These boots felt amazing as soon as I got them and tried them on, and they came in no time! I am a size 7 or 8 in women shoes, but the size 6 in the kids' classic was perfect! Thanks, Zappos!

I am a 6.5 in ladies shoe size. I got a Youth 2 size 6. After wearing them for 3 weeks the boot stretched a little. Now it feels a little roomy. Next time I will purchase a Y2 size 5. So far I'm loving my uggs. Also my height is 5.2 and the height of the boot is perfect. It looks proportioned to my leg length. I also found out that is better to wear the boots without socks. When I wear socks my feet sweat bullets, when not it's perfectly dry. Also the boots have not gotten any feet funky smell, which is great.

I am a size 8 in women and these kids uggs fit perfect. You can't even feel the difference, and it's a lot cheaper than the women's boots so I'll continue to buy them from the kids department

Normally wear a 7-7.5 in women’s in other brands but can get away with a 5 in “big kids”. Super comfy & Save money. Win win

For this to be my first time buying Ugg, I must say thank you! Zappos! The shipping was fast. I order them on 12/12/13 at 8:43am and they arrive at my house on 12/13/13 3:00pm. Unbelievable! The best part about Zappos, is that the Next Day shipping was free. Free! Yes FREE! I would be buying some more next pay check. PS: I wear a 7 1/2 in woman shoes, but brought them in a Youth 2 size 6. Fits perfectly.

These boots run small. My daughter wears a size 6 in womens, but wears a size 5 in Uggs. I ordered these boots at 10pm and received them the next day by 12:30p with my VIP membership, just in time for Christmas! Thanks Zappos!

So nice to be able to spend a few dollars less on Ugg boots, usually buy woman's 7, but these fit just the same in youth 2 size 6. Zappos is the best!

My daughter loves them! She was dying for a black pair of Uggs. She's worn them everyday since Christmas and they haven't faded or transferred any color. I must admit, I hated Uggs when they first came out but I'm a total convert now. Everyone at home has at least two pairs.

I am a woman's size 7. Size 5 Youth fits perfectly. I like the sole of the youth size better than women' s. Not as clunky looking. I bought a pair of chocolate youth about 3 years ago. Have held up wonderfully and color is versatile. Just purchased same pair, also youth size 5 but in chestnut. The shape and styling are just the same but quality of leather doesn't seem as nice. The shaft, in particular, feels of a thinner leather. Still very comfortable but just not quite as nice as my last pair. Of course, Zappos service speedy and stellar, as usual!

I just got these less than a month ago and I’ve worn them twice. The thread is already coming apart. I’m unhappy. Also read their return policy and worn shoes are not able to be returned. Which is understandable but what about defects ??? I loved Zappos. But their return policy is horrible.

These were bought for my niece. They keep her feet warm in the winter and also looked fashionable. The sheering inside keep her feet warm and comfortable. (I have a pair of my own and love them).

Great! Can’t go wrong with Ugg’s.

Still going strong as my daughter wears these pretty much every day since the fall.

Love my UGGS! I wear them all of the time... even in the summer! Love the way my feet feel in them! Cozy! I wear a size 6.5-7 in adults so I bought girls size 5 and they fit great! These boots are a must have!
