The black striped version of this dress is exactly what I wanted (more casual looking). I am 5'7, size 18 top, 14/16 bottom, full busted & broad shouldered, otherwise straight up and down. I ordered the 2X and was hoping the stripes would do a little camouflage to the tummy area and it does one better. The mitered stripes and point on the cape contrasting against the horizontal stripe on the bodice work together to make it look like I have a waist! The slight a-line just helps keep the illusion going and balances my top and bottom. It's like magic! My favorite thing I've purchased this year. I tried leaving one arm out with the other side up and I like it that way too (just be prepared for the cape to go a little off center). You will absolutely want to have this in multiple colors.

I was a bit worried after I submitted my order because my body type looks nothing like the model nor does it come close to most of the reviews I had read (5'4" 38D, 180 pounds with a booty), but that click sealed the deal. I ordered size large in gray and I am in love! It hides my little pudge and does not draw too much attention to my booty. I am very picky when it comes to maxi dresses but this dress is A-1! Now I must convince my boyfriend to buy at least three more in different colors.

This dress is amazing. It is one of the most flattering dresses I have ever worn. The fabric is very think and drapes perfectly. I ordered the Navy in a small - I am 5'7" and weigh 138. I have a large chest and not the flattest stomach - this dress would look good on anyone - but it is long so if you are on the shorter side you have to wear high heel. I really want to order this dress in more colors - I am just trying to decide which color since it is a lot of dress with the drape in the front. I am glad I did not order the medium because I like how it fits slim through the hips.

I fell in love with this dress at first sight. Totally my style. I literally ordered at like 4pm yesterday and was trying on the dress by noon today. I do wish there was a better size chart (actually, I couldn't find one at all for this brand). After reading the reviews I decided to go with the large (I'm 5'9", curvy/athletic build, 38DD). I usually wear a 10 and M or L in dresses due to my bust) and it's perfect. The dress part is pretty slim cut but the loose top hides all the right places (I'm still trying to get off that last 10 lbs of baby weight). If's super comfy and fabulous on. I want to order more when they re-stock my size in the colors I want. I think it's cutest worn off the shoulders.

What a comfortable dress, it can be dressed up or worn casual. I'm 5'8 and 170 lbs. and the large fits perfectly. Flattering in the right places and covers up the tummy area. I plan to buy another one in a different color, because when it's gone I'm going to wish I had more. Other good reviews is why I bought it and I'm glad I did.

I cannot say enough amazing things about the way this dress fits! Just a little about my frame: I am 5'8, curvy, about 180 lbs, and I would normally wear about a size 12 dress. I got this dress for a beach wedding, and honestly wasn't too sure about purchasing it based solely on the picture, but because of the reviews, I decided to get it. When the dress arrived, I took it out of the package and showed it to my husband without trying it on. He frowned up a little and just said, "Babe, I'm not too sure about that one. Go on and try it on so we can see what it looks like." Let me tell you, when I walked back into the living room and strutted in front of him, his mouth hit the floor! The fit was so flattering, and for any girl who may have a bit of a stomach to cover up, or arms that just may not be as toned as you would like, this dress is the ultimate solution! I went to the wedding and got so many oohs and ahhs. There was even a group of ladies sitting near the beach before the wedding started who stopped me just to tell me how much they all loved my dress and to ask where I got it from. I was so comfortable, and the dress was so flowy in the breeze that I just couldn't have been happier. FYI in case anyone is going to purchase the turquoise, the dress is not turquoise. If anything, it is the truest, most beautiful green color. The material is a cotton-ey, jersey material, but it has a certain stretchiness to that would allow you to dress it up or down. Hands down one of the best online purchases that I have ever made, and I will be ordering some other colors!

I actually really like this dress. Although, at first I wasn't sure what I thought. I am 5 5, 125, bought it in a small and it hits the ground which I love and fits my curves perfectly. I hate the way it looks when worn close to the neck; however, off shoulders it does look really nice. You can also wear one should up and one shoulder half down or one arm completely out. You can also wear it as a strapless, and that might be my favorite look! It feels like a good quality fabric, heavier than just cotton. So many options with this one, I highly recommend! And Zappos, your quick delivery can never be beat!

This dress is absolutely stunning! I bought it to wear to a wedding next week. It looks just like the picture and I could not be happier. I was worried because I could see if was very figure fitting but after reading all the reviews decided to order. I actually ordered 2, I ordered the baby blue tie dye also, they both look amazing. I am 5'9 and 190 pounds and I ordered XL. One seems a little more snug than the other, but Spanx fixes that! This dress would complement anyone, and I can't wait to wear them. Well done Zappos, for the price and the looks of this item, perfection!

