Very comfortable shoe.

This is a shout out for customer service dept. When the original order arrived, I found they had shipped the wrong size shoe. I contacted the customer service dept and advised them of the situation. Clerk apologize for the mistake and immediately emailed me a UPS shipping label to use to return the shoes. The next day I received an email advising the correct shoes were being delivered. That's what I call service.

These shoes have excellent arch support. They are easy to break-in and fit my feet. I need a good fitting dress shoe that can take a lot of walking and standing during the day. This is my fourth pair in four years. I keep coming back to this style. Also love the fact that they just slip on with no laces to worry with.
