Can’t go wrong with the soft footbed. So comfy!

Good fit! Very comfortable!

I've owned a few pairs of Birkenstocks, in different styles, but the suede ones are by far my favorite. They are a classic style, but the suede makes them that much more comfortable to wear. I initially purchased the regular unisex width, but when I received them and tried them one, I immediately knew I needed a narrow width. My feet are of normal width, and even when I adjusted the straps/buckles to the tightest fit, they were still too loose. I contacted customer service the next day to start the exchange process, and the gentleman that assisted me was so helpful! He shipped me a replacement pair to be delivered the next day, before I even returned the original pair. Amazing customer service!

I’ve had trouble getting regular Birkenstock’s to fit to my feet properly. I have a high arch & ball of foot never hit right. These fit really well, super soft leather on top and are extremely comfortable. The soft foot bed really makes a difference.

These are a classic. Can’t go wrong.

Love the Birkenstock’s! My dog ate one of my previous shoes, otherwise they last forever. So comfy and great year round! Worth the investment!

My husband loves these. The soft footbed is fabulous. He said there was no breaking in period like with the standard Birkenstock footbed. Great support. We both wear Birkenstock’s to alleviate foot pain. Love them!

Fit is perfect and the sandal has good arch support

Extremely comfortable! Did not need any broken in time. The straps are even comfortable and not stiff like some of the other birkenstocks. I wear a 7 1/2 in Nike and adidas and I get a 38 and the fit is perfect.

The black suede is great! Super soft and comfy right out of the box! The black is deep and rich. The soft footbed makes all the difference after a long day on my feet!

Very, very nice Birkies, well-made and great looking! A very nice blue suede! On most of of my others, though, I adjust the buckle straps to the second (2nd) hole, but on these, I had to adjust to the fourth (4th) hole and they still feel a little loose. Then I had a lot of excess strap coming out of the buckle and I cut them. I think I need a narrow fit. Otherwise, still very nice Birkenstock's!

I got these because i have plantar fasciitis but they really didn’t help the pain in my heel as I had hoped. I wore them an entire weekend to break them in but I’m honestly not sold on the whole Birkenstock thing. They feel really grungy dirty already and they’re slippery on hard floors. Not a fan.

I’ve had these now for several years and they’ve AIDS the test of time. Soft. Supportive. Sturdy. My husband wants his own pair. My daughter steals them from me ! Highly recommend.

I've owned several pairs of Nubuck Arizonas over the years. This pair in suede had extremely soft straps, and seemed likely to stretch out faster and much more than Nubuck Arizonas. Out of the box, and before breaking them in, I was already on the last (tightest) hole on the strap. So I'm returning and will purchase a pair made from nubuck or oiled leather.

The fit and size are true, they are soooo comfortable and have just the right amount of arch support (as far as I am concerned). I love how they look and feel; perfect, right out of the box.

Most comfortable pair of shoes I’ve ever owned - right out of the box. I have a thin narrow foot with high arches. The 8-8.5 narrow fits perfectly.

I wear a 7.5 and the 38's fit great. Comfy as with the soft footbed.

I found this Navy suede Arizona at Zappos. The Birkenstock site was sold out of Navy (or Night on their site) in my size. I’m a big fan of the suede Arizona and I’m a huge fan of the soft footbed. In a short time, the insole really creates a most comfortable, custom fit. I find them more comfortable for long distance walking than any athletic shoe I own. Follow the instructions for fit to be sure you get the size you need. Your toes should not touch the ridge when you step.

fit was great. the quality of the shoe is awesome. I had to order these three times to get the right size and Zappos and there staff were amazing in helping me get this done ??

The photo shows a dark grey. However when I received this item it was more of a silver grey. Not what I wanted therefore I returned it because of color only

I love these, but they are definitely needing to be on the tightest setting. My feet are not narrow nor wide, so I'd say these are a bit wide. The only other thing I'm concerned about is that the suede straps may stretch out. Otherwise, love them very much!

OK, I wasn't going to buy any more Birkenstocks. I already have quite a collection! They never wear out, and they're always in style. When I saw these in navy, a color I NEEDED, I just had to get them, especially since they have a soft footbed, are made of suede and come in medium width. All my favorites for my aging feet! I wore them today and they were immediately comfortable, even though I walked a lot at the farmers market and running errands. These are unique because the buckle matches the color of the suede upper. Love!
