I purchased a hoodie in black with the letters in white for my daughter for Christmas and the first time I washed it, it faded tremendously. I am very disappointed that all it took was one wash.

These hoodies are swagless. The color coordination of these are really boring. I guess they're kind of comfortable but, besides that, the look of them is just bland and blah.

Thought this would be a lot heavier. It's really thin. Not worth it for the cost. Your paying for the name. My kids lacrosse hoodie is less and is at least three times as thick. This will be going back.

I bought this product two months ago and I started wearing this past few days. After few day of use, thread are popping out and it looks ugly. I am unable to wear this after spending around 50$. I didn't expect this cheap quality product from North face at an expensive price.

I loved all my North Face purchases in the past and was really excited for this hoodie. Unfortunately, the color was no where near pictured. I understand that different screens portray different varies of color, but what was shown was a grey body, and red colored sleeves. I received a full grey hoodie. Very disappointed and will be returning.

Had a huge hole on the side seam. When called to report it told me to return and I can get my money back, not another sweater because they are currently sold out. Mind you I have the matching jogging pants, was then told well you can return and we will fix the sweater however it will take 3-4mobths to receive back. Just service and quality sucks.

i cant wear it, its skin tight, size was very off. i would need a xl or xxl. dont know how to return and get new one without spending money

Wouldn't order online again , wrong colors sent huge dissatisfaction it was a Christmas gift for my daughter , but I did get great customer when I returned it to the store even though they had nothing left he gave me a 10 percent savings card and said they would be ordering more

The sweater I received is gross! It's used, it's stained, it's freshly stained at that and smells like sweat. I am so insulted. What the heck is going on? I want a full refund! So insulting!

question for anyone who owns this hoodie: is there a TNF logo on the back right shoulder of this hoodie??

Bought same sweatshirt last year. It was awesome, nice cotton blend, ordered 4 of these, trusting previous quality, washed, now I cant return and I am incredibly disappointed!

The size I got was an Adult small which has always been fine as I have several of these, however, this time after I washed it, I can bearly wear it. I am really disappointed.

hoodie is soft but runs small. I rated it bad because the quality is absolute trash.u wear it and all the fuzzy stuff on the inside comes off and stick to your clothes,it looked like I rolled around in cat fur .tried turning it inside out and washing it and it made no difference at all.tried putting it in dryer on reg. and air fluff to see if it would knock them off-and nothing. would never buy another one of these. save your money and buy a different hoodie than this waste
