Zappos' customer service is above and beyond the best that I have ever seen. I received the wrong size for the shoes I ordered. They replaced them with the correct size, refunded my money and told me to donate the wrong size shoes to someone that could use them. I took the shoes to a local high school that I work with and donated them to the school and had them choose a student that could use them. Great attitude and prompt service by Zappos. Thank you.

My son loves this sneaker. He told me the other day that it looked so cool (12 years old). They are in his school colors and look great with jeans, shorts and sweats alike. Seems to be true to size. Very happy with our purchase and with our shopping experience with Zappos.

This shoe said the color was "Obsidian" and it looked black in the photo. It's actually a very dark blue color. Also, as a couple of the other reviews noted, the tongue of the shoe really compresses your toes down. It might not bother some folks but it bothered me enough to return them.

I agree with the other reviewer. There's a bizarre excess of padding near the base of the tongue that pushes down on where your toes meet your foot. I've never seen this in any other shoe, and it's very uncomfortable. At first I thought I had forgotten to take all the paper out. I love the way these look, but I have to return them. It felt weird to even walk around in them.

Like other new reviews pertaining to entry level Nikes, this shoe is very uncomfortable due to all the extra padding on the stitched tongue. I took my nephews advice and removed the laces and attempted to cut as much of the padding as possible. It did help, but it's still noticeable. It feels as if my toes are getting crushed. I grabbed an old pair of my better Nikes and the stitch between the tongue and shoe is seamless, barely noticeable. I would not recommend this pair with this subtle yet uncomfortable flaw.

Absolutely in love with these. First time ordering from here. I was actually directed from another site, and had to make an account on here and was kind of annoyed I had to do all that. But glad I did, these shoes are ridiculously comfortable. My brother is a runner and he even likes them. He's ran 3 LA marathons and he's only 17. Fully satisfied!

A very comfortable, light weight shoe. I already ran a 5k race in them and had no issues whatsoever. These shoes are well worth the money.

Awesome shoes! I bought these for my husband and he absolutely loves them. If you are not familiar with Nikes, I do recommend you order .5 to 1 size up. He is regularly a size 10.5 but ordered an 11.5 and they fit perfect. They are comfortable and designed well! Highly recommend!

Great shoe. Simple shoe, but very great, my feet haven't felt uncomfortable yet. Durability of the shoe seems good so far but time will tell.

Bought these shoes about a month ago to get back into running and have been loving them so far. Just buy a size larger than expected as these run pretty small.

These shoes were purchased for my son. He's pretty happy with them. But it should be made aware that these shoes are not as dark as the picture of them shows. The picture makes them look almost black. That's why we chose them. They are actually a really dark blue which is more noticeable in sunlight.

My 14 year old son has been wearing these for about a month and loves them. He got them super dirty the first week he had them and they were easily cleaned up.

I suffer from flat feet, and I have always gone with New Balance because they carry my true size: 11½ 4E. I have two pairs of New Balances that I have purchased in the last year, but I have started to have trouble with my heel and ankle. They have both been hurting really bad. Sometimes enough that I cannot walk at all. I bought a pair of the Downshift 5 to be strictly a fashion pair of shoes. They turned out to be just what I needed for my feet! They do not come in wide sizes, but the size 13 regular fit just as well as an 11½ 4E.

I have worn them for sixteen months now. Beside some problems from the long time use is the best Nike's shoe I have ever worn. Now I'm searching to buy a new color with the hope to wear them for a long time.

Great shoe. I use them for work and I am on my feet all day. I usually wear a 12 Mens but with this shoe I recommend getting a half size larger for a perfect fit.

I bought these for my 12 year old son. They arrived very fast. He has been wearing them every day for the past month and said they are very comfortable.

Absolutely ecstatic with my purchase!! Yet again Zappos is nothing short of amazing the shoes are perfect and the service beyond superb! I ordered on Thursday at lunch and Friday morning I had them for my lunch time gym sesh...what can I say I LOVE ZAPPOS!!!

These are fantastic shoes. They are true to size and very comfortable. And if course they look great as well. I was a little nervous about white knowing they may get/look dirty. But they have cleaned up well too when I've washed them.
