This may be TMI (too much information) however, to express my pleasure with this shoe, I'm gonna share! Toe surgery on all 10, bunions removed on both, plus 65 years of wear and tear leave my two dogs needing tender, loving, care. These boots leave me feeling poetic!! LOL! I'm on my feet all day, every day, walking and standing. These have a little more support than my two other Classic Uggs, so I bought this style, Jillisn III, in brown and black (and I like these better with skirts). Everywhere I go, I receive lots of compliments for these stylish boots; they not only look great but my feet say thank you. And thanks to Zappos' awesome return policy, I was able to try lots of boots before making this choice!

I just bought a pair of these and l like them a lot. I usually wear a 9.5 but I like the fit if the 9. Because of the fleece lining I will use thin boot socks instead of heavy winter socks and the size 9 should be perfect. Overall I love them and am happy to have warm furry uggs that don't look like big giant slippers.

I got this boot for day to day errands throughout the Northern winter. I have worn it quite a bit and find it has the comfort and warmth you expect from UGG but more durability since it has a solid sole. I typically wear a 7.5 and could have used an 8 to accommodate my penchant for thick socks. But overall, very happy with the purchase.

I absolutely love these boots! I wear a size 9 or 9 1/2 in a shoe. I have arch supports that I put in my shoes, and a small 1/4 inch lift that I need to put in my left shoe, so I ordered these boots in a size 10. The inserts all fit perfectly. My foot is narrow and these boots are more narrow than many of the other Ugg styles. It was 15 degrees here in Utah today, and I wore them all day long. My feet and legs were warm and the boots were so comfortable. I am so glad I bought these!

Living in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan it is cold here and lots of snow. I don't care for the original Ugg style boots so have been searching for something cute but warm. I had to size up from my normal 9 1/2-10 to an 11. The boot in a smaller size rubbed by big toe uncomfortably. They are a little big but I wear wool socks in the winter anyway so my feet should be super warm. I can fit in my skinny jeans because the circumference of the calf size is generous. I'm also tall with long legs so these hit just about 2 inches below my knee. For us tall girls if the shaft isn't high enough we only get mid calf boots. They seem a bit wide in the foot but that could just be me because my feet are kind of narrow. Wish Ugg would have made these in a leather style though. I sprayed them with suede protectant so I hope they hold up well throughout the winter with the snow and salt on the ground. The only downfall is the price.

This is my first Ugg boots, so I'm not sure if every Ugg boots are like this. I normally wear size 9-9.5 for boots, and I got a size 10 for this. The foot area was quite roomy for me. I'm okay with that because it's not my usual size. The problem is the calf...even with size 10 I have a hard time to zip them up. I even tried it with naked legs and it was still hard to pull the zip all the way up. I can manage to zip it up, but it really tighten my legs and I can feel it'll be bad for blood circulation. Maybe it's the shearling lining made the inside too tight? I don't know. Or maybe this boot is just not for petite size people (I'm 5'3"). This shoe is really warm because of the shearling linings, but it feels heavy on me, the rubber sole is heavy, plus the tight calf, you'll need to pull some weight when you walk, thus this won't be a comfy shoe for walking, at least to me or to people with normal-large size calves. I decided to return the boots even though I really liked the look of the boots and I got it with a great price. Sou Cal isn't that cold, I guess this boot suits for people who need to walk on snow more with its weight and coziness.

Love, love, love these boots. I wanted warm boots without the chunky look of the original Uggs. I absolutely love these boots. If I could change ONE thing it would be that shaft height....since I am only 5' 2.5 I am short...I wish the shaft height was an inch or 2 shorter but I still LOVE them. The boot hits about 1 inch below my knee cap. I am average build with thicker legs (jean size 8) and the boots fit great around my calves. (I do not have skinny legs) no issues zipping them up...there is even room left over with jeans. I bought them in chocolate brown and they are fabulous with skinny jeans. The fact that they are waterproof too is a plus plus! Definitely one of my favorite Ugg boots out there.

Best. Boots. Ever. So glad I waited for new styles - I wanted some flash. They hit upper-calf (I am 5'9") and feel like gloves. Lining is warm but not too warm - not like other Uggs with thick fleece inside. Thank you to the lady with the bunions. I have them too - could wear these all day, every day. Totally worth the investment. Timeless.

I have owned these boots for a year now and I am in love with them. They do take a few good walks to break them in after that they are great to wear all day long! I get so many compliments on these boots people can not believe they are made by Ugg. These boots are super warm and are also really water resistant (not like the traditional Uggs!) I love these boots and will be wearing them for many years to come!

