This skirt is great for travel. I bought this for a recent trip to Peru in which I needed the comfort and packability of cotton spandex with a great style to dress up or down and still look somewhat put together. I am now back and will incorporate it into my work attire when I want to look put-together but not intimidatingly so.

This skirt is much more casual looking in person than on the model due to the material and raw hem, but it's still a great skirt for the sale price I got it for. For a petite plus, it's a great length/stretch combination. It's the only pencil type skirt I've ever found that stays perfectly in place while walking with absolutely no adjustments needed.

Has a wonderful skimming fit with enough stretch to be very comfortable. The fabric is soft and smooth. This skirt is lined, which is not noted in the description - this is a definite plus - the skirt is dark and can be worn without a slip. Runs a smidge large or slightly loose. The bottom edge is cut, it is not a true sewn hem. With the first washing it rolled up slightly. I washed it inside-out in a lingerie bag and hung it to dry. I bought a second one and think I will try to hem it.

Elastic waist is comfortable no tunging or pulling on stomach or waist. And I order a size down and the fit was perfect.

I have the same skirt in charcoal grey, and when I needed a new black skirt for summer travel and saw this one it was an easy choice. Washable (I hang most of my clothes to dry just to be safe), travels well (just roll and pack), super comfortable, lined (so it's forgiving) but still usable for warm weather, and a nice dark black goes with everything. I paired with a silk blouse and heels - perfect!

As others have said, this skirt is easy to wear, wash and pack. Sexy in a subtle way. Good for either an interview or a date. However, it runs large. I'm 5'7", 145lb, and had to size down to a small.

Love this skirt. Dress it up or down. Great fit and lightly lined so no need for wearing lots of shapwear underneath. It is super comfortable and even though it just a black skirt... I got several compliments on it tge first time I wore it.

I don’t wear skirts except this one. Everything about it works for my style or lack thereof.

Terrific fabric, great for travel Just what I was looking for

This is a fabulous wardrobe staple. Close fitting and the narrowing to the knees is very flattering. I keep trying it with tops already in my wardrobe. So basic, I want to wear it all the time. I'm delighted with this purchase.

Per previous reviews I ordered a size down and the fit was perfect. Very comfortable.

Great skirt - very comfortable. The fabric is actually a double-knit, which creates a nice smooth appearance IMO. The construction makes the skirt very comfortable. No digging waistband. Oddly, there is no hem, the fabric is straight cut. This looks very nice and polished, but I'm curious how that will hold up to gentle laundering. I bought both medium and large being unsure - both fit but large is more comfortable (I am size 10-12). Am keeping both since I am trying to loose weight, and this is such a versatile piece for a great price.

Great staple

Very comfortable and flattering. However, on closer inspection, the craftsmanship and the fabric is not as classy as I expected based on pictures and other reviews. I still kept it because it is just so comfortable. Will use it as more of a casual skirt, but it will do for a more formal event in a pinch.
