Sadly, I'm returning these shoes. I wish these shoes had fit and that they were the same color I had thought they would be. They were a bit lighter (more skin-tone) than I was expecting. I was expecting a bit of a darker brown, but that was my own mistake. The shoe fit my right foot fine -- yet the left one was SO TIGHT towards the front of my foot -- squeezing all of my toes together. It's almost as if I would have needed a wide shoe for that foot. I own two other pairs of Sperry's in size 11 and haven't had a problem, so I guess it's just the design of the shoe.

I love Sperry and I loved these shoes, however I've owned them for three months and they are already falling apart. It is a disappointment that at this price, these shoes can't handle casual city use for more than a few weeks without the sole cracking and having pieces tearing off. That being said, I have loved these shoes. They are softer than my other Sperrys (bluefish or angelfish) and so they take less time to wear in but still provide solid arch support and are a really cute, casual shoe option. I have worn my brown ones in place of nude flats and with everything from jeans to shorts to dresses. I didn't find them to run quite as small as other Sperry shoes, but if you are between a size and a half size, I'd recommend ordering the size down.

I'm not sure what to make of these shoes. I wear anywhere between a 10, 10.5, and 11. I ordered both the 10 and 11. 10 was too tight, but may stretch, the 11 was just a touch big and I could tighten the laces. I chose the 11. Now, having worn them a few days, I feel that the 11 is a bit tight in the width but long in length. Also, these rub the back of my heel into blisters. I'm going to continue to break them in, but the sizing here is just strange.

These shoes run small. And the patent leather offers no give. Love them but will be returning them. Frustrating that I ordered the same size I always do (with this brand) and they are so far off.

After wearing Anglefish I was pleased to see sleeker more feminine shoes. I purchased the tan planning to wear them in the Fall with my jeans. I wore them only four times mainly from home to the grocery store or similar. After those wearings I noticed the front rim of the sole had broken off on one shoe and was cut on the other. I exchanged for another pair hoping that this was a one off and would not happen again. This is my sixth pair of Sperrys and the only style that I have had a problem with after only a few wearings. Fingers crossed.

So here's the thing about this shoe...it's a cool shoe, but you need to wear it in. The leather is very stiff. The heel catches every once in a while. There is no arch support, that being said get a pair of Dr. Scholl's insoles, that helps. There is slop from side to side, best to have a narrow foot or order it in wide. Just wear them and wear them and wear them and I think eventually, they will become that well worn soft semi preppy look people want.

I received my shoes today. Beautiful and they fit like a glove. Very comfortable.

Love this shoe - comfortable and cute. However, the front sole broke. A strip tore off and is now hanging off in front. Can't wear them. I will have to return them. I have quite a few pairs of Sperry in all different colors. I love them all! I hope the others do not break.

I bought these shoes to have a nice daily work shoe. The gold details on the eyelets really make it look nicer than most Sperrys. The size was pretty true to fit, except as I broke them in the width became a little too large. I'll still wear them, but it bothers me. Also when I received them I actually sent my first pair back - they looked dirty on the inside. My second pair arrived and had the same look, so I figured it must be due to packaging. Overall I was a little disappointed in the shoe, between the width change and the dirty look inside, for the price. I kept them because I needed something to wear though. If I'm on my feet all day in these, my feet will hurt by the end of the day. Zappos was great about my return though.

I loved the style of these shoes, but unfortunately I found them very wide for my feet. Returning, with regret.

Runs large by half a size or more. Order down. Also, stiffer than expected, is will take some time to break in. The Frye boat shoes are much softer leather, although not available in as many colors.

I have the shoes in Desert. They are cute, true to size and comfortable to walk in but I wore them without socks and both shoes rubbed spots on my toes. I hope it gets better.

This is a very feminine version of the boat shoe with all the comfort of a slipper. The fit is good in the toe area but the heel flops off the back of my foot (and I don't have narrow heels). They are so soft that I think after some wear they will be difficult to keep on while walking. I am usually a size 5 - 5.5M and took a 5 in this shoe. Still felt roomy. The support is not as good as the the Angelfish but if you are looking for more of a soft moccasin feel this has it.

