I wear my UGGs everywhere. I got new grey UGGs a week after christmas and already in the right boot the stitching in the toe is coming undone. I want to exchange them for another pair that are prepared correctly.

i hate these!! i am never going to recommend them to a friend! i bought these a year ago and the color is wearing out the original color is brown but people think they are grey. The fur falls out and they scrunch up. They are ripping apart . In the back where it says ugg australia the stitching is coming off. I am very diasspointed considering that i got authentic uggs.

Im very upset with Ugg. Ive been an Ugg boot customer for years I love all my boots but this year i needed a new pair and i found out that they are not the same anymore. I order the classic tall online here i got them in and the color (chesnut) was really dark and the fur on the inside was rough and tan not white like in the picture and how they used to be and the bottem of the boot was like plastic not rubber like they used to be. I went to a department store here the carry's Uggs and asked the clerk why these boot are soo cheap now [*]. So im very upset cause i need new boots. Please go back to your nice quality boots.

Product received and I was very excited as these were for my daughter - could not get cardboard out of the one boot - not happy -gave up. Tried other boot put it on and the calf was too tight (don't have big calves to begin with) - no room whatsoever to tuck pant legs into the boot. Unfortunately I am returning boots today. We will find boots elsewhere that will fit correctly.

Unfortunately, the quality of Ugg products is no longer as good as it used to be. I have been a loyal customer for more than 10 yrs, and there is a obvious difference in the quality of products bought within the past 3 years as to the products I purchased prior to that.
Every product (boot) I bought in the past several years have not lasted more than a year (one winter season to be exact) without having to be replaced.
And that is only with being worn one or twice a week.

I am unhappy to find that after less than a year, I now have a hole in the toe of my Uggs. Telling customers to buy a size down is bad advice. I usually do not buy expensive shoes and clothed so these were a splurge and I had hoped they would last.
I am also bothered by the warranty policy that requires me to pay to ship them back to evaluate them for a defect. I am sure a hole worn in the toe will not be considered a defect so now I am stuck with a pair of expensive boots with a hole in the toe.

I got mine less than a year ago and only wore them during the cold weather. While they were warm and slipper like footwear I could wear to work and on errands, there is no arch support. However, most importantly, for a pair of boots that costs nearly $200, they are already worn through in the toe area. I think going a size down is bad advice to give the consumer. I assumed they might be replaced under warranty but I have found that you must send them back (at your own cost) for a evaluation to determine if the problem is covered under warranty.
I had similar looking boots from another (much less expensive) company and they lasted much longer.
Very disappointed in Ugg. :(

make sure to not wear them in the rain, put a waterproof spray on them just in case. they will wear out and stretch. not good for people who have skinny legs. get a cheaper [*] pair not worth the [$]!

I loved these boots and was so happy to get them for my christmas present. I applied the UGG care product on them properly like I had done with my short classic chesnut colored UGG's and it is supposed to protect them from weather damage. I wore them in a light rain and noticed my new boots had turned green! theyre the tall grey ones and that disappointed me greatly :(

My Uggs are comfortable but not so great. I tried cleaning themand now they just feel like sand paper. I was very disopointed. I would NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Ive used Classic Tall UGGs for 3 years happily (warm, comfortable).
But the new pair I ordered some weeks ago: a flop. Same boot, same size!
After wearing twice a hole at the seam behind. 52.- EUR for the return from Germany.

I am a frequent customer with great past experiences, so I'm not sure if I just got a bad batch but this pair of classic chestnut tall was horrible. I returned them after 3 days of wearing because the boots were falling apart (it was purchased on uggaustralia.com). I got a full refund with no hassle but am not sure if I will be purchasing any more, as I feel the quality of the boots have strongly gone down. I don't mind paying the price, just give me a good boot.

The return policy was such a pain!! They make it WAY to complicated to return the product and get your money back. Just a complicated "mailing back" process all around.

My husband bought me my 1st pair of uggs just over a year ago. I loved them and wore them every chance I got. I ended up investing in 2 more pair in different colors. Just the other day my 1st pair tore at the seems and ripped open. I contacted ugg through email and phone and was told they would evaluate them if i shipped them in & they still may not be replaced. REDICILOUS forhow much you pay for them! Very unhappy and EXTREMELY disappointed!!!

Totally disappointed with the redesign of the classic tall boot! The material is much thinner than previous years uggs. They aren't even shaped the same at the toe. These new boots actually put pressure on the bed of the big toenail. I have 3 other pairs that I purchased a few years ago and they are much better quality and thicker. I won't buy another pair of uggs until they make them with better quality like they used to. So disappointed!

Unfortunately this was the first time I bought my daughter a "real" pair of Ugg boots, and they did not hold up as well as the "imitation" ones that are a fraction of the cost. I'm still waiting to get a replacement pair for the ones I had to return after only 2 weeks of wear and they ripped.

I've had 3 pairs of UGGs previously, but this year I was highly disappointed it seems that the sizing has been altered. I'm a size 10 and my other UGGs fit just fine but my new size 10 boots were too snug, so I ordered the 11 but there's not much difference, I'm extremely unhappy.

Disapointed with the durability. Having paid over [$] I expected these to last a while. I was soo exited at first! However after a few months of a little wear the sheepskin thinned out and a hole appeared at the toe! I wear my look alikes a heck of alot more, paid $30 have had them for two years and not a hole or tear in sight! Very disapointed! I feel like I've been robbed!
