I am a Pharmacist and I stand on my feet 10-12 hours a day. I have worn Rockport-Clarks-Sperry-Merrell. These ECCO shoes are the best I have ever worn. I purchased them in May 2013 and wear them 4-5 days a week and they are still like new. Would highly recommend.

As with my other pairs of Ecco shoes, these fit comfortably from day one. Great shoe for business casual dress.

Love Ecco; Usually wear a 43 in Ecco tie dress and tie casual shoes I had to get a 42 in these casual slip-ons. My U.S. size is 10 medium.

I am a size 11 and ordered the same, a European 45. The shoes stretched out after a day or two and are now uncomfortably large. I've added 2 pairs of inserts to correct the problem but I'm pissed off as these were NOT CHEAP and they're great shoes...

Nice Shoe but size seems large

I have been wearing slip on shoes for the past couple years, and tried many brands. ECCO is a very solid shoe and own another pair that looks very sharp. These are more casual looking and look great with jeans. The sole of the shoe seems to be a denser rubber than some competing brands and I hope they hold up better than those, especially at $160. I wear them everyday and do a lot of walking and standing. I find them very comfortable. Normally I wear a US 10-10.5 depending on brand, but you need to size down to a 43 (9/9.5US) to fit properly.

Runs big. If you're a 12, go down to 11.5

Great shoe. Very comfortable having a wider foot. Wearing s size 12, it's a tad big but I plan on adding my own insert.

Although there have been some minor style changes over the years and the Fusion went out of production for a period of time until Ecco brought it back, this is still one of the best shoes - probably the best shoe - I have ever had - and this is somewhere around the 10th pair of these (or its predecessors) that I have purchased and worn 'to death and beyond' (sole worn out but still good for yard work). This newest version has a bit too much 'stuff' going on with the various seams for me personally - I like a simpler look - but the basic shoe is the same and still as comfortable as ever. Just simply a great shoe, and obviously would highly recommend it (and almost any other Ecco shoe I've owned) to anyone - family, friend or anyone else - without hesitation. That good.

Comfortable and passable as business casual. I got these to replace a pair of Clarke Un.seal since they looked a bit more like dress shoes and I found them to be a good replacement for comfort and looks. As other said, they run a bit big, I usually wear a 13 and the 12/12.5 fits fine.

These shoes are super comfortable and look great with jeans or casual slacks. Walked all over Paris for two we is and always felt comfortable!

Comfortable right out of the box. Wore these shoes for a full day in Florence and Amsterdam and even on cobblestone streets they felt great. And look good, too!

These shoes are very comfortable especially on long days. They also remain fresh. It is my second pair in another color.

My husband loves these shoes. This is at least his second pair, and they have lasted a long time. He was very happy to find them at Zappos and to order another pair. He doesn't usually like to spend over $100 for shoes but thinks these are worth it.

I'm fairly particular about shoes. Ecco has been a favorite brand for a few years. Quality of design, materials and workmanship are reliable and well above average. And they wear well. This latest pair excels in every way. In addition to the product, I like the fact that it is manufactured in Portugal, which I consider an excellent source.
