This is the best carry-on that I have ever owned. In fact, I loved it so much I bought one for my husband. I used it on a recent five day trip as my only bag and it fit two pairs of shorts, one pair of jeans, seven shirts, a dress, toiletries, a pair of wedges, and a pair of casual shoes, five days of undergarments with room to spare for souvenirs. The front pocket of the bag has room for a cell phone, tablet or e reader and other traveling necessities. There are three ways to carry the bag: as a back pack, as a shoulder/cross body bag, and by a handle on the bag itself. This bag is also compatible with rolling luggage. I highly recommend this bag with the Spector packing system. There are many other colorful and trendy carry-ons one could buy, but this bag is the only one that I will ever own.

Way beyond a "weekend" bag, this bag completely rocks. I am absolutely amazed by the space in it. I have taken 3 trips, a couple of 3 day ones and a 5 day trip to Vegas. Even on the 5 day I could have packed more into the bag. I did purchase one of the Eagle Creek packing cubes and that is a great addition to this bag as you can cram a ton of things into it, zip it up and throw it in. I even tossed my laptop in on all the trips to the large front compartment. While its not padded, it was fine as it was just sitting in the overhead. Speaking of overheads, this bag even goes in them on the regional jets. My co-workers called this the "magic carpet bag" as it never even needs be gate checked. In 3 weeks I am off to Central America for 4 days and this will be my bag of choice. Totally impressed.

I recently used this bag (for the first time) as my main suitcase for a 10 day trip to the UK/Ireland. Yes, you heard me - a 10 day trip. With the eagle creek specter packing system, I was able to fit: three pairs of pants, three short sleeved tops, one sweater, three long sleeved tops, three camisoles, undergarments, socks, and a pair of ankle boots (I did wash out my socks and undergarments while I was on my trip). All this, and I had ROOM TO SPARE for things that I purchased on my travels. I mainly carried this using the shoulder strap, as my underseat bag was a backpack. I'm 5'2" and not very strong, and had zero problems with the weight, as the bag is so light to begin with. .. Things I loved: the clamshell design. I mainly used one side for my clothing, keeping the second free for my souveniers (I did have my boots inside). I packed my 3-1-1 bag in the front, attached to the O-Ring via a key strap - I just pulled it out and set it alongside my bag when I went through security! Additionally: this bag easily fit in the overhead compartment on a small regional jet. All of the rolling carry-ons had to be checked. This bag is small, but it is mighty. It exceeded my expectations! Also, the pumpkin color is awesome.

After much research online and watching YouTube videos from Eagle Creek, I decided to get this great weekender bag. I had < 2 weeks before our impromptu 4 days/3 nights vacation, so I had to be right: it had to be right, and thank goodness for the Eagle Creek Adventure Weekender Bag! It works wonderfully well on its own, but paired with the EC Pack-It! system, it works like a dream -- totally seamless packing!

I bought this bag to start off my adventures into carry on only travel. I had originally wanted to get a Tom Bihn Aeronaut but that wasn't in my price range at the time, so I selected this. The longest trip I have been on since buying this is 9 days at Universal Studios Florida. It performed wonderfully. Along with the Adventure Weekender I bought a Pack-It cube and two half cubes. I was able to fit 9 folded tank tops into a half cube, 9 pairs of shorts and pajamas into the regular sized cube, and underwear/socks into the other half cube. All three cubes fit into the side of the bag with the compression straps. I am picky and when wearing the weekender in backpack mode, I liked the structure the cubes gave to the back panel. This left the entire other side of the bag open for a windbreaker and lots of souvenirs including two wands. I also brought along a 15" MacBook Pro and small school book. These fit in the larger pocket and organizer panel respectively. All in all the bag ended up weighing about 17 lbs going and 23 with souvenirs. I have used it multiple times for shorter trips and gets the job done. This gets an A+ from me, would definitely recommend.

Nothing but accolades for both the product and the Zappos representatives with whom I interacted. One of my best on-line shopping experiences. The Weekender Bag exceeded my expectations! It looks unstructured, but was anything but; also was pleasantly surprised at the capacity, quality and features of the bag. Looking forward to my next Zappos purchase!

I absolutely love this bag! Paired with the Eagle Creek packing accessories it holds an incredible amount of clothing. I used this bag for a quick trip to California and I was able to fit two pairs of jeans, five shirts, two pairs of shoes, along with a dress and my toiletry bag. This is one of the best travel bags that I have ever owned. The extra straps for the backpack are a definite plus.

Love it. Used it almost immediately for a two day trip. Holds a lot of clothes. Well organized areas. One suggestion...wish the backpack straps were detachable as doubt I will use them and they add weight.

Wow! Talk about fast delivery! Ordered this on Friday and received it on Monday! It looks awesome and can't wait to use it on my upcoming trip in May! I'll be gone on a 5 day trip and don't know what else I can fit in it. It's huge! Kitchen sink maybe?

The perfect bag for my upcoming Europe trip. Just the right size to hold 3 days worth of gear and will fit nicely on top of my small roll around bag. The convertible backpack feature will be so handy when going from plane to train to walking. Great find at a nice price. I went with black to save money and it will stand the test of time, I'm sure!

This bag just arrived and I am thrilled! Need it for an upcoming solo business trip to Europe and it will definitely hold 2-3 days of clothes etc, easily. High quality, great find.

I like the 3-way carry options, shoulder strap, backpack straps or tote handles. The backpack straps allow me to move the through airports/hotels hands-free. On longer trips I've thrown this (empty) into my checked luggage to serve as backup for the return trip. I've used it for 3-5 day trips with no problem (use packing cubes). This bag easily fits in overhead bins. Recommend!

Love this bag. I use it along with several Eagle Creek Pack-It accessories & have been able to get a ton of stuff in it.

This is a nice bag and just the right size, with good compartment space. It is just what I need for quick trips and weekends get aways (even a short international hop). Good quality canvas, but would have liked it to be a bit thicker. Zappos provided its five star service that I have come to appreciate.

I bought this bag for short biz trips, where I need to dress well and carry a laptop plus electronics. Works great for that, even a bit larger than needed. Not too geeky to carry into a conference room. You really need something like packing cubes though, the main compartment is large and slick so clothes shift easily.

Just received this bag. It is high quality and will obviously hold a great deal. One of the reasons I purchased it is because a reviewer on another site indicated it could be used as an under seat carry-on. I am not sure that is true. Fully packed it will be about the same size as a standard roll-aboard sans wheels. If I am going to carry a bag that large and fill it with that much stuff I might has well have wheels and save my shoulders. That being said I am going to consider keeping it as the style is very much something my husband might use on overnight trips. It should easily fit in a small plane's overhead bin where wheels are often an issue.
