My girlfriend loves UGG products. I get her a new pair every Christmas. I just wish you would stop saying they are meant to be worn without socks. After extended usage, the boots begin to smell like moldy potato chips. I tell her to wear socks, but she continues to claim she doesn't have to. That's my only complaint. :)

Good boots

I just bought my first pair and I got the Classic Tall Chocolate ones and I absolutely love them!!! They keep my feet warm and are also very stylish! I would recommend getting a darker color if you want them to stay neat because they stain quite easily. They fit to my foot perfectly and are just amazing!!!!!!!!!!!

They were delivered on time and just when they said they would be very satisfied.

First time Ugg wearer. Very comfortable. I bought my true size and did not size up or down, and am glad I did.

One shoe stretched after the first week or so but the other one still hasnt

First of all, Uggs are the warmest most comfy boots. They do run a size big and they also stretch. But if you have Uggs, you probably already know that. Uggs are always a request of my daughters for a Christmas present. Unfortunately we had a minor issue with discoloration after a few months. This was the first time I ever returned an item to Ugg. It was a very smooth transaction. I can't say enough about the easiness of the process. I was a little worried they wouldn't exchange them because of the amount of time. But, to our delight Ugg exchanged them with no questions asked! Now that's customer service! Uggs will always be a favorite in our house!

I have had these shoes for over five years and I am just now having to replace them. They are the best pair of UGGs I own by far.

My daughter loves her ugg's that she received for xmas. This is her 3 pair of Ugg boots. She was very excited to open her gift.

I wear these boots everyday in the snow. They are comfortable and keep my feet and legs warm. What a wonderful product.

I wear them all the time. They are so comfortable and look great with leggins and skinny jeans. I really don't have anything negitave to say. I have a pair in just about every color!

I have 3 pairs and the boots fit snug at first but do stretch after wear. After that, they feel good.

I received these as a gift from my hubby! This is my 3rd pair and I love them! My daughter inherited my classic short. I really hated to part with them! I ordered a size 4 chestnut and they fit perfectly. I usually wear a size 5 women's in Uggs and 6 in any other shoe. I'm obsessed with the brand and I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to my boots! Don't judge! Lol! Thumbs up!

The website was very easy to use. I can't really comment on the product because it was a gift to someone else. They said give 5 stars so here it is.

This is my second pair--I wore the first ones completely OUT. Delighted to start wearing out another pair! Service was superb--placed the order online--free 2nd day upgrade for shipping--delivered as promised. I'll be back!

I ordered these boots in black and I absolutely LOVE them! I have several pairs of UGG's and will continue to buy them. On another note ordering on the website and dealing with the customer service I would say it was very poor. I ordered them and then a day later talked to customer service and they told me my card was denied but gave me no reason and told me to order again so I did and then a day later I was being charged for 2 pairs and being sent 2 pairs when I only wanted 1. So I contacted customer service and they told me I would have to wait to go thru the refund/return process to get my order and refund to my account when it was THEIR SCREW UP!! I WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER OFF THIS WEBSITE! I will buy elsewhere.
