I am very disappointed with this rain jacket. The first time I wore it in a light rain I got soaked. It was a cool day and I was not perspiring. I've purchased many Columbia jackets over the years was surprised that this jacket did not keep me dry. I thought Columbia tested their clothing?

I purchased a Glennaker Lake Trail Jacket and loved the fit. So I decided to order the Watertight Jacket in orange to use for work. Both jackets were purchased as XLT and the Glennaker fits perfectly. The Watertight seems to have shorter sleeves, which makes zero sense because the body fits the same. But the sleeves are easily 2 inches shorter. Extremely frustrating to have this much of a sizing issue between almost identical jackets.

Got this for snowboarding in Southern California. Perfect in the 40 ~ 50F range. Great quality as usual from Columbia.

Review for Zappos VIP Points(What's this?)
Nothing at all wrong with the fit or style of this garment. The problem is with the design and execution of the liner. I love a rain jacket with a liner. It's a feature I look for. But this particular jacket's liner is terrible in its construction. I owned another of this jacket for several years and after time the lining of the sleeve started to pull out through the cuff of the sleeve every time I put it on; sometimes 2-3 inches. Having to stuff the lining back into the sleeve got to be enough of an annoyance that I decided to start shopping for a new jacket. After shopping for a few weeks I decided to give this particular model a try, again, hoping that perhaps the lining of my old jacket was a defect of anomaly. Sadly, no. I could tell as soon as I tried the jacket on It would give me the same issue. The lining just floats around too much. So, I returned the jacket.
