These slippers are gorgeous, almost formal, yet comfortable. They are very well-made and look more expensive than they are. They will be equally appropriate opening presents on Christmas eve with guests as they will be on my daily pre-coffee jaunt into the backyard to take the dogs outside. I typically wear a 6.5, so I tried both 6 and 7, and the 6 was way too short. The 7 is perfect! I think they may run just a little bit on the small side, so if in between, go up not down.

I absolutely love my new Diana slippers. They are so comfy and chic. I get compliments on them all the time. They have the stability that I need with the comfort I've been looking for in a slipper. I will definitely be buying from this brand again.

I really love these slippers. However, they do run small, glad I ordered a size up. Normally, I wear a 10-10.5 so I decided to order an 11 and they fit perfectly. They are simply beautiful to look at and very comfortable. I would order another pair!!!!!

I do like these slippers, and this is the second pair for me. I love the inside quilting and cushioning, and the outside is elegant. There is not any arch support, but one does not expect that in slippers. It is so hard to find good looking slippers these days, so I was very happy to find these. Sizes are true, as far as I found; I wear a 6½-7, and the 7 fit fine although a little roomy on top.

I love my Diana slippers! I feel special each time I put them on. Best buy of 2013 for just little old me! Zappos did a GREAT job in shipping ASAP ! Ordered my sister slippers for her birthday. She received them in a few days! WOW what a great Zappos! Keep up your wonderful customer service!

I really loved them but believe what everyone else is saying THEY RUN SMALL. Sadly I had to return them.

Very comfortable and elegant slippers. They do not have much support but work well for house slippers that are very rich looking. Not drab!

These are beautiful slippers but seem to run small in length and width. Wish they came in half sizes as a full size up would be too big. I am hoping that they will ease up and be okay as I really like their looks and inside quilting.

I really liked these when they arrived but I discovered that the black inside came off on my feet and toenails. That was not a good thing with a fresh pedicure! I was disappointed and gave them away.

I think someone already mentioned this but the inside lining on the bottom is some slippery synthetic fabric which causes your foot to slip around whether barefoot or in socks. Not comfortable walking around as your foot slips around and you need to be conscious of keeping slipper on foot.

I love the look of these slippers with the color, the crest and the quilting. I actually found the quilting inside to be very comfortable and thick. I am, however, disappointed in the size. I ordered a half size up and they are just not long enough. I cannot imagine going up an entire additional size though was willing to, unfortunately that size is out of stock.

In my opinion, too expensive for what it is. The other models (terry-cloth) are much more supportive in the arch area. This one, my toes make a funny sound when they hit the top. Return, and next!

I can only say I was really disappointed in these slippers. They seem like the type of cheap slipper you might find in the intimate apparel section, hanging on a plastic hook, in a lower end department store. The slipper is stiff, almost cardboard like, velvet is rough, not smooth as you might find in a good velvet. The slipper is definitely a size to half size smaller than is sized; it is very narrow as well. These slippers were listed on a family member's Christmas list and I'm hesitant to keep them. It comes down to disappointing them with this cheaply made slipper or disappointment with giving them something close, but different. If you must have these slippers, order up a full size, do not expect any insole cushion or support, and understand they run narrow.