I wanted to love these shoes - I really did. They were true to size and beautiful. But after I tried them on, they made a squishy noise. I thought maybe if I walked a few more steps it would go away but they still made the noise. Unfortunately the noise was pretty loud and I just couldn't get over it. (I even ordered them in different sizes hoping that it was just that one shoe but it wasn't. Have to say much thanks for Zappos for keeping up with me. Thanks! )

These fit way too loose in the heel and overall they rub my feet badly and are not as comfortable as had hoped. The gold is very pretty but the white rubber gets very dirty and is hard to clean. I envisioned these as all purpose travel shoes but I would never take them on a trip as they hurt after awhile and get dirty looking fast!

I loved these shoes, but after having them for about three months the front rubber piece of the shoe chipped off. Now the shoes look very cheap and worn down. This is not what I expected from Sperry or an $$ pair of shoes. I looked into a warranty, but of course Sperry nor Zappos has one. I have three pairs of Sperrys. This make is not nearly as sturdy as the others. If you are in love with these shoes I suggest buying them from a store that provides a warranty on their shoes.

I'm annoyed. This is the second pair of shoes that I've had. The first pair the sole started to crack at the toe after a month. The second pair this happened after just a week... Only this time the a piece has come off. So comfortable and stylish, but just not durable.

I am usually between a 7.5 or an 8. My mom has the same exact shoe in a different color size 8 and they fit fine, a little big but its manageable. I ordered a size 8 and I got them and they are super, I mean super tight. I even got speedy fast shipping so I could get them in time for my vacation and I was so mad when I found out a size 8 was super tight on my foot. I'm debating if I should order the 8.5 but I am afraid they might be too small and I know I am not an 8.5 I would have given better reviews but it was so hard to tell if it was comfortable or a moderate arch support when I was too busy worrying about why on earth it's so tight.

I wore the shoes three times, and the white rubber ripped off the sole. So now my shoes have missing white toe tips and looks awful. I thought as I wore the shoes they would form to my foot more, they hurt too much to wear more than three hours. I am disappointed with such a sharp looking shoe.

Was told to get the shoes a half size smaller because they stretch. Bad idea for my feet. They may stretch eventually, but the way the the shoe wraps over my bunion joints. They would kill my feet within 10 minutes. I'm returning and trying a larger size to see if that works.

I'm really sad about these shoes, because they're absolutely gorgeous. I took them on vacation and after only three days of wear, the rubber on the tips of the soles began to crack and break off. And when I got home, my room mate had already tossed the box! I can't return them now, so I guess I need to try and glue them back together, but I don't think I can save them in a way that looks okay. I expected better from such a pricey brand, this is really disappointing. Especially because they're so pretty!

It looks very high quality but after you wear several times, the shape changed and always when I wear I feel inside of shoes sliding.

I got these shoes back in April, 2013. I wore them all throughout the summer of 2013. They were comfortable right from the start and the color goes with everything. I loved them and they still looked like new. The reason for my one star review is that then this summer I only wore them once and found that the front of the sole on both shoes had cracked and come apart. So now there's a chunk of the sole right above each toe box that is missing. I could continue to wear them thinking maybe no one else would notice, but whenever I look in the mirror all I see are the missing pieces. So off to Goodwill they go. I came online today to finally give in and order another pair but have read reviews about others having the same problem so I'm leery to try them again. I might try the Angelfish as the sole is different. So disappointed in the quality. I had an old pair of original brown Sperry boat shoes in college with the same type of sole and they lasted for years with out any problems.

I was really disappointed in these shoes. I received them, wore them for about 2 hours and then the front of sole on the right shoe started to peel away from the shoe. The shoes also seemed to run smaller than I expected. I ordered my normal size, and perhaps they would have stretched a bit. My biggest complaint, however, was with the defect. Not something I expected from Sperry.

They might look good but are very cheaply made. One outing and the tips of the soles on both shoes are cracked and one is off completely. These shoes should be recalled by Sperry and they should refund my money!
