Les Mills Body Pump class and they were fabulous. Definitely recommend for weight-lifting and low impact workouts.

Very cute and comfortable. True to size. Not good for walking long distance though. The material just below the bottom of the laces cut into my toe after about an hour or so of walking in these. But they are great for Crossfit, the gym, etc.

While I love the look of these shoes, I have had them for 2 months and they have stretched out width wide to the point that they are no longer providing any support and the shoe tongue is constantly sliding to the side on one shoe no matter how tight I tie them. I only wear them to walk around, I would not recommend them for any high impact activity.

These shoes fit weird. I wanted to like them because they work for walking and for Zumba, because they aren't too sticky on the bottom. However, the part around the ankle won't lace tight enough to be secure. Also, the plastic where the laces fit into cut into the tops of my feet when I move, even with socks on. I have had lots of Asics in the past, but these just don't work.

These run VERY small. I would go up a full size when ordering. Also, they don't have much cushioning. They are cute though, so if you are doing something low impact, they would be fine.

I have to send them back as they are way too small. I wear 8.5 in the flashpoint, but not in these. May reorder 1/2 size up because I like the price. I am a Zumba instructor, teach 9 times a week so I go through shoes pretty quickly. The flashpoints have been a great success for me. So thought I would try these.

I'm on the hunt for the perfect shoe to wear on my elliptical, and the workouts tend to give me numbness in the toes and on the balls of your feet - not unusual because that part of the foot remains stationary. Anyway, a previous reviewer mentioned these had a wide toe box and the pictures looked like the shoe had ample padding at the balls of the foot. Unfortunately, I have to return these because of the low quality. These shoes run almost a full size small on me, no biggie to send back for a bigger size (by the way, I've had a couple of different pairs of Asics in the past that fit perfectly and were very high quality). Something is very wrong with these. The tongue is weird as well - not wide enough and way too padded. Mostly though, I was stunned by the lack of quality and cheapness of the materials used making these shoes. This price for this? Asics has disappointed me for the first time. No time for a second chance. Sad.