Sexy. I ordered this dress in a XL black/white strip and I can't even begin to express how gorgeous and sexy this dress will male you. Especially the thick and sexy girls. Just as all the other reviews state it hides all those little imperfections while accentuating the positive. Just give you a little visual help I'm 5'9 1/2 and about 190 and this dress hits the floor and then some but that's a good thing because with some nice sexy heels or wedges you will be a show stopper in this little number. I'm ordering 3 more. Don't thin about it, don't hesitate. Trust me this is worth the money.

This dress is a life saver! It hugs in all the right places and I recently have gained quite a bit of weight in the stomach area and it coves it completely without looking like a maternity dress and still being sexy and festive. I cannot wait to buy another in a different color!

I bought this based on the reviews and hoping it would be flattering to my short round, curvy and overweight body...and it is! I am 5'4" and weigh 175...big butt, hips, boobs and pooch for a tummy. Although the large was a bit snug, it did stretch to be extremely and surprisingly flattering. the point comes down to cover the tummy and it really looks good. I will be wearing this soon.

I absolutely love this dress. I ordered the blue in a large and love the way it fits, but it actually looks purple which was gorgeous as well. I received so many compliments on this dress that I ordered the Khaki as well.

This dress is amazing! I would normally wear an xl so ordered accordingly. A little big but not much, the material is super soft too. I wore to a wedding and it was perfect! Can absolutely be dressed up or down!

I don't normally write reviews, but I have to let you guys know about this dress. I ordered this dress for Resurrection Sunday because I needed to have a WHITE dress to sing in. While Zappos did an AWESOME job in getting the dress to me on time, I was particularly disappointed to open the dress and find that it was CREAM!!!!!!!!!!! If you are looking for a true white dress keep looking as this is not it. The fit of the dress was lovely and the material was a bit thin. I would rate it 5 Stars if not for the color deception!

Needed a dress for a wedding and I was barely 2 months post-partum and still had a pretty big belly. This dress hugged in all the right places and hid my tummy perfectly. I ordered black in a small. I am 4'11" and normally wear an XS or S. I did have to get about 6-7 inches hemmed off as I wore the dress with flats. It was super comfy though and I will totally rock it again to another event!

Awesome dress. I am 5'3" tall and 123 lb. It was about 2 inches or so long but I was able to hike up the dress a but under the stomach area and it kept it from dragging. This style of dress helps hide my mommy tummy after having two babies in the last two years.

I'm 5'10'and I was a bit apprehensive about getting this dress but after reading some of the comments, I decided to purchase the dress to wear it on my birthday 7/9. The dress is long (the way I like it) but not overly long where it was dragging on the ground. i got so many compliments and my husband couldn't keep his eyes off of me(Giggles). you can't go wrong with this gorgeous dress. i will be purchasing more colors in the future.

I ordered this dress two years ago before my destination wedding after reading rave reviews. I loved how I could dress this up with a blazer and heels or dress it down with flip flops. It feels great on and looked even better in photos. I never write reviews, but with this dress I just had to. I am now 6 months pregnant and not only does this dress still fit comfortably, but it is one of the only things I currently own that makes me feel sexy. (I'm 5'3" and I'm carrying way out already, so I feel more like Humpty Dumpty most days.) I'm ordering a few more in some additional colors since I have a long summer to go and I know I will wear the dresses even after delivering my baby. Best dress ever.

Love the style, but sizing is very inconsistent. Top of dress fits as expected but skirt runs very small (tight) & long.I'm 5'7" & it drags on the floor with 2" heels.

This dress is absolutely darling. It is a jersey material so you can easily dress up or down. The style is very flattering. It fits according to size, you can wash at home (hang to dry). The customer service at Zappos is just so beyond excellent that I would need a complete page to tell how wonderful they are. I needed this dress for an event 5 days from when I ordered and they made sure it got to me the day after I ordered it.

I love this dress! It is very comfortable. I am 5'5, about 118 lbs and size 34b and the XS fit perfectly. I love that it is form fitting and the material is very nice and easy to move in. I highly recommend this dress!

This dress is amazing! I ordered a large and it fits perfectly in all aspects. I normally wear a large or XL in dresses, and was hesitant to size down. I am very glad that I did, the XL would have been too long! If you need an extremely comfortable dress for a wedding or date night, this is your go to! It hides everything you want it to. I will be ordering in more colors.
