Shoe was not wide enough. And was not deep enough

Your shoes run very large. The sizing chart you offer on your web site has no correlation whatever to the size of your shoes. I've wasted shipping dollars sending these back to you.

Very disappointed in these shoes ! They started cracking and the finish started coming off after 2 hours of wearing them! Very embarrassing to have this happen while at a very important black tie work dinner ! I have purchased nunn bush shoes before and liked them but these are definitely lower quality! I don't recommend them !

Long time Nunn Bush customer. Ordered On Line for first time and discovered their sizing seems to have changed and the shoes run a bit small now. Sadly discovered they would not pay for return shipping so I will never use On Line ordering again and will have to expand my in store search to other brands. Disappointed in Nunn Bush for costing me money.

I cannot count how many times I have purchased these shoes. I have been a customer for over 10+ years. The last two pairs of these shoes - the seam ripped in the same exact spot. The first pair ripped within two months, I couldn't return. The pair that I have in the picture ripped on the first day. What happened to the production quality? I have pairs of these shoes produced a few years ago that lasted 1-2 years with serious abuse that never ripped open. They used to be great quality. I hope somebody from the manufacturer sees this review. Some thing really needs to be done about your production or you were going to lose repeat business. I am not the only person that is talking about the poor production quality lately. I really love buying these shoes but would really love to see your quality improved.

I really wanted to like these shoes since they look nice. However, there is a sharp, abrupt drop from the heel, right about the beginning of the arch, that makes the shoe feel like you're standing with your heel on a 1x4 and the ball of your foot on the ground. The corner digs into my foot, and the weird angle my foot is at makes my back hurt after a minute or two in them. Unfortunately, Nunn Bush's return policy makes it not worthwhile to return. I bought these with warranty credit because my last pair of Nunn Bush shoes fell apart in less than a year.

The stitching on the shoe came undone after an hour of wearing them and I've tried to reach customer service in regards to this matter and no one has been available to help me.

Bought a few pairs of these. Look nice, very comfortable, but fall apart quickly...

I like shiny shoes, unfortunately the shoes that was mailed to me did not match the shine I saw in the picture.

I have a black pair and are great. But I ordered a size 11 in brown and cognac color, both were marked as a size 11 but the size and fitment were very small like a size 10. No issues with return, no size 12 was available in case those ran small equivalent to a size 11.

Previously owned a pair, and were very comfortable on my feet. I just ordered these as a replacement pair, and they are very tight and uncomfortable. I ordered XW, and I am not confident that they are. They are marked XW, but are not as wide as my original pair.

I owned Nunn Bush years ago and saw these and they looked great. They are very comfortable but not impressed with the construction. Top seam started to split after occasional use. I opened a concern with customer support. Lets see what support they offer.

The shoe is very attractive and extremely comfortable! The shoes wear out quickly however, and the cover although it claims it is leather, appears to be something else that if the shoe gets scraped or scratched, ruins the shoe's appearance. You can see many reviews from other people who have mentioned this. I would take real leather that needed to be polished over this shiny stuff that deteriorates. ARE YOU LISTENING? I am now looking for the same or similar style in another brand.

No good

This is my second pair of Nunn Bush shoes that I have bought for work and each have been poorly made. The first pair had such a soft soles that within 6 months the sole had a hole in each shoe and I have a desk job, I am not running marathons in my shoes. The second pair shown in the picture above were comfortable, but again made with such poor quality that within two weeks, the stitching on the side of the of the right shoe was coming undone leaving an inch hole to be seen. I will not be buying another pair of Nunn Bush shoes as the brand has now been linked to poor quality.

everytime it rains, you fell the wetness inside. Poor Substandard quality that makes the shoes fall apart after a year.

These are the most uncomfortable shoes that I own. I cannot wear them all day.

Daily use great looking comfortable shoe Did not even last 2 months before the bottom of the shoe completely seperated

I am a teacher and NEED a comfortable shoe to get me through the day. These shoes are the most comfortable I've ever worn. You can feel the support and comfort the moment that you put them on. The downside is that they started falling apart after 2 months of use. The leather began to bubble and crack all over the shoes, the seams began to rip out leaving enormous gaps near the soles and crest of the shoes. It is a real tragedy that these comfortable shoes simply didn't last longer. Maybe they are safe to buy for occasional use?
