Temples were bowed out.... disappointed with the quality

My second pair. First pair is four years old and they're great. Super sturdy. Second pair the lens fell out after first day. Emailed KS customer care and was told to send them to a third party company at my expense to be fixed. Terrible customer service!

The glasses had several issues ! The company has no quality control!

I had them for years but never felt comfortable wearing them. I recently noticed it's because the nose pad are different in size which makes one side always closer to my eye! There is no way to adjust that part...I also wish the legs where you would bend them are not as wide so that they don't slip off (I have smaller face). Sadly they look really cute.

These glasses had very obviously been worn as they were extremely stretched out! I've contacted Kate Spade to return but have not heard back from them!!

I was SO excited to see the red Rebeccas....pictured are the deeper red sold a few years back...at least they were when I placed my order for two. Instead I received the newer version in the bright red. You really should change the picture. Will be sending both back.

I really wish these would work for me, they are good quality readers, but the arms of the glasses are so far apart they fall off my face. Seems to be an issue for others as well.

I owned a pair of these glasses for years and they were perfect. When I visited Arizona I tried on a few pairs in the store and they were slightly crooked. I read reviews that also stated they weren't the same as the older models and were crooked but didn't want to believe it. Unfortunately my order came and both pairs are crooked. There's obviously a defect going on here and it's a shame.

I received these glasses a few years back as a gift. They fit perfectly and very sturdy; the glasses were made to last. After loosing the original pair, I ordered these. So dissatisfied! These glasses (especially the ear pieces) do not keep their shape and are lopsided. See pictures

It's very cute design but it's the stems are too wide just like you have a basketball head to fit in it. Sorry, I have to return. KS you should have a better QC before you sell the product to customers.

I bought theses a year ago and I'm still loving them. Unfortunately I need to go a little stronger so I purchased another pare. They arrive with the frame crooked and uneven. I liked them so much I am going for an exchange instead of returning them.

What a disappointment. The glasses look beautiful in the picture. But when they arrived they were bent and the frame arms were sprayed outward. I asked them to send another pair. And they did promptly. But guess what? The second pair had the same issue.

The frames were stretched, unwearable and had to be returned.

Glasses are for very wide head and I have 24" head.

Hi KS - I have a previous pair of eyeglasses from you a couple of years ago that were fantastic. So I ordered two pairs this spring. They both came with oddly shaped lenses that make everything appear concave. I'll be returning them as they give me a significant headache within 10 minutes of wearing them. I'm bummed! - Debbie Craig

I am hard pressed to give one star, such poor quality.

I anxiously waited for this pair of reading glasses. But what a disappointment. The frame is large, thick and looks very cheap. The lenses are also very thick and of not so good quality. In summary, not for me. I returned them.

I Just bought them online 3 months ago, the outer logo faded away, very disappointed. I tought I was buying quality. I would like to return them but it's been up to 1 month. Don't recommend
