After wearing these shoes for almost two weeks I am extremely happy with this purchase. I did get a small blister on my heel the first day but that is almost a given with shoes for me. They are very pretty and perfect for work. I will say I have a narrow foot and these are a perfect fit for me. Overall great purchase.

Love these shoes. I usually wear an 8.5 or 9 in a pump, so I got the 9 - when I first tried them on I thought they might be too big, but I got some foot petals and they are working out beautifully. The heels are high enough not to be frumpy but sturdy enough so you can walk in them easily. I can wear these all day at work no problem.

I'd been looking for a pair of cognac heels for a long time and I'm so happy I stumbled across these! They are extremely comfortable and felt good on my feet right out of the box. They are very versatile and go with so many outfits.

These shoes are perfect black pumps. They look a little matronly in pictures but in real life they are perfect! They are so comfortable (coming from a girl that never wears heels). Zappos has superb customer service and I am so impressed every time I shop here.

I love this pump. I have very sensitive, difficult feet after 33 years in retail. I didn't even have to "break" this pump in! I love the combination of leather upper and "patent leather" platform and heal. Not too high not too low, the heel height is just right!

I don't typically order shoes online, but already had this shoes in a different color so felt safe doing so. Most shoes are too wide, this one a tends to run a little narrow, and it fit great!

Fits true to size & after wearing them through airports all over the world, they're super comfortable! I gets lots of compliments on the navy patent leather. Thanks Zappos, they came very quickly too! Highly recommend this shoe.

Very comfortable heels. I usually wear a size 7.5-8 and this definitely runs about 7.5 so true to size. Its also a beautiful color and goes well with a lot of my attire.

I love these shoes. So far I have ordered 3 pair of the exact same shoe. I'm really hard on shoes so I didn't want to take a chance of being without them. They are comfortable, attractive and the heel is high but not too high.

I wear a 10.5 in other brands. 15.5 is hard to find. So I am excited that the 10.5 is to big and I can order more in a 10!!

I've been looking for a light-colored neutral heel for a while as a closet staple. Unfortunately, I'm rather picky; however, I've finally found one! It's rare to find heels that fit me this well, and compared to other shoes of this height, the IFLEX make the shoe very comfortable and very walkable. I've tried on more than 10 other, very similar shoes recently (including the Anne Klein Wystere), and these, without a doubt, are the best-fitting and most comfortable.

This is a wonderful shoe overall. I initially ordered a size 8. It was comfortable but too large and slid off the back of my foot while walking. I ordered a 7 1/2 next and this fit on my foot but is snug. I had both on for a while and decided to keep the 7 1/2. Although snug, they do not hurt. The style is wonderful. I remain a fan of Anne Klien shoes.

I love this shoe. It's super comfy, it's super sexy and the non leather bottom doesn't slip or make noise on the tile in my workplace. I did return a pair and reorder as they slipped on my heel. The new ones did the same so it's just the design of the heel, but I put in some heel inserts and they're perfect! I'm looking at the other colors to order more. By the way, I trust Zappos, and unlike many of the other online shoe companies, they do exactly what they say. The order and return process is seamless.

Amazing fit and comfort. I've not ever had such a dress heel feel so comfortable without some breaking in. I am extremely pleased and can't wait to wear them to work!

Loved these shoes. Felt similiar to the Naturalizer Lennox. Feel like they run 1/2 size too small or maybe it is the narrowness of the toe box but am returning my 7M for a 7.5M.

These are great. Some of the most comfortable black heels I've owned without looking too matronly.

These shoes are a great basic black shoe that goes with so much. The closed toe means they are suitable for the workplace. So far they are very comfortable. The longest I've had them on up till now is about four hours.

So classic and beautiful. As a Flight Attendant I needed a good classic pump. I got it in this shoe...and very comfortable!

Got this in navy patent in size 11 m. It is a beautiful shoe and super comfy heel. I thought the heel was a little too high for me (I'm 5'9"), but it is so comfortable you wouldn't know it. The navy patent has a subtle gray tone to it. Very nice and not too bright blue. True to width. I did not smell any odor as mentioned by other reviewers.

I love these shoes. I liked them so much in navy, I went back and ordered another pair in nude. Super cute style, good for office/career. Also more comfortable than most of this type. I'm fine wearing them all day to the office, although after 8 hours I'm getting ready to take them off, but no great discomfort, no blisters, etc. Also, I usually wear 6 1/2 W, and these in 6 1/2 M were just fine for me (maybe just a tad snug, but didn't pinch like normal M's do.)
