Perfect thing if you stand on your feet all day! I suffer from varicose veins and I work in retail, which means I am standing/walking on hard concrete all day. Ever since purchasing these, my legs don't ache like they used to! They are also made in the USA which is rare to find these days.

These are great. My suggestion is to buy a size smaller than you measure for. I measured for a medium, but bought a small, and they work perfectly. Not too tight!

Love them! I ordered the hot link pair. I have received lots of comments on them, and have enjoyed sharing why I wear them. I have always struggled with shin splints. I just recently started training again. From the get go, I wore the compression sleeves. Thank goodness I gave them a shot, no more shin pain or sore calves! I would highly recommend this product!

My calves measuredd 16" so I bought the L/XL. They are not very tight, significanlty less than 15mmHG like low end compression socks. Most of my boot socks are tighter than this. Recofit brand (albeit not as fun as the pink color I purchased, and not available on zappos) is far superior.

I am actually very surprised and happy with these compression sleeves. I've been seeing Zensah competitors on Instagram for the last few months but have been reading really bad reviews. I figured the safest bet was to get these from Zappos. I made the right choice. Excellent quality. Excellent fit. I have Popeye calves so I ordered L/XL (I'm only 5'8") and was worried they would be too long. They weren't! Just the right amount of compression. Wore them for the Baltimore Half Marathon. I got the neon yellow. I would totally recommend them!

I really can't say enough great things about these sleeves! I have suffered terribly from shin splints for the last few years. I had gotten to where I really thought about giving up running (even though I LOVE it) because I would be in so much pain after even a mile. I decided there had to be something out there to help with this issue and was excited when I came across the prospect of these sleeves. I ordered a pair and haven't had a problem since! I am training for my first 1/2 marathon and my longest run thus far was 9 miles with no issues other than very mild tenderness (nothing ice / ibuprofen can't fix). I can't run without these without re-injuring so they are now a permanent part of my training gear. If you're on the fence - give it a try! Happy Running! :D

Super cute sleeves, but not really tight at all. I got the small because my calves measure 14" at the widest part. But these were about as tight as any regular pair of knee socks. I expected a little bit more pressure. Wish they had a smaller size.

I use these over my socks and shin guards for competitive soccer matches. I am 5-11 about 200 LBs and the size M/L works great for me since I want them to fit tight so my shin guards dont move much. These work awesome for this purpose plus they are helping me keeping my calves warm and tight. I did a 6 miles on a match the other day and did not have to adjust my shin guards or mess with a week calf at all!

I bought these in a S/M/ and the guide is perfect estimator for me. I came into Ultra Running out of curiosity and found myself cramping about 35 miles into my first 100 miler. I also had swelling to deal with after the race. After speaking with some of the more experience runners it was recommended to try these. I bought one pair and to see if they helped and have had amazing success both with my running and recovery. I have multiple pairs of this model and have also added to my collection with the featherweight model as well. I love the simplicity of these to be able to wear under my dress slacks for recovery and not be noticeable.

Work magic on varicose veins! I started to lots develop painful varicose veins with my second pregnancy and bought a pair of these hoping they'd help. They have more than delivered on their promise! I don't have any varicose vein pain all day as long as I'm wearing these. And I think they've helped prevent my veins from getting worse. They're much easier to wear than full compression stockings because the feet are free so I can wear these with flip flops and not be too hot. Would recommend a pair of these to every pregnant mama!

I love these! I wear them running and also when I work my retail job (standing 6+ hours). I don't find that they reduce fatigue when I am running, but they do help reduce shin splints. One warning: these run big. Size down to get the appropriate compression.

If between sizes, go with the smaller! Very happy with this product. Thought I could feel the beginning of shin splints and I found complete relief after only a few days.

I love these compression leg sleeves. I'm on my feet all day long and don't like wearing the compression socks because they make my feet sweat, so instead I wear these and my legs feel great, not tired at the end of the day.

After years of enduring pain due to nerve damage in my legs, I happy to report that these seem to be the answer. The difference was immediate. Everything that has to do with my legs is much easier to do now. Reviews read here are what sold me on the idea of these and I'm glad I took the chance on them! Question now is how many additional pairs.

Great product, works amazingly. However, the first pair ripped after only a few uses. Hoping this replacement pair will last longer. I've not heard anyone else that has had this problem. I'm hoping it was a fluke pair.

I have had my Zensah sleeves for a few years now. I got them to wear during and after long runs while training for a marathon. I still wear them and they are especially great with ached muscles after a long run as that little hug they give really helps to combat soreness. Love 'em!

These are not compressive enough. I bought CWx socks instead and they were superior. I even bought smaller size to experiment with and THEY stretched too much.

Zensah sleeves are the best for us that run hot but need compression for our long hours at work.

Work well with very little sag throughout the day.

They are absolutely perfect, they stay exactly how you put them on. They do not slide while jogging or walking..... I got small size and I’m 5’4”

True to size

Got these for my husband. He really likes them. They are supportive. He is a runner and plans to use them for circulation. Will especially be helpful in the cooler months of race running to keep the muscles warmed up and supported.

Feels like a constant warm hug for your calves

One of few calf sleeves I didn’t have to take off every few mins. Offered good amount of compression that really lasts even after numerous washes. Gives support where you need em. Definitely worth every penny.

As expected, they do the job. Actually got them to go over compression socks as it’s my knees that has issues. They work well.
