I love these shoes. They are comfortable, accommodate my orthotics, and look great. My reason for only 4 stars is the excess bungee sticks straight up in the air.

Bought this as a work shoe after suffering from a complete ACL replacement and meniscus repair. Very comfortable, alleviates pain from my plantars fascitis, and has decent arch support. I do wear an additional insole due to my knee repair, but overall well worth the money.

I was excited at first, but I need a 9 instead of a 8.5 but currently the only option is for a 9.5. The area under the ball of the foot seems too thin. Everywhere else there is good thickness. I like the style and bungee cord shoe lace. Cute shoe.

Lightweight and comfortable. I have flat feet, with narrow heels and a spreading fore foot. This shoe fits all these features well. The bungee tie is just right, and I can tuck it in to the laces so it does not pop up. Cons, I really need solid leather shoes for winter (these are expensive for cloth shoes) and a little better definition of the heel (less of a uni-sole wedge look) would look better.

Pros: Cute shoe, lightweight, like the bungee tie option. Cons: Narrower than expected. Sole is plastic and could be slippery when walking. Do not recommend for anyone with balance problems. My Experience: Desperately searching for decent, good looking shoes that won't aggravate ball of foot pain/metatarsalgia. I ordered a 6.5W in black. The shoe was to tight all around to wear. (Comparison: the Aravon Kiley in 6.5W was wide enough and comfortable). I did not try the Berries with any orthotic inserts, as they were just too small. A rubberized bottom would be great!

This is the first time I've ever written a negative review about a product from Zappos. The shoes are much more attractive in the picture than they are actually. I thought, from the picture, they would be more streamlined than they are, but they are, for lack of a better term, clunky. They're pretty comfortable and I bought them a couple of months after foot surgery and they fulfilled that purpose.

I thought this shoe was too light and flimsy feeling. The arch support is supposed to be good and this brand was recommended by my podiatrist but I just didn't see it or feel it. I could have worn with my orthotics but felt the sole was also without any traction and that it wasn't supportive or cushioned enough on the bottom.

I really wanted to like these shoes and expected them to be super comfortable. But no; all I can say is that they felt weird on my feet. Hope others like them better.

Awful! Not worth the money! I order online a lot and rarely write reviews, but often depend on them when deciding whether or not to make a purchase. I had to warn anyone thinking of purchasing this shoe. I was excited when I received it because the fit was great and it was comfy, and it's a decent looking shoe. However, I bought it for work and for a shoe that costs this much, I expected it to hold up at least a few months. The anti stink interior they touted came apart and fell out. The padding started coming out in chunks. The exterior of the shoe started showing the same wear as the interior with little white strings starting to appear around the edges. And this is all within a couple of months of purchase and I'm only a photographer, I wasn't digging ditches in them. In the end I was extremely disappointed. I should have just stuck with a pair of tennis shoes. I gave it a 3 on comfort because once the padding started coming apart, it wasn't so great. Buyer beware.
