I bought one brown and one black for my teenage daughters. The 17 yr old thought it was the bomb (big, real leather) and used it immediately. The 19 yo thought it looked old ladyish and didn't want it. I AM an old lady, so I'm keeping it! Brown leather less formal, but somehow richer looking.

I love this purse. It comfortable and goes with almost anything. It has a ton of room without being overly huge. It is worth the money. It is a must have.

This bag is great, plenty of room, but in a very organized way. The helpful video failed to show the two large outer spaces very well. I was delightfully surprised when I saw those two extra spaces. Interior fabric is light in color, making it easier to find things. Comfortable to wear.

I'm not exactly a "bag" person, I normally didn't care what I was carrying around. I needed something to take on a business trip with my husband that looked like I actually cared and picked this out. Now that I have it home, I really really like it. I have used it for a month now and won't go back to the bags I've had before. This one has many more pockets for organization than the pictures show. The yellow ochre color is creamy and more "buckskin" colored (I'm a horse girl) than "yellow." The leather is really nice quality and carrying it is very comfortable. I highly recommend this bag.

My bag came today and I love it! It has a slot for everything. It is roomier than I expected but not bulky at all. There is that perfect slot for everything: keys, cell phone, wallet, glasses. I also love the zipper close. All in all it is a great purse.

Dear Zappos, I love, love, love this Kendal Sak bag. I just received it today and I was ready to wear it but I don't want to get it messed up since I am going to the Beauty Parlors. I have been trying to get this bag since last year and at that time they were all sold out. I already have plans for this bag which is so gorgeous. + the leather is very nice. The colors of this bag go with everything that I have in the closet. + I can fit everything in it. I think that I am going to buy this bag in another color maybe black. So thanks Zappos. you are always right on time as always.

Love at first sight. I think it looks better in person. The color Papaya is more muted then what the picture shows. It has more brown tones not red. The purse has many great pockets. It's a purse that can be used with many of my outfits. I know I will get many compliments. My husband also likes the purse & the color. Not a heavy purse nor big & bulky. It does not look or feel cheap to me.

I bought this and the Kendra tote and decided on the tote. Why? Because the tote looks better on my body. I know the trend is for satchels which is why I chose to try this bag. The leather is beautiful and the pockets are great. I loved the minimalistic sleek look of the bag. There is no flash so if you want that, look elsewhere but if you want timeless with lots of organization then you won't be sorry. I will say some of the pockets seemed shallow but once filled were okay.

This purse is top quality and, with all its compartments, keeps everything organized. I no longer lose my keys or phone. I no longer find strange things in the bottom of my purse.

I have to say....not nearly as good looking as in the picture. Very "pebbled" leather. Not my style and going back to Zappos.

I received this today. They are so pretty. The color is creamier than what you see in the picture. It has one zipper and two large side pockets. Also, four small pockets on the outside. One is perfect for your iPhone. Carry it on your arm or slip on your shoulder. If I could pick my clothes as well as I can pick my handbags I would be a lot better off. I needed a little pick-me-up. Thanks, Zappos, for getting it here so fast.

I ordered this purse for fall but it is so beautiful I don't' think I'll wait that long to carry it! The leather is soft and supple, and the combination of medium and dark browns with the aged brass hardware along with the metallic above the side pockets is absolutely gorgeous. The interior is lined with a pretty, light-colored fabric that will make it easy to find things. With pockets everywhere, this is a medium-sized purse that will easily carry all I need! Sak outdid themselves with this style!! Thanks again to Zappos for the exceptional service!

I was on the fence about whether or not to keep this bag, then I had a mishap where a pen exploded in my bag and was forced into a quick decision. I kept bag...I love the bag, and can't believe I almost didn't. Lots of extra pockets to keep stuff organized and cute too! I travel frequently and this works great for me.

I love this bag! The color is great, the leather is very soft. The brass and end pockets give it a little modern flair without too much bling for a 50-something. There are lots of pockets inside and out, including an exterior phone pocket. It's big enough for all my stuff but not overwhelming for someone who is 5'4". I've never bought a purse sight unseen, but I'm glad I bought this one.

Well made bag and a big help to get us organized. Plenty of room... just simply perfect for women like us.

Fantastic bag, high quality material, very chic, only complaint is it has too many main pockets (3 big ones) which is harder for me to find things. Beautiful soft brown leather.

The leather appeared somewhat cheap looking. I was disappointed, however, I suppose for the price it was ok - returning it. Would rather spend a little more!

Side pockets have to snap or magnet to keep them closed, they gape open when you sit your purse down. Phone is exposed, or anything else you put in it. I bought it because I thought it would be a great way to organize, but those side pockets aren't really usable. Nice quality and I love the way it looks though.

I really wanted to love this bag, and I almost did. The shape, size and construction are great. Its really nice, but the color (Papaya) isn't as vibrant as it looks online. And there were 3 marks in the leather on one side, despite it being packaged very well. Its going back but I know Zappos will make the return process super easy.

The poppy color is very nice but the leather looked worn though brand new. I returned the purse.
