After receiving the first pair with one size 9 toddler the other size 1 big girl, Zappo’s support quickly sent out a new pair. It arrived a few days later and both boots in the box were the correct size.

I bought these for our 4 year old granddaughter. They are beautiful! Everyone that sees them comments on how cute the boots are.

These are a nice boot for a little girl. Easy enough to get on - there isn't a zipper. She is able to walk comfortably in them and knows she looks so darn cute!!

These run wide and are perfect! Daughter loves them. True to length.

These are adorable children’s boots. They seemed well made and perfect, although I needed a size larger. It was difficult for the child to get her feet into the boot (too tight).

I bought these boots for my 6 and 8 year old granddaughters who have never had boots before. They were beyond thrilled!! They are very stylish and look well with skirts, leggings, and jeans. They put them on first thing in the morning and it is hard to get them off. The oldest were wear them to bed if her mom and dad would let her. We'll be back next fall for another pair!

I would describe the boot shaft as a very pretty deep pink, not red. The boots are really cute and look great with jeans or dresses.
