My first pair of shoes came and 1 of the loops the laces go through was broken. A 10 minute phone call and 1 day later the new pair came in the mail. That's great service! I shipped out the bad pair back with ease. The shoes are great. I use them as work boots daily and go through 2 pair a year. A bit more pricey than the shoes I have purchased in the past but over all worth the price.

Very comfortable even after a long day -- the strength of a light hiking boot with the comfort and flexibility of a basketball high-top. More stylish than a standard boot (I got the light color). I recommend Zappos quick efficient delivery, too.

Very comfortable, good looking boot with good traction. The only downside is that it takes a little longer to put on/take off than similar boots I've had in the past. It makes up for it though with more comfort and a better fit. Worth the money.

I have been looking for hybrid sneaker-boots for comfort in walking, and this is it! They are extremely comfortable, provide great traction and no break in required. They do run a bit narrow, but I ordered a size bigger than normal, and that worked.

These boots are awesome but they are Yellow! If you are getting them for Military service, you should go with Oakley or 5.11. I'm serious...yellow.
