One has to buy one size up to get the length correct...these run short. So the shoe is wider than I need.

My last pair was a 40. I literally wore them out. I heard they were running small these days so ordered a 41. I've had ankle surgery and left foot is a little longer now. 41 is a TAD too big but if I went with 40 it would have been too small. Last pair was red and was quite disappointed that they were out of stock in red. Got the black. Will reorder 41 in red when they become available. Wore these all day right out of the box.

Very comfortable and fit as expected.

FIT: PERFECT! These run small. Normally I wear 8.5 or 39. These were size 40 per Zappos suggested size. COMFORT: PERFECT! They have some arch support and a little lift in the back. These are good for high instep and arches. I will need a pad for the ball of the foot, but otherwise they are great. So lightweight! If you need padded soles, you will need insoles with these. Get a size big enough to accomodate separate insoles. QUALITY: They are great but the right shoe had several flaws and they cost over $100, so I am returning. There were no more RED available in this size anywhere. I've ordered a gray pair from Amazon because I needed them right away.

Great looking shoe and fantastic arch support. Unfortunately it really does run small and I'll need to return them.

Material gives a lot which makes a comfy slipper type shoe, but not terribly supportive. Also, the reason for my return...have two other pairs and the grommet that holds laces in falls off. Fell off one shoe the second wearing and I could not find it. So it must be repaired somehow...bummer!

I have a size 9 foot. Left foot being a little wider than the right. I purchased the size 40. They were too tight at the big toe. The width was satisfactory. I have a high instep and that felt okay in these shoes even though the laces are permanently "tied". I will return and consider a size 41. I thought the shoe would feel a little more substantial. It is leather and some type of cloth. I would really like more leather as I am purchasing them for a trip with lots of walking and possible rainy weather. But overall, I liked it!! I own other styles of their shoes and sandals and they are comfortable, too.

I love these shoes and I had high hopes that they could be worn without aggravating my bunion. Sorry to say, that's not the case. They have to go back. Boo Hoo

several reviewers said these run small, so I ordered a size up. a mistake, they felt huge. unfortunately i wanted to exchange it for my regular size (37), but Zappos does not have it in black, which I would prefer.

These are super soft and provide all-day comfort with one exception: there is a seam on the front that will dig into your toe. Takes some finagling to position it so it’s comfortable.

There are cute and really light. They do have a seam that can jab into your pinky toes.

Cute, comfortable and supportive-wear them, all day, right out of the box. Great for travel:they're lightweight and feel like slippers, but with a sturdy sole. Based on other reviews, I ordered 1/2 size up so I can wear them with mid weight socks. Pricey, but worth it.

Good looking athletic-type shoe. Felt small at first, but molded to my foot. Very comfortable to just wear around, but they are so soft, I don't see doing a lot of walking.

These shoes are so soft and comfortable, skimmed over my sore boney feet. Unfortunately I need a firmer sole. Hated to return these as the style is great. Ladies without foot problems would love these.

Very soft and breathable fabric. Slim look. Nice high arch, and it still has room for my orthopedic inserts. I am a professional baker, so I'm on my feet all day, and I'm so pleased with how comfortable these are for many hours of standing.

These shoes are very light and extremely comfortable - ordered 8 1/2 but need 9. Going back because they look like shoes my 90 year old mother in law wears!

These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I'm in my 20's and have a condition that causes joint problems. My knees have gotten really bad over the past year so I have to give up my usual $30 flats in favor of shoes with better support. I tried these on in a store and passed on them because I never wear sneakers. I ended up ordering them early the next morning because I couldn't stop thinking about how great they felt. I have a wide foot and normally wear either a size 6.5 or 7 and the 37 in these fits perfectly. They are plain enough to look cute with skinny jeans and the red adds a nice pop of color.

Cute shoes. I have three other pairs of Archopedico shoes and all fit perfectly and are good for walking all day. This one, in the same size, is too short. Also a bit loose in the heel.

Great looking shoe. Unfortunaely runs small and the sole feels very thin. I will order this in a larger size and add gel inner-soles, because I like the look so much.

Loved everything except support. I pronate. Was maybe even worse than barefoot. Very disappointed.

These were sized as 43 but were more like 41 - very short. Width was good. They are slimming on the foot, light-weight and sturdy at the same time.

Not much arch support

Not structured or supportive enough for me but a great casual chic option for bunions or hammertoes.

fit smaller than other Arcopedico shoes that I own -- arch support was way too high for me, and uncomfortable. Returned.
