I bought this after trying my daughters mat. What I love the most is that my towel doesn't move. Makes me nutty when my towel crunches up and with this mat I no longer have that issue. It's light and easy to carry with my water and car keys Love it

I purchased this mat to take to Wanderlust 108, so I didn't have to carry my ProLite while traveling. It is so lightweight and easy to carry, I was so happy to have it. It is very sticky so I had excellent grip through all the poses. It does have a slight smell upon opening, but I hung the mat to air out for several days and it's going away. Looking forward to future travel yoga adventures with my eKO SuperLite!!

I work for the airlines so fitting my daily life into the confines of a suitcase is no easy feat. I have two of the ekoLite mats (colors are mustard and eggplant) and since coming across these foldable mats I've been consistently happy with their quality and non slip grip. It's so great to have one on hand so I can lay it out wherever in the world I may be and connect back with myself and my practice. At home I definitely have my thicker mats but couldn't be more happy with the non invasive travel ability these mats provide. Manduka mats are at the top for me.

I bought this mat a month and a half ago to take with me when I'm traveling (my PROlite is too heavy to take on trips). So far, it's been exactly what I was looking for - it's got a great amount of stick and it folds up small enough to fit in the front pocket of my carry-on. My hands tend to get pretty sweaty, so I do use my Manduka hand towel with it, which adds a bit of padding for my wrists.

This is a great mat that I bring with me in all my business travels. Whether a quick morning practice in the hotel room or a park, it's light and easy to fit in my carry-on!

I bought this a month ago for a trip to Europe where I had limited space in my luggage and am so happy I did! It's compact, foldable, durable comfertable and I love the colors.

Love this mat! It is very sticky and easy to pack, It is regularly stuffed in my bicycle panniers for quick in town commutes, shoved in a carry-on to Florida, and nicely folded in a checked bag to Ireland & England. Now its on it way to Barcelona...

This mat is perfect to supply a thin non-slip, sanitary surface for your practice. The quality of my hotel, outdoor & "on-the-go" practice has really increased because of it.

I can throw this mat in my backpack and ride my bike to the gym. It has no padding, but it is a sticky mat and perfect to toss in your suitcase for trips.

At first, i decided to buy this mat because it's perfect for travels. But I love it also for my daily practice. My feet do not slip and the mat almost don't move during practice. Love it!

Oh man, finally. A yoga mat that doesn't skid.
I have the lightweight version, but have used the heavier one at yoga studios. Both are excellent.

I love this mat. This grip is good, I don't feel slippery. It was the perfect option to bring to Wanderlust where a portable mat is a must. The edges don't roll, you can fit it in any bag, lightweight. It was a great purchase.

This mat traveled well. I was able to workout while on vacation. Would definitely recommend if you workout when you travel.

This mat is exactly what I expected when I ordered it. Light and very grippy. I have not traveled with it yet but it obviously will not disappoint. I use it when I'm teaching where I don't want to lug around a heavier mat and I am only demonstrating poses. I use the prolite when I practice and take class because I prefer a mat with at least a bit of cushioning (which the superlite doesn't have).
I'd also recommend:

I bought a travel mat so that I could continue yoga on an extensive trip. So far I have used it in New York City, London, and I write from Croatia. It is light, takes up very little space in my suitcase and works great. My rooms have had rugs which is helpful since their is very little cushioning. Well worth it.

This holds my feet better than any mate so there is no slipping. I use it over a mat on hard floor surface or over a thin rug and when traveling.

This very thin sticky mat folds up like a towel, transports very easily. Provides great grip with no slipperiness. Has no padding but does well on a hotel carpet for travel or to bring to lay over a mat at the yoga center for your own comfort regarding germs etc. As I travel for work, it is fantastic to throw into my carry on and be able to do my routines on the road. But it has virtually no padding so you really need to be on another mat (as at a gym) or on a rug or carpet.

I bought this to travel with me. It is thin so in some cases you may need a blanket to place under your knees. This mat gives you the ease of folding it and packing it in your carryon without taking up too much valuable space. It gives you a great gripable surface for you yoga practice.

Just bought this mat as I do a lot of traveling for my job & didn't want to lug my black mat pro through an airport or have it take up all my luggage space. So far, the superlite has proven to be a great purchase! It folded up small enough I was able to easily fit it in my carry-on purse. It has surprisingly great grip, I've experienced no slipping whatsoever. Would definitely buy if your shopping for a leightweight mat to take on travel!

I bought 10 of these mats for teaching classes. I love that they are easy for me to transport when teaching classes due to their light weight and thin roll. The color is beautiful, the smell is not strongly toxic, and the grip is fantastic!! I love the eco friendly composition. The only complaint I have is that the mat can get bunched up easily when you drag your foot/leg/bolster across it, but that is because it is very light.

I've only used it a couple of times, the weight is awesome, easy to take everywhere. But once you sweating the hands slide very easily...

It's a travel mat, exactly what I'd expect. Be sure to break it in and store it carefully. Folding it too much (especially in the heat) will create creases that take time to smooth out. This mat is very thin and I enjoy using it more on soft surfaces rather than concrete. I'm happy with my purchase, it's exactly what I needed.

I bought this mat to bring with me to a yoga conference. It was easy to pack and light enough to not add much weight to my suitcase. I knew we'd be practicing in a carpeted ballroom at the resort, so I wasn't concerned about thickness or density. While it shifted a little underfoot when I changed directions or jumped back/forward during vinyasas, I found it surprisingly grippy! It's got more stickiness than my thicker mats, for sure. I'd recommend it for the traveling yogi. (Only caveat: depending on the type of yoga you practice, it may be too thin for certain asanas to be done comfortably on hardwood floors.)
