Super comfortable, stretchy sexy fit, and true to size. I'm 5'8" and size 8, got the 32 inseam and they are a little long. Previous review mentioned a bad odor but mine do not smell at all. Happy with these true black jeans!

Very comfortable and stylish jeans. I wore these all over Barcelona and loved them. They have some stretch to them so never felt too tight but look snug.

Last year I bought a similar pair of Calvin Klein pants--fake leather--in size 8. These still fit me and look fantastic, so I ordered an 8 in these Powerstretch pants and they are PERFECT. (These are my only two pairs of Calvin Kleins.) Not loose and not constrictive. They do not ride down in the back when I squat and I'm not bending over to pull down legs that creep up. These jeans are very comfortable and make me look great. In the past I've preferred straighter through the hip pants from Hudson and Diesel, and I still love those, but these Calvin's are very nice now that I am middle aged with a changing body, and some of my older size 8 (or 29), just don't fit the way I like anymore. I had thought to get these in a 10... but I trusted the first reviewer, who said she normally wears an 8 but got these in a 6. The 8 fits me like charm. Very flattering. These are essential black pants... wore them to work today with ankle boots and a gray cashmere sweater. The look is very professional.

I love these jeans. I bought a size 6 and they fit great. I usually wear an 8, but these have a lot of stretch. Love that.

I love the fit and stretch of these jeans. I ordered my regular size. As other reviewers have mentioned, the chemical smell is strong. I have another pair of jeans in a different brand with the same odor and it dissipated with time and laundering so I took the chance on these. I'll rate them only a 4 overall, though, because of the smell. Always happy to order from Zappos.

These are fine, but feel pretty thin and cheap. I'll be surprised if they last a long time. I wish the back rise were just a bit higher; maybe I have a particularly big butt, but these don't sit in the best spot for me. They do have a distinct smell right out of the box, but I don't think it will bother me when I'm wearing them. Fits a size large and rather long.

Super stretchy and fairly comfortable, although the fabric hasn't proven to be very durable. I've got a little bit of chub rub, (I'm a size 8, nothing crazy), and after 3 months of regular wear the thighs have given out on me.

I bought these jeans because I have a pair of the blue ones in the same style, and I love them. I was happy to find black ones, but nearly fell over when I opened them because of the smell! They have a very strong sulphurous smell, as some black jeans do, and I have tried washing them to no avail. Someone recommended using baking soda and vinegar in the washing cycle and it still made no difference. Someone else suggested hanging them out on the clothesline for a day in the cold, but still they smell dreadful, the sulphur smell now badly masked by the detergent smell. It's quite nauseating, truthfully. Now that they've been washed twice, I can't send them back, but I can't see myuself ever wearing them either. I'm particularly sensitive to smells, so perhaps it wouldn't bother someone else as much as it does me. Otherwise, they are gorgeous jeans and they fit like a dream. I'm so disappointed.

These jeans are awful! They have a distinctly foul smelling odor that will not wash out and rubs off on other fabrics and even on my skin. I've tried washing them 5 + times and the odor never comes out. There must be some toxic chemical on them, but I don't know what. Zappo's is great, but these jeans are AWFUL. Do not waste your money unless you enjoy smelling like sulfur, or sewers with a dash of chemicals.
