I ordered the Hurricane XLT, the Terra Fi Lite and the Kayenta to compare, all size 6.5. I have a narrow foot so I wanted to see which fit best. The Hurricanes are definitely wider and thicker, plus some of the colors (like the green I ordered) have a white sole which is not practical at all. The Terra Fi's are slimmer, have less of a border showing around the foot and the straps are much more cushioned. The Kayentas (purple) are cute and much more stylish with the thinner straps, but, like other reviewers noted, the straps across the toes aren't adjustable and they are a little gappy with my narrow foot. Plus, the back strap is plastic and cheapens the look and probably would affect how well they will hold up. I'm keeping the Terra Fi's because the profile is slimmer, the straps are more cushioned, they fit my narrow foot better, love the zipper green and they are super comfortable!

This is my first pair. The minute I put them on and took a few steps, I knew that I would be buying more in a different color. Everything about these shoes addresses all the needs of my 74 year old body. I am an avid walker and these shoes fit that bill perfect! I feel very stylish in them. I also love Zappos!

Great shoes! I ordered one pair and then got two more. I have various foot problems which require orthotics. These shoes allow me to get good arch and heel support without the orthotics. Also, they're great for getting a pedicure!

This sandal is comfortable and has plenty of cushion in the sole. Each strap has a padded backing and is adjustable with velcro. I tried on over a dozen sandals and this one won the comfort/style test. It looks good with jeans, shorts, and skirts. I recommend highly.

I also love my Terra Fi 3s. I have hiked in all terrain and find that they are more rugged with more support than this "Lite" model. The Terra Fi Lite is more flexible with less arch support and is much lighter weight. Not all of that is bad. I am taking them on a trip to Italy and will see how they hold up.

This pair of Teva's is nice looking but too light and has absolutely no arch support. Not a serious hiking/walking shoe.

I love Teva sandals, but these ones have really thin straps that aren't long enough, even though my feet are quite narrow, to tighten without having a lot of velcro showing. I'm afraid everything will stick to the velcro, so I sent them back.

These were my very first purchases from Teva and I love them! they match everything well. I am a size 7.5 and they fit perfectly, the inner straps are soft and don't chafe. The first thing I did was some hiking in Colorado and kayaking in Branson with these and they held up perfect in the terrain. I hiked for about 5 hours and kayaked for 3 and my feet never complained :). Next adventure with these are in Thailand!

This looks like a great shoe, though I have not yet tried it in the water, for which I got it. But it's comfortable and super elegant, which is surprising, and feels very secure on the foot. But order a half-size smaller! I wear 9 in everything and had to send these back and get an 8.5 Fits like a glove.

After searching and searching for comfortable shoes to wear to Disney World, I finally decided on the Teva Terra Fi Lite in Blue Lake. The color was pretty however; I wish this style came in the variety of colors other styles come in. I selected the Terra Fi Lite because of the thin padding under the straps (was afraid that the original style straps would chafe). I was super impressed with these shoes. I wore them for about 8-10 hours a day, walking constantly with little down time. I wore them the first 2 days with no foot pain at all. Day 3, I decided to change it up a little and wore my tennis shoes. My feet started hurting after only about 4-5 hours and I regretted my decision. I wore my Teva's the remainder of the trip. My feet did start hurting the last couple of days but I think it was strictly from being on them so long literally ALL DAY for a solid week. Everyone said to wear tennis shoes but I officially recommend Teva's instead. My feet did not get hot and sweaty, they did not hurt and I wasn't afraid to get them wet. People said your feet will get stepped on. No they didn't. Not one time. When my husband was complaining of his feet hurting, my feet were totally fine. Highly recommend!!

I am thrilled with my Teva sandals. I wear a size 12 but also have arthritis in my great toe joint so is difficult to find a sandal that does not put pressure on that toe joint. With the split strap in that area the joint fits right in between the straps, therefore not putting any pressure on the joint. No complaints with the length of straps or anything with the sandal for that matter. Very comfortable and very happy with my purchase.

This is my fourth pair of Tevas so I'm a fan. This particular pair is dedicated to be used around the pool, both in abd out of the water. They work great for water aerobics, are easy to slip on and off if I decide to swim, and have great traction ariund the pool and in the shower. They work great for everyday outdoor activities as well.

Wow, I purchased the Teva Terra Fi Lites in both black and grey. I am keeping them both! These sandals are awesome. They fit true to size. They are super comfortable with a cushiony support. I also purchased the Teva Hurricane XLT, to compare them and they were also comfortable, but these just had that extra something. I also didn't like that the Hurricanes only came in whole sizes, whereas, the Terra Fi Lite sandals came in half sizes and were true to size. The style on the Terra Fi Lite sandals was a little cuter and the cushiony feel was slightly nicer on the Terra Fi Lites. You will not be sorry you bought these. Well worth the money!

I wanted to replace a well-worn pair of Teva sandals with a similar style. I ordered 3 pair, and the Terra Fi Lite fit the bill perfectly. I have narrow feet, 9A, and these sandals are adjustable all over for a great fit. They are also well-cushioned for comfortable walking even on city streets.

Finally had a chance to wear these shoes and wanted to leave a review to say how comfortable they are. If you are one of the people out there who find Chaco's adorable but ill fitting for your foot, try Tevas. You will not be disappointed. Felt comfy right out of the box on my first walk.

I love these sandals! Just get them. They are flexible and extremely comfortable. I am used to hiking at the river and always worrying about slipping in my normal sandals. These shoes make me feel invincible. I have flat thin feet too and so most of the Chacos and other brands provide too much arch support and it's uncomfortable for my foot. These have just the right arch. After I got them I wore them everywhere and I am now excited to wander the slopes of Peru and Ecuador in them. Just get them.

I walk the beach daily with my Golden Retreivers and these are perfect! I never thought I'd find a Teva product good as my Pretty Ruggeds. These are great for narrow feet with 4 separate straps to adjust. Each strap interface is well padded so makes for very comfortable walking.

Received these in the mail on Thursday; hiked Yosemite's Half Dome on Friday. Great traction! Coming down the mountain, folks were incredulous that these sandals got me to the top. Minimal blistering considering their break in was a grueling 20-mile hike. I wore them with Smart Wool socks to make the ultimate fashion statement and I'm glad I did; this probably contributed to the lack of blistering and kept me warm during the night hours. I could have used a half-size larger in hindsight, but the adjustable straps make this less critical of an issue. They could have been wider and I wish Teva offered a wide width. Minus one star for not considering the broad-footed hikers of the world. Overall solid choice for a last-minute hike!

I'm not sure what kind of feet the heel strap fits. It barely had a lap-over of a half-inch of the hook-and-loop. Definitely not something I could wear. I have found that Teva skimps on strap length in other styles, as well.

I have a very hard time with shoes. I wear orthotics in my sneakers but can’t put them in sandals. Flip flops (which I basically lived in) aren’t an option right now. These are great. Comfortable and supportive. I’m very pleased.

It met all my needs. First extremely comfortable to wear on vacation. I have significant issues with my feet, so this is key when looking for any shoes, sneakers or sandals. They also passed for dress sandals. Went on a cruise & used them for most, if not all activities. These will be great for summer that is not too casual. I own other TEVA sandals that are for my everyday use.

These sandals are terrific for walking on wet surfaces such as a pool deck. I wear them on the deck and in the water. They're very comfortable and I feel safe.
