Excellent comfort, poor quality. The artificial leather cracks and does not last. Highly overpriced. I recommend real leather or lower price.

These look and feel great. They do not skuff easy and hold a shine. They are light weight. I walk 2 miles at lunch every day and I feel like I have finally found the perfect office walking shoe.

It is very difficult to fit my son's short wide feet and these were nearly perfect! Finally something wide enough that looks great!

For the sale price, these are pretty good shoes. They could use ore padding around the ankle and on the ball of the foot though. They also seem a tad narrower than expected. Still good for the price.

The size was correct. However I had explained that the "comfort technology" was the problem. I had sent for these for my son who has a "toe problem" with one foot. But even given this knowledge upon ordering the shoes it became obvious that it did lead to a "comfort technology" problem that was not addressed. Therefore unfortunately I must return the shoes. Perhaps my son could look into your website for a different pair of shoes.

Shoes felt cheap. 90-days old and they have worn poorly. Insole is flat and any support is nearly gone.

I wear these for my work conferences. I'm getting 40,000+ steps a day at these events, and these shoes are clutch. Comfortable, look good, good grip. I'll for sure buy a new pair whenever they run out. So far, 4 years in (I don't wear them every single day) and they still look great.

The horse shoe shaped gel in the heels of the shoe cured the pain in my left leg. The shoes fit fine. The shoe lace could be of better quality though, one of them already looks ready to break off any day.

I had pain in heel of my left foot since the sole of my old shoes had worn off unevenly. This shoes has horse shoe shaped support for the heel which was very comforting and the pain in my foot was gone after few days. Given what the doctor charged for my wife's plantar fasciitis, this shoes was a deal given my pain was gone and I didn't even had to take some painful injection in my foot!

After one month, the sole started to separate from the body of the shoe. Zappos sent a new pair, overnight, to replace the defective ones. I have had two pair of these prior with superb results, so I will write this one pair off as a lemon pair. The replacements seem fine.

Fit is good, but we need a size 11 instead of 11.5
