I am generally a full leather gal on my boots, but these had great reviews and looked to be just the classic style I was looking for...they were a bit too shiny for me which made them look a little too "fake" for my comfort. As well, to my own fault the bottom was not nearly as thick as I like my boots to be. They will be returned.

These boots are gorgeous, soft and true to size. The inside is lined with a soft polyester for comfort. But they weren't comfortable for me. Something with the manufacturing, I guess that had a rough patch on the inside.

Good looking, but they're *really* tight on my average-sized/athletic calves. I typically never have a problem with boots fitting - these are particularly narrow. Everything else seemed true to size. Back they go.

I am a vegetarian, so I was so happy to see these stylish non-leather boots and had to have them. When they arrived, they looked even better than online. Sadly, I tried one on and they were so narrow (not the calf as I did not actually get that far) that they actually caused instant pain as soon as I slipped my feet in. Obviously, I immediately took them off and returned them. I did not even try zipping them up. I was (and still am) really disappointed because I thought they were great looking boots.

If you are looking for a brown boot, beware: the 'dust' color looks dark brown in the photo but is really more of a charcoal grey color in person! Also, the zipper is chunky and clunky. My pair is headed back to Zappos!

These are the perfect shade of taupe, light brown and are a lovely idea but the zippers straight up don't work. They don't budge, and they are meant to open. I tried to get into them without opening them and this is possible, but cumbersome. Wen I finally do this I tried walking across the room in them and found them slouching in the ankles and creating sharp edges that stab at my ankles. Even the sale price is way too much for this quality.

These boots look just like the picture and looked great when I took them out of the box but I was so disappointed when I put them on! I am usually a size 7 and these felt a bit too narrow and tight in the toe area I would definitely have to go up a half size but will be returning them. The ankle is also very loose fitting and felt bulky when I walked around in them, they looked very unflattering on me!

Shaft so small I couldn't zip it up -- can't even tell how the boot fit because I couldn't get it on! (My calf with heavy leggings measures 15".) Got back.
