I love these boots. They are comfortable all day. The only downside is that the calf is very large.

I had these boots back in the '70s in high school! Loved them then and still do. Here's the problem, they will turn your socks feet, ankles and legs black! Not really sure why I am keeping them. Going to look online for a solution.

Very cute and comfortable, but our first pair arrived with a broken zipper. Also, the back tassel doesn't stay tied very well, and then it makes a lot of noise when you walk. The boot has NO insulation so if you are going to wear it in cold weather you might want to get a bigger size to accommodate thick socks.

Love this boot! It's really cute and very well made. It definitely runs small and narrow! I wear a 9.5 and ordered the 9 and it's tight in width (and I have a narrow foot!) but perfect in length (I have room for socks). I'm keeping them because I believe they will stretch in width to fit perfectly. I would not order this style if you have anything wider than a normal foot (especially in the toes!). And will need to add an arch support for comfort too.

Not as cute as the 3 layer fringe... and too small. Bummer. Returned

Darling boots - the grey color is odd so buy with caution...can't be worn with anything grey as they will clash.

They are super cool, and I wish they fit, but they are too narrow for my feet. I ordered a 9 even though I am an 8 because people were saying they ran small, but they were too big for me and too narrow. That is a bummer. Maybe they will fit your feet...

There are no half sizes so I ordered down, I usually wear a 6 or 6½ so I got the 6 and my toes are right at the end of the shoes so I am returning them. I would recommend rounding up, not down. I also have larger calves but was able to let the ties in the back out some to get the boot to zip all the way but they were very tight. Also, they are kind of loud when you walk so I am returning them and will be finding a lower pair of boots that do not go over my calves.

Ridiculously narrow sole. Who wears a size 11 and has a foot that narrow? The toe box also tapers too much for a real foot, squashing my toes together. So disappointing, as I really love the boot otherwise.

Let me break it down for you: don't order up just because the reviews say so. I wear a 9, and ordered up to a 10. Though the shoe around my foot feels fine, there is a large gap behind the heel that crunches uncomfortably behind my leg when I walk. Going to have to return these. Also -- I like taller boots, and these hit below my mid-calf. I knew that when ordering, but just not very complimentary of my 5' 5" frame. Other than that, nice boots! The suede is kind of flaky on black clothes. Not for me. I also ordered the Sbicca fringe style, and I love them -- and they are the same price and taller, but just a tad bit snug on the calves. I wear mine with tights, mostly. Would not recommend with jeans.

These boots are cute, however, I had to tie the laces ALL DAY LONG. Also, the back of the boot kept rubbing right above my heel so I am not keeping these. Not worth the discomfort, or constant bending over. As far as comfort goes, it is a little below average for me. It is very flat.

These boots are soooooo cute. I did purchase an arch insole, as they have no arch support. I also had to 'break them in' as they were very narrow. Unfortunately the first pair, then the second pair, had defective zippers. One boot of each pair would randomly unzip from the middle. The first pair was the right zipper and the second pair was the left zipper. Guess I should have kept the first pair, and then I would have had two good zippers. Oh well. So, I am sending the second pair back.

I have been dreaming about these boots for so long and was finally able to order them. I was counting down the days until they got here. They arrived within four days. I absolutely love the shipping at Zappos! At first look, they are gorgeous! High class, heavy duty material, I love everything about them. But to my sad dismay my feet would not even fit in them - at all. I admit I do have wide feet, but my Mom tried them on (she is a size 8 with small feet) and they were even snug on her. I would recommend ordering the shoes in a size larger if you can, and just know they are an unusually skinny width! They should make these boots in wide width. I love them so much, I think they are adorable, I wish I could keep them but they are just way too skinny.
