Love these shoes. The leather is super soft and they are very comfortable. The blue color is just what I was looking for. Wish they came in more colors. I normally wear a half size which wasn't available so I ordered the size up and it was perfect. My foot is wide.

These are very cute shoes. I bought them for my 16 year old daughter and she loves them! She also says they are very comfortable. This is a well made, high quality product.

I've never had shoes from this company before, so I wasn't sure what size to buy. I ordered one half size up from my normal size. I am a pretty normal 8.5 US so according to the size chart should have ordered a 38.5. Instead I ordered the 39. They fit me very well. The leather is very soft and there is a nice amount of cushioning in the footbed. The bit of rubber on the sole makes the shoe less slippery than other ballet flats that I have. The color is a beautiful bright blue - perfect for spring and summer. I am really happy with these shoes. They look like they will last for a long time.

I have the scarlet red prima ballerinas. I love them, and I've received a lot of compliments on them. In the prima ballerinas, my normal shoe size fit best. In other Bloch styles, I've had to order a full size up.

These shoes are very comfortable and very well made. They are a little warmer than other ballet flats I've had, so they are better in the fall than summer. The quality of this shoe is also far and beyond other ballet flats I've had (most of which were much more expensive than these).

I wear 9.5 in flats, 9.5 or 10 in other shoes. I ordered 40/US 10 and thought it was a good fit. The Bloch website says the 40 is a 9, which is weird because I never wear a 9. The leather is very soft and I like the fact that the shoe has drawstrings so that it can be tightened. The inside has a soft suede lining, but very little padding. The soles are made of a soft leather that doesn't seem like it would hold up very well with wear and would have to be resoled. To the reviewer that said that "nuée" was not a very "nude" color and maybe nuée doesn't mean nude in French, it means cloud. It is true that these shoes are not a very pinkish nude, they are more of a very light taupe. They look fine with my very pale, cool skin tone.

The shoe is comfortable though a bit bigger than I was expecting. According to the reviews it should be 1 size smaller but I feel it is only 1/2 bigger. It is also a bit wide. The sole is very comfortable but the suede lining makes it kind of too warm for a hot summer day. For spring or fall I suppose they will be okay.

I just got these in Nuee and Blue Gitanes. I love the color of the Blue Gitanes. However, the Nuee doesn't appear the same as it does on a computer monitor (I checked on two different monitors). It is more of a cream or taupe color (not nude like I expected . . . maybe Nuee doesn't mean Nude). I am usually a 6.5 or 7 and ordered these in 37.5 based on recommendations to order 1/2 to 1 size up, and they fit perfect so go up at least a 1/2 size. I have a pair of Bloch ballet slippers that I was required to buy for a university quarter of ballet that are insanely comfortable and have lasted 9+ years. I use these now for reformer palates and love them. So when I saw this brand makes street shoes, I had to jump on it. I love ballet flats and own quite a few of various brands. These are comparable to Repetto in quality but cheaper. I still love the classic Repetto for black ones but for fun colors that I don't want to spend close to $300 on, these are a very good option! The toe box is short so there is some "toe cleavage" which I like. I have narrow feet, so these fit well. They might not be as comfortable for someone with wide feet though there is a drawstring bow that can be adjusted (just like the real ballet slippers). The sole is super comfortable and feels nice and padded. The whole thing is made of leather (including the sole). Very beautifully made. I will probably get a rubber sole put on them to protect and increase the length of time I can wear these. I will keep the Blue Gitanes but return the Nuee. The Isis and Rose St. Laurent look beautiful too . . . maybe I will add those to my collection!

I ordered 37.5 as advised and the shoes were at least 1/2 size too large (could fit index finger in heel with room to spare). My size experience, hope this helps: regular street shoe = 6.5/36, Bloch Prolite II = 4, Bloch fashion flats = 37. After trying two styles of Bloch ballet flats, I think their sizing is consistent between styles.

I normally wear a size 8.5 - 9 W, so I sized up to a 40 and hoped the width would work. Luckily, the width feels fine, although the shoe is a tiny bit long. The inner drawstring feature does help keep it on the back of my foot, which is great. No arch support, and the back of the heel does rub a little, but that should go away once they're broken in. Cute and simple!
