Fantastic boots for the cold weather in Minnesota. My daughter said they feel like they have pillows in them. Great waterproofing and warmth in the Minnesota winter. I will buy a pair for myself next winter!

I agree with some other reviewers. Baffin has changed the way their boot liners are constructed. The outer boot has plenty of room, but the inner boot liner is narrow/flat/short in the toes and is uncomfortable for my feet. I was hoping they'd break in after some wear, but no luck. So now, not returnable :-( Suggested only if you have fairly narrow feet/toes. I've got sensitive feet and my toes get cold despite the cold ratings on lots of other brands. I'm super bummed, love my older Baffin shoes...the only ones that will keep my feet warm in sub-freezing temps. I ended up purchasing some of the Baffin Men's Snow Monster boots instead, so much more comfy (reasonable room in the toe box of the men's boots). Baffin - please go back to your old boot liners for women's boots!

Great boot! My daughter usually ends up with cold damp feet with most boots. This one is like stepping in a pillow and very waterproof. She hasn't complained about cold feet yet this year. Definitely worth the price if you live in cold climates and work/play outside.

I’ve had these boots for 7 years. They’ve seen me through both Chicago and Massachusetts winters. I had to reinforce the seams last year - hoping they make it through another season, but if not, I’ll buy another pair in a heartbeat. Super comfy and warm (I walk my dogs 3 miles everyday- even in snow!) Traction is good on slippery surfaces. I’m a size 10, and these fit true to size.

I really need some of these but the 10s are too small and the 11s are loose in the heel. I may have to look at a different brand. sadface.

I ordered the size 9 as that is what I usually wear but when they came they were too small so I returned them and ordered the size 10. They are like walking on pillows!

This is my second pair of BAFFIN SNOGOOSE and I have not even worn out the first pair! So why did I buy another pair? I love them so much that I was afraid when I SOMEDAY wore out the first pair that they might not be making them anymore...so I have a pair in "backstock"! First the sizing. They run small. I normally wear a woman's size 9 - 9 1/2. Additionally, who wants winter boots that don't have room for a heavier sock and then a bit of room left in the toe to help you stay warm? So, I bought size 11...(rarely in stock). (If you are normally a size 9, you may be happy with a size 10...) These boots are just SO warm and cozy. They slip on so fast with or without socks! Come up nice and high to keep the snow out. Very comfortable. Now, I probably wouldn't do a 3 mile "power walk" in them...just not that kind of boot, but great for walking the dogs around the neighborhood, just "out-and-about", snowplowing, shoveling...You can tighten them both at the top and through the middle which is a very nice feature. Very well made. Completely waterproof. Love them.

I went to the Laponia (Arctic Circle) area in Sweden in February. Average area temps for Feb. are 8 to -40 degrees. These boots were super warm, I did wear a merino wool liner and medium weight sock with these boots. I read the reviews and since most said they ran small, I ordered a 10. I wear an 8-8 1/2 shoe normally. The 10 slipped so I ordered a 9 and they were just right. I would not hesitated to buy them again.

I was looking for an insulated, weatherproof boot that I could very quickly just step into without having to pull up the boot. This boot perfectly fit the bill! They are so comfortable inside, it feels as though my foot is being hugged by soft balloons. Very good fit. my foot doesn't shift around in it. Which is important as I use these boots every morning an evening (mostly when it is dark) to put up and take down bird feeders in my yard on steep slopes. Having the boot stable and snug is key to not twisting an ankle. Oh and they look good too!

Very small fit. I typically wear a size 8 hiking boot but even barefoot, these snow boots are very tight and far too short. I'm wondering if the size on this pair is incorrect.

If the boots were true to size, I most likely would love them, way too small.

toe box narrow

Believe them when they say these run small. I normally wear and 8 or 8.5 and I need a 10 in these!

Wanted to love these but the toe box too narrow and the heel too wide. Bummed!

Truthfully these were disappointing. The snow catches on the lace on top of the toe and keeps them wet. There it significantly less insulation in the toe area. You pull them on, thinking it's going to be a good thing, then think you'll need 2 extra pairs of socks to keep your toes from freezing. The upper is also fairy stiff in the back, almost more ideal for a bent knee posture, not fully standing up. Definitely not a good walking boot.

I had read reviews that this boot ran narrow and since my feet are narrow I had hoped that they would work. But! They also run short! The toe box ‘seemed’ as if it was wide enough for me but it was very hard to tell with my toes getting squished. And, even though they were too short my heel slipped up and down with every step. These boots were a hard no.

I usually wear a size 8 women’s. The 8 was too small in this boot. The 9 is still snug but I expect the insulation to pack out a bit and then it will be perfect!

Boot seemed awesome, but I had to return. It was true to size, but I mistakenly thought it would run slightly big . It does not. I had to return, slightly too small.

I wanted to love these boots but they seriously run small. Other reviewers said to “size up.” I wear 8.5 M usually and bought size 9 as it was the largest size in stock. Size 9 was still too small and not just length but also felt very snug all around. Maybe the snugness is intentional but since size 10 is out of stock I just have to return them.

The boot was snug at the size I usually wear. I would recommend sizing one full size up.