I order the Ugg Jillian II and got what I want. They are beautiful. Shipping was fast. I got compliments a lot. I only found them here at Zappos. I just was not too happy with the arch support, a little flat.

My foot measures a 6.5 but I typically wear a 7 in most shoes, from Tennis shoes to heels. However with both these Uggs and another pair I tried, I'm going to need to go up to an 8 or 7.5 if offered. It is way too tight... I'm sure down the road after I've worn in the wool lining they would fit true to size but to start off with there is just not enough room. But I'm quite confident they'll be a great shoe. they also seem a bit tight across the bridge of my foot. so we'll see... I'll adjust my review accordingly. :)

Classic style. I would recommend these boots. They don't have any arch support but they are cozy and very walkable. Size 12 Is what I wear and it feels true to size.

I'm slightly irritated to find that this boot has a lower heel than the boot I thought I was ordering, which is apparently the Jillian I boot...? My daughter has the higher heeled boot. It's only about 1/2 inch higher, but it looks sharper with that extra heel. Also these are at least a half size smaller than the others. What fits in 8 in Jillian needs 8.5 in Jillian II. Sadly, I must return them.

SOOOOO cute never spend this on boots but, they were so cute! ran 1 size small and narrow. Love the look.

These boots are really comfortable and stylish. I don't normally like the style of UGG boots, but these are different. The fleece lining is very warm and can be worn with or without socks (whatever your preference). I like the casualness of the boots and are great for walking around town during the winter months. I've had occasion to wear them all day walking, and they were still as comfortable at the end of the day as they were at the beginning.

The Ugg Jillian is a favorite boot! I wear a size 8 in most sneakers and flats. In the classic Ugg (like the button bailey) I need a size 7. I have a average foot width and my calves measure 14.75". The Jillian allow enough room for a pair of skinny jeans. I tried the size 8 and it was a little too snug on the outside toes of the right foot so I decided to go up an 8.5 size. I figure if they stretch over time, there is always room for socks and yet I prefer to wear them barefoot. Zappos sells and Ugg conditioner set with a spray to keep them smelling great if your feet tend to sweat. Zappos has the best customer service and the representatives are ALWAYS helpful, courteous and kind.

Love these boots! I've been looking for boots for years that are stylish but comfortable. I am on my feet all day and need comfort! These are perfect. My first pair of Ugg boots, but they won't be my last!

These boots are incredibly fabulous, both in comfort & style. They work perfectly with leggings, skirts & skinny jeans. They are warm and my go to boots on a regular basis. I love them so much I purchased this pair to have as a back up...just never want to be without them. I think they are the prettiest of all the Ugg boots!

I usually wait a few weeks to post reviews in order to see how my shoes or boots have worn. I can definitively state that the Jillian II was the best purchase I've made all year. I've worn them in our (current) frigid temperatures, walking socklessly on icy and cold streets and they remain wonderfully warm. These are more streamlined than my other Ugg boots, but just as good to the feet, if not better, as there is more arch support than one would find in the Bailey or Classic. The small heel gives the boot elegant stability and I can walk for hours in them. The Jillian is truly a favor to the feet.

I absolutely love these boots! They are so warm and comfortable, you don't have to break them in. I also liked the fact that Zappos sold these boots cheaper than any other site or store. They also shipped in 1 day.

Just received them having read all the great reviews. They arrived quickly with Zappos exceptional service. They need no break in, they are as warm as toast, weather here in Boston right now is freezing and I am wearing them without socks. I am a true size 7.5 and having read the reviews I chose to stick with my size - they are perfect. My other beige loose fitting Uggs are a size smaller. If you want to wear thick socks, I would advise going up half a size. Love them. Fit like a glove.

After doing a lot of research, I finally decided on these boots. I fell in love with the style and have always admired the Ugg brand, although this is my first purchase of Uggs. These boots are absolutely beautiful! I ordered a size larger (I wear an 11 and I ordered a 12). I am 5'10" and these boots hit my leg about 2" below my knees. They are fitted in the calf area, but I can still tuck my jeans into them with no problem. The area around the ankle is a bit loose as I have narrow feet, but the overall comfort is fabulous! These would also be the perfect riding boot and I am hoping to test that out soon. In retrospect, I would have ordered an 11, but will wear cotton socks with them and am sure they will be perfect! The customer service and shipping time at Zappos is amazing! My new "go to" for shoes, boots, etc. Very happy!

I love these boots and I am often complemented on them. People can't believe they're UGGS! So comfortable and so stylish. I can wear them all day. I treated the suede with the UGGS Suede protector and brushed it out. They look awesome. I should buy a second pair!
