These are comfortable and functional. I like the fact that I can adjust the slipper if my feet are a little swollen. They offer good support and the width was just what I needed. I would definitely recommend this Propet style.

These were a gift. The owner has not been able to find an enclosed shoe to fit his feet which are very out of shape, swollen and sore from edema, and leg surgery. Immediately when he put them on he felt the difference, enough space, not too tight, did not hurt. He walks with a walker. Thank you for all the help you gave me in selecting a size and style that would fit. Please keep me on a list and inform me if other shoes become available. I think i have convinced him he needs comfortable shoes.

Bought these for my Dad, he needed a good supporting slipper and since he has an issue with retaining water he needed something adjustable. There fit the bill perfectly!

I gave my Husband these for Christmas and he loves them. He says the fabric is comfortable and ‘they don’t overheat my feet’! It’s day two and he is now putting on a pair of socks with his slippers and he loves that he can adjust the top to accommodate the thickness of the socks. Would definitely order another pair!

Dad cannot say enough about these shoes. He is 98 and has a bruise on his and great toe. Everyone is asking where he got them. Good support and easy to get into.

I feel awesome wearing these wonderful shoes! They are the most delightful, comfortable shoes I've ever worn. The material and shoe itself is extremely sturdy. I love the thick, durable sole. This shoe encases my foot like a dream. My bunions seem to disappear and I walk in comfort. Thank you Zappos!

I order these for my brother-in-law who is a diabetic and he loves them. This is our 3rd pair. They wear well because he has a club foot and drags it sometimes. They hold up even with that.

I bought these shoes for my brother, who wears a leg/foot brace due to a stroke. The substantial Velcro strap opens up to make it easy to get the braced foot into the shoe. The strap is substantial enough to keep the foot securely in the shoe. I got one size up from his normal size to accommodate the brace. On the other foot, the strap can be adjusted so the shoe fits snugly even though it is one size larger than usual. Because the shoe has a Velcro strap instead of shoelaces, he can also put them on himself even though he has the use of only one hand. I got them in gray and black textured, he liked them both.

I'm writing this for my husband. He is wheelchair bound, and a big, tall man, hard to fit. The shoes are so easy for me to get on his feet, and is able to stand long enough to transfer from wheelchair to bed and chair. They are smart looking and he says very comfortable. Has not had them off since receiving them, only to go to bed.

I bought this shoe as a slipper for my husband who has Parkinson's and diabetes. His feet have been swelling and it's difficult to find a proper fitting shoe other than sandals for him. This is the first time I've bought the Propet brand and would do so again based on this purchase.

Propet is a great manu of shoes! I am a handicapped woman, who can not walk; who has extremely big and now extra wide feet!!!! Propet is the only manufacturer I can count on the find shoes that fit and that I am able to put on (with their use of velecro)!!! I LOVE YOU PROPET!!!!!

Great to use as everyday slippers, very useful for going out when only doing light walking.

I bought these shoes for my older brother who has swollen feet as a result of being a wheel chair patient and sitting most of the time. The fit is adjustable because of the velcro closures. He says they are soft and more comfortable than any shoes he has tried lately. For that reason, we purchased a second pair.

I purchased these for my 88 year old father. He has a hard time getting his foot in a typical shoe. But, this shoe opens up completely and he is able to slip his foot in without a struggle. He loves them!

I am very pleased with these slippers in every way... size, comfort, price and style. The Velcro flap allows the slipper to be adjusted to adapt to the exact size of the foot. I have diabetes and have found Propet shoes to be the most comfortable and also allow me to wear my orthotics without any issues whatsoever.

Ordered 11/ 5E felt a little tight on one foot. Exchanged for 1/2 size larger...PERFECT!

My 86 year old stepfather was afraid there was not enough tread on these slippers and was afraid he may fall. They are very good quality, are comfortable for persons with foot problems/or without. Sorry they did not have a good non slip tread!

These shoes were purchased for my 93 year old Stepfather, his ankles were swollen and based on my own experience I knew it was because of the shoe he was wearing. I finally got him to agree to trying another shoe and I came across these on Zappos. I came directly here as I know Zappos has most every & any thing you my want or need. OK, so the new shoes arrived yesterday and from that moment in he was wearing them and I sure hope the swelling will go down. I believe in these shoes they may not be the most stylish but they fit him comfortably and I truly believe that the swelling will go down because of them and putting his feet up. Thank you once again Zappos for having the best selection and also the nice gal who helped me on Wed. She also answered my question about the hook and loop now being Velcro. As Velcro is easier too use that the Hook/Loop.

He wears this shoe every day indoors and outdoors - comfortable and wears well. Will orderagain whennecessary

This is the first shoe I have been able to get on my extra wide foot (10 EEE) with a very high instep. This shoe is very comfortable even after all day and I even wear it out occasionally. It has a good non slip sole and an excellent arch support and with it's opening top flap it is no problem for me to get it on.

Finding these slipper/shoes was a Godsend. Propet fill the slipper roll because as your foot swells they are adjustable. Sometimes I have a bandage on my foot and sometimes I don't need one. Adjustable is Good. When I go outside these are great for outside use because they have a durable sole and a cushioned insole. I have even worn them in the 4" to 6" snow. I have been using these shoes for three years. My oldest (3 yrs) are my gardening shoes. If they too dirty I just throw them in the washing machine and hang them on the line to dry, Don;t use the clothes dryer, it beats them up and will ruin the insole. Well made, long lasting (even after wearing outdoors). Easy on and off and closure adjusts to width of foot. Have been very happy with these.
