These sandals are good, but I only had them for a couple of weeks and I can tell that they will not lass too long. I went river rafting with them and they were nice in the raft, but the design on the strap is already starting to fray. Another issue that I find it that the rough side of the Velcro-straps are on the stationary part of the sandals, and are getting caught be anything soft, such as cloths, fabric upholstery and so on. In addition, in order to fit my foot in these, I need to have the top strap opened quite a bit and that means that the strap has to go through a narrow plastic piece in two layers, the decorated strap and the soft side of the Velcro. It is not impossible, but a bit annoying. From a design point of view, I don't know how Teva could solve this. It is not the end of the world however. Despite all these issues, the comfort may trump them all.

The Terra Fi Lite is narrower at the arch than the old Terra Fi 3, too bad. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars.

I think these shoes are not only great looking but comfortable. Unfortunately they were too narrow for my foot. So if you have a wide foot, maybe consider getting a different sandal. If I can find a pair that is wider I will buy them again.

This style is everything a Teva sandal should be- simple and comfortable. Solid alternative to flip flops, which can be great, but not for walking. These are the just like the classic 90s Teva with added padding under the straps. Neoprene padding give the sandal a very soft feel against the sensitive parts of your feet and ankles. Great for long walks and even sandal hiking. These are lighter [light is good] then the previous terra fi models but with a really good out-sole. Soft and quiet, but with a decent lug. Not too aggressive but still aggressive looking. The insole is interesting, a lot of contour in the arch and heel and I don't like too much arch. It took two days for my feet to get used to the contours of the arch and heel and now it feels good, really good. I have a wide short foot and these work well. I wear a mens 9 but know in Teva I'm always a full size smaller, so the mens 8 fit perfectly. Overall the quality of this sandal seems really good, especially the material of the foot-bed and out-sole. The one area of concern is when I need to take them on and off I pull the straps past a certain point the the velcro seem gets stuck in the buckle which also happened with my last Tevas (similar model called tagart) which are 6 years old and still going strong. It was time to go with a fresh pair just for fun, and I'm happy. Teva is totally classic at this point. Zappos is almost classic, a few more years.

Don't like Teva's new foot beds.Too hard with grooves that wear on feet.Miss the old softer more supple ones that cradled feet in comfort.

I bought these as water/camp shoes for backpacking. Unfortunately, they were very slippery on wet rocks. This past weekend I managed to slip on a damp rock with no pack and slip on a submerged rock in a mountain stream with my pack on. I am normally a very well balanced individual. For the damp rock, I was filling our camp water filtration bag, so was able to go back with my Vasque Inhalers and had zero issues with slipping on the exact same rock. In short, the traction is terrible for a water shoe. No way am I using these again. They were quite comfortable. Quite usable if you have no needs for traction in water. I'm a 10.5 and bought the 10. I would agree the 10 was a half-size small. I didn't try the 11.

AWFUL. Over many years these were my third pair of Teva brand sandals. Uncomfortable and I developed 3 blister on one foot and 4 on the other in a 2 mile walk. Velcro closure is difficult to pull through the loop to get on or off, poor design. Padding on the heel strap only covers half the heel area. Other areas of padding are small or misplaced. I wore one time and sent to Goodwill.

I couldn't get my foot comfortably into the sandal. Neither the heal nor the ankle strap would loosen enough to allow the sandal to be put on. Very big disappointment being a long time fan of Teva. Looks good in the box though. A year old pair of Teva 4141 had same problem and I wore the Velcro out trying to loosen the straps.
