I bought these for my 90 year old aunt. She uses a walker and does not walk very much but she has difficulty getting foot wear because her feet are swollen and she has a hammer toes. These shoes go on very easily and are extremely comfortable.

I suffer from chronic lymphedema in my feet and following a recent hospitalization found I can no longer wear any of my shoes due to scarring and greater swelling of my left foot. My therapist recommended these shoes, so I ordered a pair. They fit both feet and will adjust as the swelling continues to come down. They are comfortably padded, provide reasonable support and are easy to put on. They are a great solution to my mobility problem and are reasonably priced. I highly recommend them to anyone who suffers from pain and swelling of the feet.

Recommend. Purchased for 90 year old mom who had severe edema legs and feet. Couldn't find anything anywhere to fit her, until Zappos. Bought her usual size but the widest available in this shoe glad I did. These are great and mom so happy with them. The Velcro closure helps custom fit. Encourage anyone with aging parent medical issues to purchase, even if no swelling they are easy to slip on and off. Unlike slippers the closed toe is added protection in foot care.

These are good house shoes for problem feet. They are soft and forgiving towards bunions. They are not the prettiest but they serves their purpose.

I bought these in 4E for my mom. The shoes are easy to put on her and remove. She reports that they are very comfortable. I appreciate that they clean up beautifully with a wet wipe.

My mother usually wears a 7 medium. But, her feet and ankles are so swollen due to health issues she could no longer get on any shoes. Even wide widths. The openings were never big enough. Then I found this marvelous shoe! I ordered a half size bigger than normal and a EE width. The opening of this shoe can be opened very wide and the adjustable Velcro closure is perfect! She can finally leave the house again and wear shoes! Plus, as medically necessary shoes go, they are pretty cute. :)

My feet are very wide and so sensitive that I seldom find shoes I can wear without pain. The Propet Cush 'n Foot turned out to be so painless for me that I bought 3 pair! Not stylish to wear the same shoes every day, but when feet like mine don't hurt it's a miracle.

These soft shoes are just wonderful. I have the widest feet that swell during the day. I wore these right out of the box on a long day; it was like wearing slippers. Highly recommend these to all, especially those with problem feet.

These are the perfect shoes that accommodate my swollen feet and ankle following a fracture of my distal fibula. When the cast was removed, these were ideal for my recovery time. They are especially good since I also wear AFOs. I highly recommend these shoes! I ordered a size and a half larger due to the swelling.

I got these for my mother-in-law who is diabetic and has extra wide feet that we usually had to buy 2-3 sized bigger shoes for her. She seems very happy with these and it's comfortable to walk in. Also the large open-close is helpful a lot since it's easier to put the shoe on. We bought only 1 size bigger and xx wide and it was perfect.

Don't be put off by the name! These are versatile shoes, especially if, like me, you have a "retro geek" aesthetic. I have them in black and because of the velcro I can wear them with or without socks. I bought them to use as "studio shoes"--easy to slip off (I like to sew barefoot), super comfortable, can go outdoors. Think of them as a step up from Crocs and with more support and a better sole. As others have noted, they would also make a great travel shoe.

Amazing shoe for my elderly mother that has bunions and hammertoes. These are the only shoes I have found that she can wear all day, and not get sore feet and blisters. Not a very pretty shoe, but she can walk in comfort, thats what counts!
