Love love love the look of this shoe! The color is fabulous. The problem I have is: The back part rubs my ankle terribly. I have tried moleskin, but it's not pretty and doesn't really help. Is it the stitching? Or the tab itself? Not sure, but I find myself avoiding wearing them because it the pain. Even with socks AND the moleskin, my ankle gets rubbed raw. Any suggestions? Would like to wear these on the reg.

Nice shoes and true to size. That didn't work for me as I wear an 11.5, 12 was too big, 11 too small. Please make 11.5!

I love this shoe. It us beautiful and looks to be excellent quality. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to return them. They slip on my heel, and I walk around quickly at work. So sad that they wo t work.

Overall, this is a great shoe, it just didn't quite work for my foot. Close, but I'm not taking the risk of it not working out in the end. I have a high arch, a high instep, and a wide foot. Ordered these in wide along with two other clog style shoes. The other two (Dansko and Keen) wouldn't even go on my foot because of my high instep. These Klogs did go on but were still a little tight -- enough for me to worry about eventual discomfort so I'm returning them. Going to try the next size up just in case.

I'm a nurse working 12 hours I'm looking foi a comfortable shoe. A coworker recommended this shoe. Sadly I have Flintstone feet, wide front narrow heel. this shoe provided a wide toe area but slid up and down my heel by the end of my shift I had blisters on both heels. Its not the shoe its the foot :-(

i have ordered these in the past went to put on today and they didn't fit and squeaked so bad i couldn't wear them not sure what change but there was not way i could wear them with that noise

While these shoes are truly comfortable and fit well, I can't get over the style. They are really unattractive. I don't mind giving up a little style for comfort but this is asking too much.

Ordered wide for my bunion, but these were still quite narrow. You could even see the great toe joint from my non-problematic foot bulging out the side.

Really nice shoes and comfortable…after I finally got my feet into them. 10W was a great fit but they come up way to high on my ankle in front. Too hard to just slip them on.

I was so disappointed in this pair of Klogs. The size 10 were about an inch too big for me - fitting nothing like my prior pairs. I also don’t think they were as cushioned inside. Needless to say, they went back. I don’t know if this pair was a fluke or a change to the style.

I already wrote a review about how I cannot wear these GORGeous clogs, due to the fact that they rub my Achilles/ankle area raw. Has anyone else had this problem, and how did you fix it? I have been surprised that no one from Zappos or Klogs has responded....maybe I'm the only person having this problem??? Makes me shy away from buying any more Klogs.

I really wanted to like these shoes, but the heel is way too wide and doesn't "grip" your foot. At first I thought the sizing was off and the shoe was simply too large; however, after ordering a size smaller, I still had a problem with the shoe slipping off my heel with each step. The arch support is great and it is a nice looking shoe, but the slipping heel is too uncomfortable so I returned both sizes.

I bought these about 18 months ago, for work wear, I'm on my feet all day. They were initially a bit snug, with wear they stretched out, a lot. The interior of the shoe allowed me to wear my orthotics, however the interior of the shoe has completely fallen apart at the heel area. Not a long lasting shoe.

Cute Klogs! Unfortunately the footbed inside seemed a little short so my toes were rubbing in the gap between the lining and the sole underneath so I had to return them!

I have a pair of Klogs "Zurich" (open back) from a few years ago that are absolutely awesome support, fit, non-slip, comfort, and I have been trying to find another shoe that lives up to the Zurich but has a closed back. Unfortunately, this wasn't it. The heel on these slipped excessively, and I would have walked right out of them except they were very tight across the top of my foot which held them in place. The length and width seemed like the right size (I ordered my typical size 8W), but the tightness meant there was no way I could wear with socks, and the heel slipping was very uncomfortable. Just a very odd fit- too big and too small at the same time. I found the same odd fit to be true with the Klogs Madison and Portland as well.

I was disappointed that this shoe wasn't wide enough. The style was really cute, and it was delivered in 2 days with the free shipping option. I will definitely use Zappos again!

I have wide feet. I ordered a wide, a half size up. But these felt too constricting at the ball of my foot, and my heel slipped all the way up and out of the shoe as I walked. These would need to be wider in the front and narrower in the back (or shorter in the back?) so that my heel didn't slip out with each step. The comfort, color and look are good, but the sizing didn't work out for my foot.

I ordered this shoe when trying to find a replacement for my Dansko Professional clogs which are beginning to feel too heavy for my middle-ages feet. Felt very narrow through the toe box despite ordering a C width, and the cushioning under the ball of the foot was minimal and sort of lumpy. Arch support did not seem enough for my high arches. Overall, the shoe looked very nice but just didn't work for my finicky feet. These were returned.

Very comfortable shoes! The only downfall is the pattern is now peeling off and I've had them for only a month. It's disappointing. I absolutely love the pattern! I wanted cute and comfortable. I thought I'd found it, but I'll have to keep looking.

I have ordered this style of shoe in the past few years and it’s always been a go to style. I really liked how it kept my foot stable and it was so comfortable when I’m working in a kitchen all day. But for some reason I ordered this shoe in my normal size - 8 1/2- and initially it seemed ok but when I would try later in the day it was really tight and snug. Just too uncomfortable. I sent back and ordered a half size up and this was too big. I’m going to check a different style and see if this is different. Keeping fingers crossed since I really liked this shoe.

The shoe was comfortable at first but I was very disappointed in how quickly the leather seemed to scratch from very easy wear. I'm close to 70 and not careless.

These are tiny. I couldn't get my foot into my regular size.

Have only sure did 1 month when picture/ color started cracking in creases wear the fit bend on top. Recieved replacement pair which is doing the same

I ordered 10.5 Wide. The box said "10". The shoes were soft, but unfortunately they just slid right off when I was trying to walk. I know some "clogs" do this on purpose, but since these "Klogs" have a back part to the shoe, I thought that part may touch the back of your foot. What do I know? They did feel comfortable enough to wear for an entire day if they didn't fall off. Also, with orthotic, definitely don't work. Didn't check if insole comes out basically b/c I am busy working and that's why I ordered from Zappos. They definitely felt a good 1-1.5 sizes too big and were wider than wide for a "wide". The box didn't say wide and the shoe - I couldn't see size written on it anywhere. They seem to be low-medium quality for a higher priced shoe. Worth trying.

I have plantar fasciitis and have been looking for a shoe that's casual but dressy enough for work in an office. I've tried Danskos and like them but heard that Klogs have more cushioning. I tried the Portland first but they were too snug, even sizing up. The Mission seemed like a good basic clog so I decided to try it next. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that the sole was not solid like the Portland but instead rubber and kind of squishy, more like Crocs. The cushioning inside was nice and the removable insole was a bonus but the shoe did not feel supportive at all and looks cheap.
