These Birkenstocks sandals are so comfortable. These butter soft suede feels so good across my foot. The soft footbed needs no break-in time.

I am diabetic . The soles of these shoes were too hard for my feet.

Nothing like paying $140+ for a pair of Birks, that have been worn. Footprint in shoe, generic box, buckles all undone. NO thank you, you can take them back. Do better Zappos.

I bought these to replace my tan suede pair (which are still functional but showing their age.) I love this velvet grey suede! And comfortable from Day One!

This is about the third pair of Birk sandals in my life. Thank you for making it easy to find a new pair. Once I found the right size (old lettering was long worn off) I love them!

it was a perfect fit but it was damaged. Both of them the glue was falling apart. I have order other shoes and they came out perfect. I’m so sad. I wanted to take them on vacation.

These were my second try with finding the right size and upper material. I went down a full size and switched from the synthetic upper on the first pair to the suede upper. These fit perfectly and are far more comfortable than the first pair. The dark gray is a useful color for dog walking and light gardening. They are not stylish, but they are comfortable and have great arch support.

Unisex regular width is way too wide for a standard woman’s foot. Loved the color and suede!!!

I thought the "soft footbed" would be more comfortable than the hard cork footbed. Nope, still hard, not flexible, and not comfortable at all.

Fit was perfect I love the suede they are so comfortable.

Love these shoes Worn them since the 70s.( a true hippie ) I have a drop foot from an accident and can’t hold up a real shoe to walk. I live in Birkenstocks ( 4 colors) they enable me to keep my foot flat and because there is no weight I am able to walk without an orthopedic. The adjustments of strap make it easy to change tightness for swelling of foot. Women remember to order narrow because shoe is unisex( unless you know your are wide) ??

I am an 8.5 normally and based on the reviews I ordered a full size smaller…Size 38 (7-7.5) and they were perfect. I ordered the regular fit as opposed to the narrow as I had tried the narrow on in the store, and felt like the footbed was awkward on the outer edge of the ball of my foot. The 38 Regular width were perfect for my size 8.5 foot!

Felt like someone ordered these before me and stretched the leather out of place. Felt soiled on my foot, not flattering p. Definitely returning

I think birkenstock has changed over the last two years. Their soft footbeds no longer feel soft at all. They feel like rocks. I know you have to break them in for a bit, as I've worn birks for over 45 years and this is the first time I returned any pair-ever. I compared a three year old pair of soft footbed Arizonas that I have to these and the old pair had a softer footbed, even being worn down hard. Don't know what is going on. I may reorder and have my shoemaker add layer of spenco material to pad the footbed but if that doesn't work, I'm out the money. Birks have been my go to for my finicky feet for years so I'm feeling lost ......

Just like my Birkies from the old days! Very comfortable. Soft footbed, soft straps, ALMOST a perfect fit. I’m an 8-1/2 narrow and ordered the EU size 39. This shoe is supposed to be narrow, but I had to use the very last notches to tighten the straps in order to get a good foot-hugging fit. As they stretch I might have to add another hole for the buckle, but I’ve had to do that on all my old suede Birkies.

Love them! However, I do feel like they are a hair smaller than my Mayari and Eva Arizona shoes. It wasn’t enough that I considered them too small though.

These sandals were just uncomfortable to me. I'm sure its not the sandal, the quality was great, this style and fit is just not for me.

The footbed is too narrow near the arch so I need to return these

Soft suede and soft foot bed was perfect. Taupe color rather bland. Sadly I sent them back due to making my feet look like I was wearing boxes. Not a flattering look.

I ordered a narrow width. My order says a narrow width. I received the medium width. Please correct for me, Zappos. Thank you !

These are fairly comfortable sandals. Although I selected the regular/wide fit, they still felt a bit narrow in the sides even though I had about a quarter-inch space at my toe and heel.

Too big… not enough holes on the buckle to hold the sandal on my foot. Will exchange for a smaller size

The length was perfect. As with previous pair (years ago) I did need to add another hole for the buckle on the instep to adequately secure my feet to the shoes.

I wear a size 7 shoe, so at first got a European size 38. This was way too big. The Birkies finally fit perfectly when I got a size 36.
