I have worn Birkenstock sandals and shoes for many years. They are always comfortable. I especially like the soft footbed and would request more styles with the soft footbed styles.

I was skeptical, but these are as comfortable as everyone says they are. It's still a little strange to wear them since they seem so casual, but for summer use I've found the black suede is even ok with casual skirts and dresses. New favorites! My only complaint is that the straps stretched out after only about a month of use and now I'm using the last hole. Not sure I'll be able to keep wearing them if they continue to stretch.

Excellent fit and look--very comfortable and there was adequate support. I like the casual look and the color goes with most everything that I wear. A very nice summer sandal.

Yet another pair of very comfortable Birkenstock! They run a bit narrow / more snug vs my existing Suede Birkenstock Boston. I was not very pleased with the color though - the actual color is true to the name (Velvet Grey) and not the image. The image appears to have more dark blue tone - something for Zappos to look into.

These are the best feeling shoes I have ever put on my feet. The soft bed is amazing. The narrow size fits great. I'm addicted to Birkenstocks!

Cute sandal and felt great but I would need extra holes to tighten the straps. I have to send them back and may have to order the narrow, but I wear wide shoes so I'm not sure if the narrow will fit.

Pleasantly surprised how comfortable these shoes are. I love Birkenstocks anyway, but the soft foot bed is even better.

Extremely comfortable shoes. The soft footbed eventually molds to your foot for added comfort. Very happy with purchase.

I'm so glad to have found these in a narrow size, that made all the difference. Finally, after trying so many other kinds of shoes for around the house, these provide the support I needed with the ease of slipping on & off easily. I wear a 36, but never tried a narrow before in any shoes, as I've got a narrow heel but wide in the upper sole and high arches. Hard to fit. These fit great and are easily adjustable. What I really like is how soft the suede is, how comfortable the softer footbed is, and that they look cool. I chose the lighter suede color and am very pleased with it. I'll probably get the closed toe slip on for winter. Thanks zappos for carrying these, and for your always great service!

Love these shoes! I have very narrow feet so the narrow fit was perfect for me. Also the soft footbed is so comfortable. I wore these on vacation and after walking around all day, my ankles and knees didn't hurt like they do in other shoes. I definitely recommend these Birkenstocks!

My last pair of Berks that I purchased as a teenager lasted over 15 years. Now, 25 years later, my teenage daughters are wearing them because they think they're cute!! These are perfect to have in their gym bags when they need to get out of their cleats after practice. One thing to keep in mind, I normally wear a size 7 and sometimes a 1/2 size bigger in shoes but I had to order a size 6, and I still have a little wiggle room. I think they run a little larger in size.

These sandals are awesome! I got the taupe suede and they go with everything. I love that I can slip them on quick whether I'm barefoot or in socks. They are super comfortable, and I've worn them for long days on my feet without any issues. I am normally a women's size 6.5-7 normal and purchased these in a size 37 narrow. They fit great, although I have the buckles on the smallest notch. Overall, I'm super happy with my investment and Zappos' fantastic service. I even loved the box!

I'be been wearing Birkenstocks since the 70's (gasp) and couldn't live without them. The most comfortable shoes ever! Foot shaped, keeps my foot in a completely natural position. Unlike any other shoes I know of, birkenstocks has metatarsal arch support (in addition to 'regualr' arch support). Note that birkenstocks run larger than many shoes, (actually they're more true to size but that's another issue) and their regular is more like a 'c' width, perfect for me, but if you have narrow to medium feet, you, might prefer their 'narrows'. And they've been 'environmentally conscious' (without advertising that or being new and trendy) since the beginning, as their shoes can be resoled, and even the footbeds can be totally replaced. One of my pairs is 30 years old as I keep doing just that. Only complaint is they are making more and more styles only in narrow. STOP Birkenstock, don't abandon you loyal customers who also like your newer styles but can't buy them as they only come in narrow. BTW, Zappos rates as the best company on the planet!

Very comfortable! I wear a size 9.5-10 and a 41 fit great. Narrow width is perfect for women's feet. I would definitely get the soft footbed again, it is a lot more comfortable than the regular!

I suddenly found myself with planters fasciitis and needed a truly comfortable sandal for a three-day conference. These fit the bill perfectly. Comfortable, cool and a great walking shoe.

Now I can see why these are so popular - sleek, comfortable right out of the box supportive. I bought the suede uppers for comfort, but after having experienced how great these are, I would love to wear them a lot more than I had planned, and am concerned about staining them. Kinda wish I would have gotten the Amalfi or oiled leather, which would be easier to clean if something blops on my feet while cooking, etc. I have sprayed the suede with protectant, but plan to add more coats so I can wear these more without worry. I love the soft footbed, absolutely no break-in time needed. And I love these with white socks too! I know I am going to want more of these. Highly recommend.

Just got these in taupe and am so pleased! Already have the Arizona in Black Patent soft footbed but I've found the material gets too hot on warmer days..decided to try the suede and the feel, fit and comfort are perfect. Also have two pair of the Gizeh ..while those are cute, they are just not as comfy as my soft footbed Arizonas. I wore Birks as a teen in the mid-90s but then stopped...Can't believe I tortuerd my feet in non-Birkenstock sandals all the years in between. A lesson learned!

Love these Birks with the soft footbed. Your foot stays cool, yet comfortable. I really like the suede upper as well. The dark gray goes well with any color pants. I have very wide feet because of bunions, but I have no problems with this shoe.

I love a Birkenstock. I wanted the Arizona Softbed in black in regular width, but it was sold out. I tried the narrow. It is, in fact, narrow. Otherwise perfect. Unfotunately, too narrow for my foot so back it goes.

I ordered the pink ones last year and they have held up great. I always get complements on the color. I have so many pairs of Birks and highly recommend this style.

Love these classic Birkenstocks! I have a narrow foot so finding sandals that fit well is like trying to pick fresh blueberries on a winter day in Michigan:) These sandals are an amazing find - great fit and good looks too.
