I bought these for my 16-year-old daughter for Christmas. Her feet at wide at the base of her toes, making it hard to find shoes both the right width and length. Using the information here on Zappos, I was able to select the perfect length and width with ease! When she slipped them on (over socks) on a cold Christmas morning, the gift was a HIT! They were exactly as pictured, and the black suede goes with everything in her closet. Not bad for getting just one hint over the phone: "I want some of those Birkie chunklas." Thanks, Zappo, for making it easy to be a Christmas Gifting Hero!

I bought these in the narrow width for my daughter, and she loves them! They fit her well and are super comfortable.

My D lives in Birkenstocks, year round - she just adds socks for winter. The black suede is a rich color, soft feel. She is a true size 7 in every shoe, and a 37 in this show, NOT a 38 as the size chart recommends.

These are my second pair of Arizona Birks, and I'm just in love now. These will be a life long necessity for my wardrobe.

I ordered these in sand and love them. They are very comfortable sandals. They feel true to size, but feel wider than marked. I ordered the regular width, but if I order again I will get the narrow. They are still extremely Comfortable and I am satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend these shoes!

I bought these for my wife. Shockingly, she had never had a pair of birkenstocks. She was, to say the least, hesitant. That is, until she tried them on and started wearing them. Now it is hard to get her to wear anything else. She has even taken to wearing them with socks. They make a great and surprising gift, particularly if your significant other has never had any. Note that the wide size is REALLY wide. We had to return and get the normal width.

I love these shoes! In the past I have bought other Birkenstocks that were oiled leather and normal footbed. While those felt more durable, the soft foodbed and even softer suede straps of this shoe are phenomenal; incredibly comfortable. If you're buying your first pair, I definitely recommend these since they're such a comfier experience. Note on size: I'm consistently a size 6.5, but in these shoes I have a pair that are 36 narrow (supposedly 5-5.5) and a pair that are 37 narrow (supposedly 6-6.5). Both fit me; the bigger pair is a bit looser (my feet are rather narrow and these feel loose even with the narrow size) and the smaller pair is a bit close to my foot length-wise. I wish they came in intermediate sizes because I'd much prefer something in between the two.

I had been wanting a pair of Birkenstocks to wear as house slippers. I have flat feet and need the arch support. If you know Birkenstocks, you know they are comfortable and durable, which is why they are worth every penny. I love everything about them and plan to buy more in the future.

Most comfortable sandal ever! The soft sole is so worth the price. They instantly mold to your feet, no breaking in period! The perfect shoe for this pregnant mom.

The most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I purchased the gizeh sandals over the summer and loved them so much I was distraught when the weather changed and I could no longer where the comfiest shoes ever. So I've become a birks with socks devotee, sporting my arizonas with socks everywhere I can get away with it. I have so many shoes yet sadly for them they will stay in the closet as long as I have my birks. I found the regulars to be a little wide but they are perfect for wearing over thick winter socks! If you are planning on wearing these as traditional sandals you should keep that in mind!

Although not the stylish of shoes, they are very good for my overall foot health. The arches and foot beds in theses shoes are helping with my lower back pain and plantar fasciitis.

Not really the color I was expecting. Bought them as a gift for my daughter for Christmas. Exact same thing that was in the store. With my discount it made worth buying from this website.

Not sure if "style" applies here, but they are a classic for a reason. So comfortable and practical, too.

So cute!! Definitely splurge for the soft footbed, it makes all the difference. I wasn't sure about these at first but I literally wear them any chance I can because they're so cute and comfortable!

Birks always feel good but the soft foot bed is worth the extra money. And the adjustable straps are great because they will stretch eventually.

Love my Birks! I lived in Germany through middle school and lived in Birkenstocks. Sadly, I had a dog who loved leather and was not able to replace my chewed up pair until now. I love them just as much as I did when I was a teen. My only regret is that I didn't order them earlier enough this spring to wear them more often. The taupe color is a nice neutral browny/grey-ish color. It could go either way, imo. I wear between a 7 and 7.5, have normal-to-only-slightly-wide feet, and the 38Ns fit very well. After reading a lot of reviews re: fit, I decided to go with the 38N and I'm glad I did. A regular 38 would have been way too wide for me.

These are the most comfortable sandal ever. I recommend getting it in narrow if you can. I can stand for hours in these shoes and have no issues. It takes a few times wearing them to break them in though.

These Birkies are great! Love the soft suede. Unfortunately, they are quite a bit wider than the others I have in the same style, so must send them back.

These sandals are exceptionally comfortable and durable! This is my preferred summer shoe.

These are my favorite pair of Birkenstocks! I have regular sized feet, so I got them in narrow and I personally like the way they look and feel better than the regular size.

I thought I left birkenstocks behind when I moved away from the Pacific NW! But having developed a foot issue, I resorted to Birk's for the comfort and support we all know and love. This particular pair is a bit wide for my medium width foot but I'm going to put another hole in the straps to take care of that. Not glamorous shoes, so I gave a 4 star.

I received the grey suede and I love the softness of the suede. Birkenstock has the most awesome arch support and I have a wide foot and it still accomodates. Thanks for carrying birkis!!
