I was also wary of the bootie trend. I liked the way other, longer-legged girls looked in casual ankle booties with cropped, rolled skinnies but for my shorter legs, I was afraid it would be unflattering. I finally decided to give it a try with these booties (in latte suede) and so glad I did! As others have said, they're very comfortable. The suede is super soft and requires zero break-in time. They're lined in a knit jersey -type of material and the footbed has some padding, so they feel amazing when you put them on. The heel height is good as well. Tall enough to give a 5'4" short inseam gal like me some height and lengthen my shape a bit but low enough that you can wear them all day with no issues. They look great with rolled skinnies of course (which will be how I primarily wear them), but they'll go with anything. The neutral color is a good shade. I also like the ruching detail, which is what caught my eye. Gives them a nice slouchy look. Somehow, the overall shape of the loose shaft keeps this from being unflattering. Other booties with either a higher shaft or a rigid shaft that cut straight across my ankle cut off the line of my leg but somehow these don't have the same visual effect. I imagine I'll be wearing these for a long time.

LOVE. Totally comfy out of the box, goes with jeans, dresses, can be worn like a black boot but introduces a lovely soft colour. Had to reheel the heel as rubber slipped dangerously on tile and kitchen type floor. Worth it. I wear a 9 and got 8.5 and wear with thicker socks. 8 would likely fit me also.

I love these booties - the style is great and they are really comfortable too. My only comment is that the "Smoke Suede" color is much more green than grey. I was looking for more of a brown, so am ordering the "Latte Suede 2" color as well, but might keep both colors because I like the design & comfort so much.

Love these! Oh my gosh. These are so cute and so comfortable. The pop of color in the lining is fun too. I basically have not taken these off since I got them. I wear them with everything and all day long. And I get constant compliments! I need to find these in other colors stat.

I absolutely love the look and tried these, but am unable to walk in them safely. I have a 10 AAA foot and rarely find shoes that fit well, but thought the high tops would help. I have worn other boots in 10M or 9 1/2M that worked fine. I tried these on in 10M and loved the look, but they flopped all over on my feet. I tried putting cushions under the ball of my foot, and it helped in the front, but the ankle was so wide that a heel grip wouldn't even come close to my ankle. They seemed wider than Medium shoes usually are. Still, I really wanted to keep them because I love the look, wanting something that could be worn with a dress. Others who saw them kept saying how great they looked and how fashionable they are, and how great they would look with a skirt or dress. I might try a 9 1/2, as they did seem more roomy in both length and width than a 10 usually is. There was no arch support...the insole seemed completely flat, so I may try another similar looking boot to see if it will offer more support.

Super cute slouchy bootie! They go with everything. They are pretty comfy if you aren’t doing any long distance walking in them. I wish splendid would have added a layer of memory foam on the foot bed for a little added cushion.

I see everyone saying they run big. I wear a 7 so I ordered a 61/2 and the are way to small..

Super comfy and cute. I wear a 10 typically and that's what I ordered, felt true to size and not too big at all, anything smaller would have been too tight. I wish the toe box was a smidge bit wider but I think that's just b/c I wear tenny's all day. Happy w/this bootie!

These western vibe boots are super cute...just what I was looking for with easy on no zip and the color Latte is a perfect neutral to go with my brown and green palette...I wear a size 6 1/2 or Euro 37 and they fit perfectly...heel height just right for comfort and the price was a great value...so happy with this sweet little fall boot...xo

Love these enough to write a review! Super comfortable and make every outfit look pulled together but still relaxed. The heel height is perfect- just enough for some lift but can still wear them all day without a problem. They do run small- I'm usually a 6 1/2 or a 7 but the 6's are perfect on me.

I originally got these in the olive green color and loved them immediately and wore them every single day for two weeks. I've tried to look for two other pairs in brown and black but every other bootie has fallen short of these, and I've sent them all back. It's really easy to make my legs look stumpy (I'm 5'1") or make my feet look enormous relative to my height (size 8) and these boots do neither, not to mention they're super comfortable. I finally broke down and ordered the other colors in this shoe because really no other ankle boot this season came close for me. I'm completely obsessed.

These boots are gorgeous! They feel very comfortable and well-made. I ordered down a half size like most reviewers suggested, but I think the 8 feels snug. I'm not sure that I'll keep them, but they are really a cute shoe.

I love these boots! They are neutral enough to go with any color and I get compliments every time I wear them. I don't wear heals much at all yet these are super comfortable. Danced the night away in them! They do seem to run a bit big.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE these booties. Very neutral and can be worn with almost anything and extremely comfortable. I got LOTS of compliments on them from friends and I sent them all the link so they can buy them.

These boots are so cute in style, just as pictured. They have slight slit in rear and make them a breeze to put on and off. These shoes run big, I ordered one size down. They are comfortable enough to wear all day (off and on my feet all day), but no padding in shoe insole. I just fixed that with a shoe insert.

I have never ordered this brand and only 10 was available so being I can wear 9-10 I snagged them. I would say they run true to size and the 10 is a bit big for me; however, I wear socks and it's fine. These boots are so cute in style, a bit of a western feel, love the folds that give the shoe texture. Very comfortable, wore them all day with no issues. I only rated comfort a 4 as they are a bit big having ordered the wrong size.

I wanted a cute short bootie to wear with boyfriend jeans, these go with any jeans. Cute style, I wear 9-9.5 and ordered 10 since they were out of my size. I could have gone with 9.5 but the 10 works fine. Soft suede, cute wrinkles to add some texture and cuteness to the book. Nice padding in side and great price. Ordered the latte, perfect neutral and so cute!

These are fantastic boots! They have a really soft t-shirt material in the sock and lining so they are extra comfy; they fit perfectly, are a great height, and go with pants, shorts, dresses, and skirts! They really are the perfect shoe. I was wary of the bootie trend and didn't think I could pull it off, but these are so cute and really easy to wear! So excited that fall is coming!

Cute bootie, but felt a half size too big. It also slips and slides easily on hardwood flooring.
